Match Type: Standard
Victory Conditions: Victory by pinfall, submission, or KO.

--

It was time…

Vespa had received her orders a few days previously. She was to compete against yet another invader of the Hive in a competition of combat, by order of her illustrious Queen. Naturally, being the Queens most loyal soldier, Vespa jumped at the chance to serve the Royalty in anyway possible. Crushing an invader would be no trouble at all if it pleased her Hive.

Vespa began to imagine a scenario where she quickly crushed whatever invader was foolish enough to stand against her that day, and returned back to receive copious amounts of praise from her beloved Queen. The thought itself sent a shiver down Vespa’s spine, her face red from excitement as she began to chuckle to herself. The Wasp soldier was determined to make that scenario a reality rather than a fantasy.

A silent knock on the door took Vespa out of her fantasy world and signaled her that it was time for the competition to begin. Gathering her wits, Vespa simply walked out of the locker room, still quietly laughing at nothing…

Vespa:

Vespa marched into view, the ominous tone of her entrance music beating behind her. She wore her standard tight, black and gold attire with bits of armor placed on her shoulders. Her gauntlets carried her “Stingers”, two long, dulled blades protruding out of the pieces of armor like that of an actual wasp. Her Queen had forbidden her to use them in combat against invaders, but she liked to bring them along to prove the power of her Hive.

It was a short walk to the center of the ring. Without a moments hesitation, she snatched a microphone from the referee, her wide grin revealing her unnaturally sharp teeth as she began to speak,

“To the Invader foolish enough to oppose my Queen! I am Vespa, the royalties most loyal soldier! You have been deemed a threat to my Hive, and  have been sent to deal with you.” A quick chuckle escaped the woman’s lips before continuing, “Come out Invader! Prove to the Hive why my Queen thinks of you as a fearsome foe, that I may be her stinger that forces you back in a display fitting for the Queen!”

With her monologue done, she would return the microphone and walked towards her corner, beginning the process of removing the blades from her gauntlets as she watched the entrance in anticipation.

Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest! Empty Re: Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest!

Post by Cicilia Mon Jun 25, 2018 8:09 pm

Appearance:
Spoiler:

Lucky stood just within the curtains that would lead to the arena, peering out from the inside at her (HOT) opponent as she snatched the microphone from the Ref, doing her own little announcement! The cheerleader tilted her head to the side, somewhat confused as to what she had done to earn the hostility of this woman, let alone that of her hive! As far as she knew, she was just signing up for a match she hoped to beat her at so... maybe that was the reason...? She couldn't tell if her opponent was being honest and sincere or not... She certainly SOUNDED like she was but all that bee rhetoric... so hard to tell if she was just in character...

Lucky had to be practically shoved out into public view by some of the staff, apparently having missed her cue, though the girl quickly recovered, striking a quick pose for the crowd as she stood before them all! With a wide, carefree grin, the cheerleader skipped down the ramp leading to the ring, her large, bouncing breasts rising and falling with each skip! WELL! Vespa's little speech had left Sakura hungry for a fight, all this hostile talk and stuff building the fighting spirit in her heart! She, of course, ignored all the insults and stuff, instead choosing to only focus on the title "Fearsome foe". She snickered softly. SHE LOVED IT! HER? FEARSOME!? Oh, the images of her in an evil queen outfit!

Lucky slipped under the bottom ropes before hopping right up to her feet, her eyes widening as she got a MUCH better view of all that armor and weapons Vespa brought with her!

"Woooooow!" She marveled, taking one step, then another towards the other woman, non-hostile of course! Her green eyes flicked over her outfit, up and down and back again, taking great pleasure in how the blacks and yellows came together in such an artistic fashion, let alone how TIGHT it was! She had to get the name of this girl's costume-designer. Maddie wouldn't be able to THINK if she saw her in an outfit like that! "You look so GOOD! And Ohmygod you got SWORDS!? You're so COOL!" Images of Captain Rosemary flashed through her mind, her eyes lighting up even more as she approached the young soldier, practically cornering her in her.... corner.

"Oh. Em. Gee! I can't wait to fight you! Here! Kiss for good luck!" She leaned in quickly, capturing Vespa's lips with hers in a quick, polite-ish smooch. "I hope we have a good match, yeah?" And with THAT, unless she was stopped, Lucky would turn on her heels and return to her own corner, leaning up against in and smiling brightly at her rival from across the ring!

Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest! Empty Re: Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest!

Post by Tarantulust Tue Jun 26, 2018 8:40 am

Vespa was not sure what to expect from her would-be opponent. The Queens orders only ever had the match type, name of the opponent, and when to meet for combat. Finding any background information on opponents was left completly up to the competitors, which was always a problem for Vespa, as she never had ready access to a computer. For all she knew, the invader that went by the title “Lucky” could be a proud and powerful warrior that would battle gloriously, or a sinister snake waiting to strike the soldier when she least expected. Above all, what she didn’t expect was that she would have to wait a while before the invader decided to show.

Vespa had long removed her “stingers”, which was quite a process in itself, when her foes entrance music began to play. Vespa watched the entrance, eager to see her opponent, the one who would challenge her queen.

She waited……and waited……and waited.

Finally, as her foes music seemed to be dying down, she appeared at the top of the ramp looking as if someone had to physically push her out into view. It may have been funny, had Vespa not grown so impatient from the extremely delayed entrance. The Invader didn’t look threatening in the slightest, her light skipping down the ramp gave Vespa the impression of a younger worker beginning its journey to serve its Queen.

When the Invader entered the ring, Vespa was about to lecture her about the importance of punctuality when the girl made a noise she was not used to, and shut her mouth quickly.

Wow?

Suddenly the Invader was, well, invading Vespa’s space, the wasp soldier’s already straight posture somehow getting straighter as Lucky approached. What she had expected was insults, or promises of combat, but instead the girl was showering her with praise, enjoying her armor’s intricate design and praising the soldier’s “stingers”. Vespa’s distrust was clear as day on her face, and her discomfort grew ever step the Invader took. Some might have thought it funny that it was Vespa, the taller, larger, and more violent looking of the two was the one that was showing the most amount of discomfort. The soldier couldn’t even reply, dumbstruck at the invaders sheer optimism.

It seemed her opponent may have noticed woman’s discomfort, as she began to back off a bit, Vespa beginning to relax a bit. However, the moment she did, the invader snuck a quick peck on the lips from the Wasp, who almost immediately wiped it off.

“Y-your flattery will only get you so far, Invader. I need not your praise, n-nor your affections! The only one I need is my Queen! Your fate was sealed t-the moment you made an enemy of her!”

Vespa was not good with affection, that much was obvious, and she cursed herself for being unable to stop her self from stuttering. She was the Queens most loyal guard, she couldn’t embarrass herself so publicly.

She would let Lucky go to her corner, waiting for the bell to ring before surging forward looking to lock-up with the green-eyed invader!

Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest! Empty Re: Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest!

Post by Cicilia Tue Jun 26, 2018 2:33 pm

Lucky's smile waned somewhat as Vespa not only disliked being kissed, but that she didn't even enjoy the praise she was being showered with! The kissing part, she understood and fully respected! Every so often, she'd run into a girl that had different standards than she and maybe wanted to spare her lips for her significant other. Perhaps they were just uptight or just wanted to get into the fighting! Whether Vespa was all, some or neither of these, The cheerleader held no animosity towards her! Now, what she was really confused over was that she seemed uncomfortable with just getting compliments! She wasn't blushing, she wasn't throwing any back... She just looked like Sakura had thrown some weird, off-color insult her way!... Strange...

WELL! Even if her buggy opponent didn't want to be friends, they didn't have to be enemies as she kept proclaiming with the title of "invader", something Lucky chose to acknowledge as meaning "Worthy opponent."

"It's an honor to fight with you, mighty warrior of the hive!" Lucky proclaimed, unable to throw up some kind of serious face to go with the grandiose tone she manifested! "May this fight please your Queen and might I prove today that I am not her enemy, but her friend! I also hope to extend the same courtesy to you as well, loyal soldier!" Sakura... had been watching WAAAAAAAAAAY too much anime.... She made an author's note to memorize that line she just said and keep it in her back pocket... yeah... that was good... She took a quick mental snap-shot of Vespa too, her eyes flicking all over her body to get those general proportions and such... A Bee-based character in her manga? Why had she never thought of this?

*DING*

Sakura blinked, drug back into the moment as the bell chimed to declare the beginning of the match! Vespa was already charging her, coming at her like the angry bee-thing she was portrayed to be, crossing half the distance between them before she even knew what was happening! Lucky threw herself to the ground, her legs outstretched to catch Vespa's in hers, hopefully tripping up the young soldier and sending her falling head-first into the turnbuckle! If she succeeded, Lucky would jump to her feet, quick as a flash, before shooting off the opposite end of the right! Using the ropes she threw herself against as extra propulsion, she threw herself at Vespa, arm outstretched to catch her in a clothesline between her arm and the corner behind her!

Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest! Empty Re: Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest!

Post by Tarantulust Wed Jun 27, 2018 3:08 am

Despite believing she was part of a hive, Vespa herself was actually quite alone. She always ate, trained, and talked by herself. She could be seen buzzing around the AFW gym from time to time, trying her best to help out others in their routine, but more often she got in the way and simply annoyed others. In her mind the Hive was her family, but she held no personal connection to any of them, her one obsession being her Queen, which no one had ever seen. The only exception was the day she seemed to be getting chummy with another wasp themed wrestler, but even then, that was under less than pleasant circumstances.

So, when a someone suddenly starts being nice or kind to her, especially one deemed as an opponent, the Wasp warrior often handled it with mistrust, though more so out of ignorance rather than any intention to turn them away.

Because of this, Vespa would not respond to Lucky’s desire to be friends, at least not verbally. Inside, the Wasp was calculating, wondering if the offer was genuine or a simple ploy to get in close to the Queen. The Royalty had many enemies, but to haphazardly let anyone who said they were a friend in the door would be suicidal, no matter how lonely the soldier might be. A test was needed.

This must be why the Royalty sent me, to see if this foe is worthy of becoming an ally to the Hive! Truly, her majesty’s planning abilities were impeccable!

Vespa rushed her foe as she usually did, charging into battle ready to face her opponent. Just as she was about to grab onto the small cheerleader, she ducked down low, and tripped Vespa enough for the knight to smash her head against the turnbuckle.

“GAK!”

The pain was sharp and intense, a good way to start off a fight. Vespa held one hand to her head, messaging the pain away while looking for her opponent. She didn’t have to look long, as Lucky’s arms suddenly smashed into Vespa’s chest, driving her hard against the corner she just pulled her head from.

“ARRGHGHGHGHGHghghgheh….heh heh…hehehehehehHA!”

Suddenly, Vespa cackled as the arm that was cradling her head shot out like a snake, looking to ensnare the one that had smashed into her chest moments ago. If her aim was true, her grip would be strong, strong enough to hold Lucky as she sent her other arm off in a powerful clothesline of her own, using her sheer muscle power rather than momentum to smash her arm into her opponent.

Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest! Empty Re: Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest!

Post by Cicilia Wed Jun 27, 2018 1:55 pm

Suffice it to say, the response Vespa displayed after first being slammed head-first into the turnbuckle THEN being clothesline into it was... uh... Kinda creepy. Lucky stared at the wasp-woman, wondering what could be so funny about getting your head thrown through a corner... Maybe it wasn't the attack itself that had russled her jollies, but the anticipation of a counter attack! Vespa lashed out with a clothesline of her own, using her slightly superior strength to ensnare the cheerleader's arm and then lash her across the throat!

"GAK!" She coughed as she was put DOWN against the floor, her eyes shooting wide upon impact! "NNngh.... That hurt..." Her neck and her spine were aching, but NO simple clothesline would take Lucky down... for long that is! Just as soon as she was knocked to the ground, Lucky would hop back up again, but not before rolling away a few feet to gain a LITTLE distance between her and the battle-hungry insect! As soon as she drew close, the cheerleader lashed out with the trade-mark weapon of her outfit's profession: KICKS! A swift kick to the thigh followed by one slightly higher up to the girl's softer side before lashing out with a reverse roundhouse kick, spinning quickly and stretching her leg out, attempting to dig her heel into the girl's jaw from the opposite angle of those previous two kicks!

"Ha! HAAH! YAAAAAH!"
Lucky cried out with each one!

Should these attacks find their marks, Sakura would finish off the combination with a powerful jump up, bringing her legs up from under her do deliver a great drop-kick to the larger girl's chest, hopefully knocking her over and giving HER a taste of what it felt like to be slammed into the ground!

"Don't hold back on me, mighty soldier!"
Lucky demanded, pumping herself (and hopefully Vespa) up! "We must do our best! ...For the Queen!"

Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest! Empty Re: Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest!

Post by Tarantulust Wed Jun 27, 2018 10:31 pm

Vespa continued to snicker as Lucky crashed against the floor. The grin that spread across her face was lined with sharp teeth, made to look similar to her insect counterpart and giving her a frightening appearance. The burning passion in her eyes burst forth as Vespa began to-in her mind- serve her Queen by doing battle.

“FOR THE ROYALTIY!” Vespa announced as Lucky rolled away. The knight was more than happy to let her get back up, as there was no real honor in beating a downed foe. However, as soon as Lucky stood back up, Vespa surged forth, one arm cocked back ready to deliver a devastating blow…

Only for a sharp strike to the thigh to stop the Wasp in her tracks!

It wasn’t so much the pain that stopped Vespa, though it was certainly a factor, but rather that the blow had knocked the soldier off balance. Vespa stopped and placed a hand where the strike had stabbed into her thigh only to receive a similar sting in her side. The pain made Vespa emit an angry growl before she but up an arm in defense. Unfortunately for her, it was on the wrong side as Lucky quickly spun around and deliver a kick the clipped her jaw.

“ARGH!”

Before the Was could mount a proper defense, she was suddenly pushed to the floor, the impressive combination of kicks had winded the soldier, laying on her back for just a moment before slowly sitting up.

“Ergh…So it is true battle you crave?” Vespa muttered, slowly standing while watching her foe, “Then let it begin!”

Fast as an angry Wasp, Vespa jumped forward, looking to envelope her smaller foe an a painful embrace. She planned on crushing her with a strong bearhug if she was fast enough to catch her Lucky Invader.

Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest! Empty Re: Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest!

Post by Cicilia Thu Jun 28, 2018 2:46 am

Lucky allowed the wasp to rise to her feet, standing staunch, ready and waiting for her rival to rise, smiling eagerly as Vespa questioned if she REALLY wanted a fight. Well... yeah...? She thought her kicks made it obvious! The cheerleader's eyes burned with the desire for battle, staring down her sharp-toothed combatant.

"There is no honor for the Queen if our battle isn't earnest!"
Sakura proclaimed! "LET IT BEGIN!" Yup... Too much anime. She really had to cut back on that before it started to really mess with her head..... more than it already has! As if the two of them were thinking the same thing, Vespa and Sakura collided together in a hearty *SMACK*, their bodies crushing against one another as they locked arms around their backs, preparing a powerful bearhug for one another!

"Nnnnngh!" Lucky growled, tightening her grip by the second and trying DESPERATELY not to notice how their chests were pressing up against each-other right now! She dug in her stance, staring up in defiance of the Bee's admittedly incredible strength! She would not fall to her! Not here! If she did, how would she ever prove herself in her eyes!? She talked up such a big game, stating her desire outright to be her friend and a friend of her "queen" whoever that was! If she were to just... roll over, even as her back BURNED and cried out for release, it would undermine any relationship they could have!

"I won't give up!"
She declared, binding up Vespa as much as she possibly could, sweat starting to bead upon her forehead! "I will PROVE myself to you!"

Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest! Empty Re: Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest!

Post by Tarantulust Thu Jun 28, 2018 10:28 am

“Impressive…”

The Cheerleader and the Wasp were locked in a powerful embrace, each woman’s bodies grinding forcefully against the other in a constant battle for dominance. As Lucky looked up at her opponent with defiance in her eyes, Vespa looked down at her with burning confidence. The nasty grin had yet to disappear from Vespa’s face, and sparks seemed to fly as the two warriors stared into each other’s eye.

“Most Invaders usually try to…Ngh….avoid this attack.” Despite her size, Lucky’s hold was doing a number on the knights back. Each moment her arms seemed to get tighter, causing the disks in the Wasp Soldier’s spine to crack, “Never has…anyone been foolish enough…to try and face me in a game of strength!”

Vespa’s grip grew tighter and tighter, her muscles contracting into steel as she forcibly brought her foe closer and closer towards her. The cheerleader’s chest seemed to envelop Vespa’s, who took little heed of the close contact, completely focused on Lucky and the impressive strength she was exuding.

With Lucky’s words, Vespa lifted her head up and shouted out a pained scream, Lucky’s burst of determination making her bearhug tighter than it had ever been.

When Vespa’s head came back, the sadistic grin would falter, softening into an earnest, real smile. One of Vespa’s eyes were closed due to the pain, but the other was still staring deep into her opponent’s irises, the fire of battle dancing gracefully in her eye.

“I will not fail my Queen, Invader.”

That was all she said, just before giving her all into her next squeeze, just as her opponent had before. Vespa would then unravel her arms and push the Lucky Invader away, needing time to recover from her opponents bearhug, as well as her own.

Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest! Empty Re: Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura vs Vespa: Stepping on a Wasp's Nest!

Post by Cicilia Fri Jun 29, 2018 2:56 am

"Nngh.... N-not foolish!" Sakura protested! If there was any one thing she disliked, it was being called 'dumb!' "J-just Lucky!" The cheerleader groaned loudly as the bee closed her "forelegs" around her torso even harder, crushing her spine against her! She could see what her opponent meant by people not being dumb enough to fall into this trap... IT WAS PAINFUL AS... well... just about anything really! Yup... She was already questioning if it was really worth it... It wasn't long into the debate that she got her answer, though! That dark grin her opponent wore quickly melted into something much more genuine! Tainted by the pain of their mutual grip as it was, Lucky couldn't help but throw a grin right back, one of her eyes clenched shut from the pain, but one still glowed with the determination to WIN!

"I won't fail her either!" Lucky yelled... before being promptly thrown to the floor and out of their bear-hug contest! She wasn't expecting it, this sort of pull away and thus, was promptly thrown HARD on her butt, the poor girl gasping in surprise, the two women huffing and puffing after that PAINFUL exchange! Not a few minutes in and Sakura already found herself breathing heavy, her spine already calling "time-out" on their fight!

"Gah!" She cried as her butt hit the floor, the cheerleader staring up at her rival as her chest rose and fell heavily! She needed a break. That's what she needed... Attempting to push herself back on her shaky feet, Sakura would retreat back a good couple feet once more, attempting to take a quick breather before reengaging!

"You.... *Huff....* ...are a credit to your hive!" Lucky complimented between heavy breaths! "They should... *huff* ...Be honored to have someone as strong as you!"
