Of All The People...

Before Peggy could pile on to Gemma, the workers and others at the gym finally stepped in between the two women. "Ya can't even beat me in a fight here, how the hell could yer twiggy ass possibly stand up to me in a hardcore match??!" Peggy shouted as she was pulled back, still trying to fight her way through to Gemma. She didn't want to beat Gemma, now Peggy wanted to outright destroy the woman....

Gemma writhed about on the floor, arms wrapped protectively around her head, unable to answer Peggy's violence or her taunts. The British girl's foot stamped the mat in frustration, but the rest of her remained prone on the dirity, sweat-stained gym floor. Gemma wrapped her hands around her face for protection, not able to mount a defense or counter against Peggy's punishing assault.

Eventually, after the gym employees had pulled Peggy off of her, Gemma was left to lie there and try to recover. Her fair-skinned, white haired body rolled over, onto the sweat and grime caked floor of the gym. "Damnit," she cursed, shoulders heaving a bit as she tried to suppress sobs.

Still, Gemma had never been more motivated to pu the hurt on someone, in all her life. Peggy had given her hell, made her look weak and foolish. Gemma knew that she needed to beat the Irish woman more than she'd needed anything in her life. With a wince and a moan of pain, Gemma pushed herself up onto her hands and knees. She could still hear Peggy screaming at her. She could still hear the plaintive whining of the girl that had wanted her to use the sign-in sheet. But for all of that, Gemma could hear the pounding of her heart, as her head sank to the floor and her shoulders heaved. "You'll get yours," Gemma promised, back arching as she crawled away, "this isn't over yet, you slag ... jus' you wait ..."
