Are You Amazon Enough?

Juniper's ability to take submissions outweighed her ability to take too many heavy hits. One reason she didn't box. The punch to the face was only saved by Juniper turning her head to the side just quick enough to get hit on the cheek. Still a painful hit, she cried out and slumped down again in the corner. Juniper tries again to push Alaina away so she could get out of the corner.

But the hits just kept coming in this mat/brawl! With each one, the crowd's shock grew. Just how much could the redhead take before she was completely knocked out?

The referee knew they had to do their thing and before Alaina could move in again they grabbed on and held her a second. Alaina heard their instructions that she had to let Juniper out and the amazon reluctantly backed off. Alaina kept her eye on Juniper in the center of the ring, waiting for her to leave the corner so they could continue the match. "Not so talky right now are you? Whats wrong?" Alaina asked as she crouched, readying herself to attack.

Once Juniper did leave the corner that was all the signal Alaina needed to make sure that she was good to continue. Alaina moved in and reached out with both arms, trying to grapple Juniper and slam her knee into Juniper's abdomen as hard as she could!

Juniper wondered why the opponent stopped. Not that she wasnt happy to have the fists hammerimg her stop. She looks to aee that the ref had still come in to do their job and tell Alaina to back away while Juniper had a moment to recuperate.

"What's wrong is ya got stopped." Juniper snarkily replied, slowly standing back up and taking steps from the corner. Alaina was ready to go back on the offensive, grabbing Juniper and shoving a knee hard into her gut. She doubles over and lets out a loud groan.

Alaina was happy when Juniper doubled over. It was time to hit her and hit her hard! The amazon stepped up and bent down, putting a hand on Juniper's hip and another on her shoulder. With a loud grunt Alaina lift Juniper up, straight up overhead and locking out her arms to display her strength! Alaina wasn't going to waste time showing off though, and as soon as she lift Juniper as high as she could she stepped forward and sent Juniper right back down to the mat with he biggest, hardest military press slam she could muster!

This wasn't good.
Oh shit, this was not good.

Juniper struggles a bit, but there wasn't much she could do. There was only one way she was going, and that was down. Hard. She makes a loud yell as she was slammed down herd onto the canvas of the ring, made to grovel and shake in pain at Alaina's feet. The redhead didn't regret anything, though. she still had one trick up her sleeve. But it was all about timing, and it was getting close. She looks up at Alaina with such a screw face it would turn away most anyone.

Alaina heard the slam, and felt the ring tremors in the aftermath of the impact. She regained control for sure and was not going to simply let it go. She bent down, pulling Juniper up to her feet by the hair and grinned. "You have talent, I'll give you that. If only it could match up with all that trash talk...." Alaina growled as she bent down, grabbing Juniper to lift her up once more.

IF this went without an issue, Alaina would step forward to bring Juniper crashing back down across her knee to deliver a back breaker to her challenger!

There was a struggle to move. That slam took almost everything out of Juniper. Shetries to rise to her feet, gut was grabbed again by Alaina. Before she could be lifted up too high, Juniper would cock a fist back and deliver a straight jab to the face.

If that worked, ahe would try to push Alaina down in the ensuing shock, trying to get her down on her back! "We aint...Done yet!"

As Alaina lift Juniper she felt a heavy punch hit her face! "Oomph!" Alaina dropped Juniper and staggered back, and the fist caught her in the eye. Her vision was blurry and her footing was off. As she tried to regain her sight she felt an unexpected shove and tumbled down to the mat!

Alaina was again disappointed in herself, as she had just begun to build up momentum and Juniper again managed to weather the storm and retake the initiative in the match.

"You know..." Juniper says. "You must not have done your homework on me. I dont blame you for it, I'm an evolving enigma" She tries to grab Alaina's legs and flip her over for a single leg Boston crab. "But you must know how this is going to end..."

The crowds cheering began to grow. Juniper kept one leg tucked under for the submission while she grabbed rhe other leg and starts untying the woman's boot. Once that was off, she'd toss it back for Alaina to see.

Alaina felt her leg aching and shooting with pain as Juniper kept her single leg crab locked in. Her boot was being untied for whatever reaoson and right now Alaina was more concerned with escaping the hold than anything else. If Juniper wanted to take her boots off, whatever.

Alaina grit her teeth and tried to worm her bootless foot away from Juniper. Alaina tried to use it to kick Juniper in the shin, jolting one of her own feet back closer to Alaina and her arms. Twisting herself to her side Alaina reached to grab hold of the foot and yank it forward as hard as she could! She hoped to force Juniper to let go, making her tumble down onto her chest and allow Alaina to get back up to her feet to regroup.
