Danika vs. Kei

Danika crashed down landing on nothing but canvass! She cried out in agony as she rolled onto her side, curling up into a ball and gasping for breath. Shows hurting before and this had completely knocked the wind out of her sails as the impact was not absorbed by a downed foe, but by her abdomen instead.

Danika couldn't even move, only manage to look up and glare at Kei for having the audacity to move out of the way of Danika's offense bringing her momentum to a grinding halt.

After managing to roll out of the way in time, Kei looked over towards the fallen Danika for a moment before standing back up.  When she got back up to a vertical basis she went to grab hold of Danika but hesitated for a second before doing so.  If that tiny little mental lapse didn't give Danika time to get Kei would let go of her before looking to execute a standing dropkick from the side.

Danika was in trouble, slowly making it up to her feet after writhing the mat in agony. As she slowly got up she was aching all over, her movements marred by a nagging pain that seemed to exist all over her entire body. Just before Danika turned around to see where Kei was, she was hit with a dropkick and sent back down to the mat!

"Gah! Damn you!" Danika shouted as she found herself laying flat on her back again looking up at the lights.

She paid Danika's comments no mind as she looked to continue where she left off following the dropkidck. Lifting her back up again Kei went to sent Danika to towards the ropes. If she went without much a fuss Kei would move back a few steps and when Danika came closer on the bounce back she would re-take those same steps forward, but a little bit quicker this time before preparing to connect with a spinning heel kick.

To the average viewer, nothing seemed wrong with Kei's delivery, however those that knew her well could perhaps notice a slight difference. On Kei's end it was something she'd done many times before and she did it no differently here, however it seemed to have less of her personal feel to it. Her head was still in the game but as she went to execute the whip off, that and the follow up strike if Danika wasn't able to avoid the hit felt like clockwork, which was usually not the case for her.

Danika flew into the ropes, rocketing back and getting blasted with a spinning heel kick! Danika dropped to the mat, covering her face and rolling onto her stomach, laying motionless on the mat. The kick hit home, and hit home very hard leaving Danika reeling.

Even though she connected with it nicely, there was almost no reaction from Kei following it. Normally there would be some type of reaction from her after a move like that, however she instead transitioned herself into the next piece of offence she had in store for Danika. She lifted her back to her feet before setting her in position for what could ber a fisherman's suplex, however while the lift would the same at the start if Danika wasn't able to break free in time, Kei instead was going for a fisherman's brainbuster.

Danika was in a daze, and limp in Kei's arms and offered no resistance as she was lift into the air. When she came crashing down she didn't scream at all. Danika whimpered a bit and seemed to go totally limp as she laid on the mat, breathing heavily.

Aside from her chest rising with each breath, there was no other sign of movement from the downed Danika.

After planting Danika with the brain buster Kei sat up. Something didn't seem right as she sat there for a couple of seconds longer than she usually would after executing a move like that. SHe then pulled herself back up, with Danika in hand as well.

When she got vertical again she took aim and proceeded to whip Danika towards one of the corners.

Danika was only vaguely aware that she was in a match at this point. She was whipped into the corner and barely able to stand even when she supported herself with the ropes. She was out of it. Whatever Kwi had planned for the young woman would be met with little to no resistance.

After something like this Kei would usually follow up with a couple of chops or so to a cornered opponent, however this time when she caught up with Danika that did not happen. Instead she turned Danika around and picked her up, looking to place her on the top rope. If she managed to get her up there she would step up to the middle rope to grab hold of her again, looking to execute a belly to back suplex, looking to send Danika down from the top rope the hard way.
