Peggy McIntyre vs. Kei

"Ooomph!" Peggy responded as she stumbled back, her chest throbbing as she struggled to stay vertical. Peggy stumbled over to nearby ropes using them to support herself.

Moving towards her Kei would grab hold of Peggy and deliver a couple of high forearm strikes before looking to whip her off the ropes. If Peggy went Kei would go off the ones she was at and look to deliver a spinning heel kick.

Peggy was hurting and groaned with each successful forearm strike. Peggy was whipped across the ring returning to a nasty kick right to her head! She screamed in pain as she landed in a heap, laying on her side. Both hands covered her throbbing face as she laid on the mat.

Upon seeing Peggy down and favouring her face, Kei would get back up and move back a couple of steps before looking to connect with a double knee drop to the chest. She managed to process that thought clearly so her transition from standing to execution would look a smooth as it should knowing her.

Watching from backstage Wes would turn her attention towards Alaina and ask her "Think she'll survive this one with her sanity in tack?" He wasn't sure of what to think as so far this one has been a mixed back when it came to how his wife looked out there, which both him and Alaina had concerns going into it.

Peggy groaned and wheezed as the double knee drop connected, leaving her rolling on the mat and cradling her abdomen now. She kicked at the mat in frustration, her torso throbbing in pain at this point. She slapped the mat with her hand, gritting her teeth as she tried to muster the energy to get back up to her feet. Much easier said than done.

Backstage Alaina winced, hoping to see a good showing from Peggy but right now Kei was in control. "Right now she looks fine, I am just worried about Peggy at the moment. She looks like she is doing better than the last time I saw her, and that goes for both of them." Alaina said with a nod.

Having the sense that Peggy wasn't doing too good at the present moment Kei felt it she had to pick things up while she still could. Seeing some moment in her she quickly lifted Peggy back to her feet, however if Kei had her way it wouldn't be for long as she looked to set her opponent up for a bridging fisherman's suplex. With any luck Kei could end this before she lost focus, which she was able to tell at the current moment that was another battle she was currently facing.

Peggy was pulled up and as Kei lift her up for the suplex Peggy tried to ram her knee into Kei a couple times to stun her and free up her leg. With a scream Peggy instead delivered a snap suplex to Kei to try to reverse this and get back into things! A small step to regain momentum, but a step nonetheless.

Peggy managed to keep counter Kei can take her down with the snap suplex. However Kei had enough clicking that she didn't want to stay down for long. She would put into it all she could while she could still process everything and kip up.

The sight of what happened caused him to worry even more so than before. Sure being taken down wasn't a good sight, but the way she looked towards Peggy made him think that while she may be 100% focused and determined, it could result in a crash of biblical proportions.

Peggy got up and looked in shock as Kei kipped up and made it to her feet before Peggy did! The young Irish lady cocked her fist back and swung it right at Kei's face! "Just stay down ya hag!" Peggy shouted as she tried to connect with keys' jaw in an effort to floor her foe!

Kei gave her a look of determination when they made eye contact, and when Peggy threw a punch Kei got one of her arms up to block it and with her other respond with a shot of her own, as if it were one of those old school face-style comeback spots. This was something Wes has seen before, yet given how things as a whole have been up till now he wasn't sure if this was a good thing or not. Still it looked like, for the time being anyway, she was aware of what was going on.
