“Eh!! G-guys?!...Nonononono!!! I…I wouldn’️t even, couldn’️t!!..Mmmmm….” Having such a lengthy, Rapunzelesque hairstyle had it’️s perks, such as in this instance where her flowing locks sheltered Mikoto’️s lowered head and blushing cheeks. Pressing her index finger tips against eachothers in one of her numerous nervous mannerisms, Miko’️s crippling shyness always reached new heights when the subject of cute boys was brought up. Suzumi probably couldn’️t have picked a more embarrassing topic for the priestess.

“Hmm?! Oh…uhm...” Miko’️s head perked as she tapped her finger against her cheek in contemplation, honestly thankful for the change in topic. “That…….could work actually, I think we were on our way towards having a real match anyway. You’️re more than ready for it Suzu, I can see in your eyes that you've already rekindled that old spark.” Standing up right and stretching her back, Mikoto raised her hands in a defensive stance in preparation for however Suzu wanted to start the ‘match’️. “The new rules are an excellent idea by the way, Suzu. I’️m ready when you are ~…”

"All right, lets do this!" Suzumi shouted, happy that Mikoto was open to the idea of her modified rules for safety purposes. Mikoto was ready, and surprisingly dodging any talk of men. Suzumi knew she was shy, but not that shy. Maybe Suzumi would bring Mikoto out to a club some night? Yes!

Her focus quickly shifted as she tried to think of a strategy for Mikoto. Mikoto knew Suzumi's usual tactics so she'd have to change them up a bit. Suzumi ran forward and took the offensive, trying to catch Mikoto with a clothesline! It wasn't overly hard to dodge or counter, unless the opponent wasn't expecting it. Suzumi's mind began to race with follow-up attacks against a grounded opponent, but she tried to stop that. "Easy Suzumi.... lets see how this goes first. Last time you got ahead of yourself like this you got beat by Panther Risako making a comeback against you..."

Mikoto was thrilled to get back to the match at hand and as far away from the topic of guys as humanly possible. The priestess always found herself more comfortable in the ring tossing around muscle bound women than speaking about her abysmal dating scene.

Her eyes narrowed as Suzu charged forward with a blatant clothesline attempt, estimating that the Tsunami probably didn’️t expect this move to connect. With some quick thinking and a spring in her step Mikoto narrowly ducked under the extended arm and continued her sprint to the opposite ropes and bounced off them for added velocity. With Suzumi probably expecting another submission, the priestess herself would change up her approach and instead attempt a flying dropkick on the tsunami back in the middle of the ring.

"Damn!" Suzumi thought to herself as Mikoto ducked the clothesline. As she bounced off the ropes and ran back in the opposite direction her heart sank and got pounded by a nasty dropkick! "Ungh!" Suzumi grunted as she hit the mat back-first. Her arms rubbed her chest where the dropkick landed and she got back up to her feet wary of a follow-up by Mikoto.

Being older than Mikoto she recalled showing her a few things when they were tag partners. Suzumi had been wrestling longer yet so far today she felt like the student. Was she really that rusty? Mikoto being gracious about everything, and being known as a skilled wrestler helped ease the blow Suzumi's pride took. However, she still felt a bit humbled by the experience so far today. Normally Suzumi would poke an eye or pull hair if she had no recourse... but not against someone who has accepted her with open arms upon her return.

Mikoto could have sworn she felt the air in Suzu’️s lungs get pushed out from the hard hitting dropkick, the priestess spreading her arms to her sides to soften the impact as she fell back down to the mat. Pressing on with her early advantage Miko raced back over to Suzu while she was still on one knee and hooked her arm behind Suzu’️s neck in a reverse headlock.

It was a bewildering feeling for Miko to be out maneuvering someone who was her mentor for a time back in WA, but she still felt the tsunami was making great strides in regaining that natural instinct that may have waned. Mikoto only hoped Suzu wasn’️t too disheartened by her progress, but it would take more time and practice before her wrestling senses were as honed as in her prime. With a tightened wrenching in of the hold as she brought the tsunami back to her feet, Miko would lean down clasp a handful of Suzu’️s tights in an attempted snap suplex.

Suzumi was quickly grabbed up and as she felt the pressure of the reverse headlock she was formulating a way out of it... when she felt her tights grabbed. Before Suzumi could react she was suplexed onto the mat hard! "Arrgh!" She yelled as she felt the impact, kicking the mat in pain.

Suzumi knew Mikoto was going to get on her feet and keep up the pressure. Suzumi needed to stall Mikoto. She reached out, trying to grab one of Mikoto's arms with both hands. If she could get a solid hold she could try to maneuver her legs into position to catch Mikoto in an armbar. Unfortunately, Suzumi knew this hadn't much chance of working if Mikoto moved quickly after the suplex landed.

With Suzumi successfully flipped over onto her backside the priestess actually thought of maybe slowing things down, at least until Suzu senses could adjust to the speedy tempo of Mikoto’️s wrestling style. *Hmm…but it might help her development more if I stick with it and-*

“Eh!?” While she was lifting herself upward Miko felt Suzu’️s hands grasp onto the arm she was using to push herself off the mat, slipping back down with her opponent positioning her for an armbar. Mikoto struggled to yank her arm free but with both of her opponents arms working against her the priestess soon enough found herself caught in the submission. With both of Suzus legs draped over her head and chest and her arm trapped between her thighs, Mikoto scrapped her heels against the mat as her squirming became more lively.

For the first time today Suzumi had been able to wrestle like she used to. However, the last thing she wanted to do was get Mikoto hurt. Suzumi maintained the hold but didn't apply very much pressure. She wanted to see how Mikoto would respond more than anything.

"That was a really fast and hard suplex Mikoto. You've really stepped up your game, its hard to keep up with you!" Suzumi said with a grin. Around here grins while holding someone in a submission were usually of the sadistic variety. Suzumi however probably looked more like an excited stereotypical airheaded cheerleader.

“Nngh….Th-thanks, Suzu….but….I…I guess you’️ve….finally caught me…heh….” While Suzu’️s chipper smile reassured Miko that no real harm would befall her in this submission hold, the nature of the armbar automatically made it an uncomfortable position to be stuck in. With Suzu thankfully upholding the rules of their sparring match, the armbar wasn’️t so much hyper extending her arm than it was just keeping the priestess immobile. Unfortunately, those same rules forced the priestess to try to think of an escape post haste or lose the spar in the next 5 seconds!!

Although since the match was entirely meant to limber up and re-educate the Tsunami, the priestess hoped Suzu would indulge her while she attempted an escape from this submission she practiced but never found the opportunity to give a whirl.

“Actually….A-Actually….Suzu…..I……wanna....try…..something!!!” Between each interruption Miko would rock her lower body back and forth with her legs shooting into the air higher and higher. With one final exertion Miko would shoot her legs straight towards the ceiling and in that moment would groan out in exertion while she spun on the back of her head and flopped down front first onto the mat. Now facing Suzu on her knees with her opponents thighs still clamped around her arm, Miko smiled nervously back at Suzu, exhausted though proud her counter succeeded.

Suzumi watched as Mikoto worked an armbar escape she had never seen before! Suzumi was a bit jealous that she hadn't thought of something like that herself but she was very impressed nonetheless! "Heh, nice!" Suzumi said as she unwrapped her legs from Mikoto's arm and rolled backward getting up to her feet quickly again.

Suzumi wanted to be a bit more aggressive now, and go on the offensive. As soon as Mikoto got to her feet Suzumi moved forward and tried to quickly side-step to Mikoto's left. She'd turn and try to get behind Mikoto, with a solid s-lock hold around her friends waist. This would take some technique and a bit more speed but Suzumi was fast enough for this maneuver.

....At least, she used to be.
