The Break up

The announcement of Gwendolyn being the next member of the Dominion faction did not go well with Alaina Sanders at all. What made it worse was the expectation that she would be the one! After Trent had announced that he wanted to make a big decision about the group, the couple met and Alaina was excited that her boyfriend would announce her, the Amazon, the Friction World Champion as the next member. However, her world turned upside down when Trent informed her that it was going to be Gwendolyn- a woman she hated and feuded with in the past.

From there, things went downhill. After getting back to their home, they continued their argument and Alaina was done with it. She was clear in letting him know that they were through and she that she was going to move out for good. Trent tried to reason with her that it was business but Alaina was not having it. An argument turned into something more and the two wrestlers decided to end this the way only wrestlers know how to - by a wrestling match.

The former couple agreed to take out their frustration in a wrestling match. Alaina and Trent to wrestle one more time, in an unsanctioned match in the Dominion gym. No rules, no official, no interference. They agreed to wrestle until one of them would submit or get knocked out. Trent was done trying to reason with her, now he would show her why he did not choose her over Gwen.

Trent Masters (middle):

The Masterpiece was in the locker room, having just stepped out of the shower and changed into his blue wrestling briefs and nothing else. He didn't want this but it came to this, now he was to wrestle his ex-girlfriend and prove to her that he was right and she was wrong all along. Emotions were high in this match and rightly so. The Masterpiece would make his way out to the Dominion gym, to the mats where they agreed to meet and end this.

He would make his way to the wrestling mats, standing on them while he waited for Alaina to make her arrival.

Alaina was beyond angry. Trent showed he would never put anything before his career and that was butting heads with Alaina. The two never had big blow ups but him choosing Gwen over her for the group was.... it killed things between them. Utterly destroyed it actually. In the back of Alaina's mind she couldn't help but wonder if Gwen and Trent ever did anything more than business meetings when they met up.....

She had been cheated on before and couldn't discount any of it in her mind. She came out in a two piece leopard print attire. Alaina looked at Trent with a glare in her eye as she walked up. At first she was silent and shook her head before finally speaking. "The fact that you don't even try to understand or acknowledge how hurtful that was...." Alaina said as she stood up and looked ready for a brawl.

While the two were dating, they had stayed away from facing each other in a wrestling match for various reasons. However, due to their busy schedules, the two were drifting apart and then Gwendolyn joining the faction was the final nail in the coffin which Alaina could not bear. This was going to be years of tension and frustration going to boil over in this personal wrestling match.

Alaina and Trent squared up, in their iconic wrestler gears. Trent in Dominion blue while the Amazon in her classic leopard print attire. The two were face to face, glaring daggers into each others eyes as Alaina broke the silence and spoke.

"You still want to talk now? It won't be as hurtful as what we are about to do each other now. There are no rules. No restrictions. We wrestle until one of us no longer wishes to wrestle. I am going to teach you a lesson here Alaina." he would say, pressing himself up against her in an intense staredown.

"WRESTLE!" he called as he grabbed her shoulders for a lock up, immediately looking to push her into a nearby wall off the wrestling mats.

Alaina just shook her head at Trent, disappointed that yet another relationship had seemingly crumbled to dust in her time at AFW. The two locked up and Alaina felt Trent pushing on her and the amazon let out a howl, trying to tense her body to stop herself from being forced back against the wall behind her! "You wouldn't get it.... everything is just some number or bottom line to you. I see that now. I was never your girlfriend just a means to an end." Alaina said through grit teeth.

The tension was thick between the two. Both disagreed from the other's point of view. Trent and Alaina had their say but it was now time to end this. Trent would lock up with Alaina in a fierce grapple, the two pushed into each other with their bodies and foreheads pressed for supremacy.

They battled through gritted teeth as Trent would try to out-grapple his ex-girlfriend and current world champion, Alaina. "Nrgh still talking? All I want to hear from you now is that you want to give up" he roared as the two jockeyed around for position. "You are the one who ended this. Not me...so now I'm going to end your wrestling career" he roared.

Alaina was being slowly forced back, Trent was bigger and stronger than she was no matter how much she wanted the opposite to be true. He said that all he wanted to hear was her quitting, and that wasn't going to happen. "Ruin my career? No chance. I've had gold around my waist twice here.... will you be able to say that?" Alaina said waiting for the right moment to let go and trip up Trent, sending him falling forward face first to the floor with a drop toe hold!

The Masterpiece would grin at Alaina's face when he was starting to push her back, he was making a point to her that he was the stronger one and by the look on her face it was clear that she was quite frustrated at that. However, Alaina was not all about strength and she was going to show just that. Her words did sting him and he frowned but it distracted him from what she was about to do.

Alaina would release the grapple and scissor his legs with her own to make him fall forward and drop down, face first, on the mat in a drop toe hold! He let out a grunt as he fell to the mats.

Alaina scrambled to get on top of Trents back, reaching her arms around his face and locking in a crossface hold! Alaina pulled back as hard as she could, her frustration and feelings of rejection fueling her. The thought of Trent and Gwen doing more than just wrestling together while kicking Alaina aside added anger, and more fuel to the fire! Alaina let out a scream as she pulled back as hard as she could making this as painful as possible!

The drop toe hold caught him off guard and the Masterpiece fell face first on the mat. From there, Alaina would quickly scramble on top of his back and cross her arms around his face, pulling it back for a crossface submission. She pulled back as hard as she could, bending him back almost in a C like position. His legs kicked the mat while his arms shot up, grabbing her wrists to try and pry them off his face.

"Mnnrgh nrghhh!" he growled while struggling.

Alaina was strong, even for her size.... but in pure strength Trent was one of the few wrestlers around that was stronger.  She kept the hold locked in as best she could but once he began to power out she switched gears.  She pulled her hands away as quickly as she could and stood up stomping down on his back once before yanking him up by the arm.  Alaina would try to tie him up and tangle him it o an abdominal stretch to keep putting on the pressure!
