A Night for the Birds (Introducing Hummingbird)

"Y-Y-You...." She was almost in tears.Her voice was breaking and crackling.Things were always much more strnouous and scary in person.This Twenty-something girl was brought to tears on the subject of her own sexuality. "Thank you Mom....." Xuan somehow managed to say.

Mrs. Schultz would hug her loving arms around Xuan as she calmly said, "Shhhh...it's okay, now, honey. And I'll always be here to help you whenever I can. Now, you better meet up with your sisters. I think they're waiting for you."

Nodding slowly,she makes a few audible sounds of pain and sorrow leaving her body. "Mom....Thank you..." She says again,feeling that though Mrs. Shultz may not 'approve' of what Xuan was trying to tell her.But,it seems that she would support it fully and let Xuan do whatever she wanted.

Knowing that Junko and Hiro were waiting for her,she pulled away from her new mother and stood,going to look for the two of them.

Hiro was leading Junko around the house to show how much has changed. They still had their respective rooms, each had their favorite colors. Hiro's was pink and Junko's was purple. Then, there was one spare room that was empty before but got made into a third bedroom. Mrs. Schultz had asked for the master bedroom to be painted sky blue in memory of her husband.

The two sisters soon heard some footsteps going up the stairs.

Hearing their voices upstairs,Xuan took off her shoes as to not track dirt and headed up.She would look at the open rooms for a few seconds each,liking the colors that they had.Xuan finds the two and waves to them.Her eyes were still a bit red. "H-Hey,guys.Whats up?"

Both sisters turned around and smiled in seeing Xuan there. Hiro was the first to speak, "Well, I'm giving Junko here a little house tour since the reconstruction."

Junko then noticed that Xuan's eyes were red. "Xuan? What's wrong?"

Its a beautiful house...." Xuan commented.Pausing when Junko asked what was wrong,the thief girl got defensive and barred her teeth. "N-Nothing.Im fine,Junko..." Xuan wanted to put on a tough girl act.SHe would go so far as to puff out her chest a little and make herself look strong.

Not wanting to upset Xuan based on how she was looking, Junko would say, "Alright, well, we're standing in what is going to be your room, Xuan." She showed her hand to all the fixtures and furniture. "You have your own closet space, spacious bed, a dresser with 8 drawers, everything you need now that you're family."

Hiro would then shrug as she said, "Uhh, the only thing that's missing is some paint."

"YEAH! Thats right,we're standing in......M-My room?" She looked around in slight shock.This was going to be her room? It was very spacious.Definitely more than hers.But.... "W-What will become of my house? What about my room there,and all the stuff?" She loved that she had this room,and they were just giving it to her....But she id have worry for the house that she has settled into.

The two sisters remembered that house where they stayed for the time being. Xuan couldn't afford to lose that place when it's been her home when she was all by herself for some time. After a while, Hiro would suggest, "Well, as far as I know, you had put a lot into that house. So, I'm thinking I can ask Mom if your house can be used as a separate home that's close to AFW. We could use it sort of as a place to meet, train, and such. But, it's just a thought."
