Grand Theft Gastin (For Vivian)

Standing outside a liquor store was the notorious Clyde T. Gastin, a young man who had fallen from grace itself and now had absolutely nothing to lose with his family and friends gone from his life, Clyde has hit an all time low. His life was nothing all over again. A Fall from Grace Indeed for the once proud and confident Texan who had reduced himself into a shell of a man, back to being the alcoholic he always was. He could not fight his fate to die this way.

So on the streets of Kyoto he sat alone on a nearby curb, drinking his troubles away with a bottle of whiskey, hoping the bottle would kill him because he didn't have the guts to off himself with the revolver he carried in his trenchcoat. He held the damn thing to his head all day, fully loaded, but he just didn't have the heart to kill himself yet. He was meant to atone for his sins on earth until the very end it seemed.

But Why Delay It?

Clyde had nothing to lose anymore. He had driven the love of his life away, lost his friends, his family, he had nothing, absolutely no one. He just wanted the pain to stop and he didn't know how. So he looked up and saw the liquor store right in front of him, he licked his lips at the sight before wiping a tear away from his eyes, standing up on his wobbly legs before he dropped the bottle, letting it smash below him.

He wore misery on his face, along with a White T-Shirt, Blue Jeans, a Brown Trenchcoat, Cowboy Hat and Brown Cowboy Boots. He then grabbed a Bandanna from his pocket and fastened it around his face to conceal his identity. If he survived this, he was going to get something out of it. Liquor Money.

"Just like old times... Momma Forgive Me..." "Oi! Give me the Money, Goddammit!!!" Clyde would let out as he held his gun in the man's face, not wanting to kill him, but he wanted the money. The Clerk with a panic, screaming some Japanese that Clyde didn't understand before he opened the register and handed all the money to Clyde, who would in turn stuff it all in his coat.

"Ari Got Toe!" The Texan would let out with a grin under his bandana before he took the gun away from the man's face and proceeded to run out of the store, gun in hand and sprint down the alley way where he hoped he'd get away.

The night is just seems strange for Camille ,strange uneasy feelings and strange everything. Clearly ,she isn't in her best mood for anything and only takes a single man to turn it into her bad day.

It's just...Maeko. Camille is so jealous with the fact that now Maeko is a lot more popular than her in the school and got more friends than her but that's not just it ,slowly she begins to feel like Maeko pushes her away from the rivalry friendship they maintain since they first met at the division's office.

"Things are just so different now" The French cop thought quietly as she walks down the sidewalk ,thinking everything that she had went through with Maeko all over again before she hears a man shouting a distance to a man who had just made his run although Camille wasn't sure that person is a guy or a girl but she was just assuming.

With a gun on one of the hands ,Camille knows robbery is in progress and her cop's instinct takes over. She quickly draws her [url=http://www.imfdb.org/w/images/thumb/5/57/S%26W_36.jpg/400px-S%26W_36.jpg:2gxlhpxh]Small caliber revolver[/url:2gxlhpxh] from the secret compartment of her backpack and begins her pursue on the running robber.

It's hard to chase the robber as he got the head start and her uwabaki ,the must wear Japan's traditional school slippers isn't helping Camille to run any faster. Camille had to stay alert since the robber have a revolver on his/her hand as she continues the pursue of the robber into a quiet alley way before releasing a shot into the thin night air as a warning before the French cop yells ,doesn't care whether the robber would stop or not.

"Freeze!! Tokyo PD!! Stop or i'll shoot you!!!" Camille yelled ,pointing her revolver to the robber's right leg ,pulling the hammer down and would release a shot to the robber's leg if he/she doesn't heed the warning.

Clyde didn't know how much Yen he was carrying, nor did he really care. He only thought about running and getting away down that alley as fast as he could before he heard that horrible sound of a gunshot not far off from behind him. Clyde's heart skipped a beat as he heard that sound, he thought he had been shot again. He had been shot already once before and couldn't deny he was afraid even though part of him was seeking Death itself.

"You ain't takin' me alive, friend!!!" Clyde would howl out while running, turning his gun on the officer before firing a shot towards her without aiming much. It wouldn't hit her, but he hoped it would stop her from getting a good shot on him as he neared a fence.

If she didn't hit his leg, Clyde would jump at the fence and climb over it before jumping off and continuing to run down the alley.

Camille doesn't move a bit even after the robber replied the gunshot with a gunshot ,from the sound of the gun...Camille could tell that the gun which the robber carries is a powerful .44 Magnum and her personal favorite as well but unfortunately ,she doesn't possess that type of firearm even she had already put a lot of effort to own that type of weapon.

The chase continues and Camille holds her fire as she begins the pursue again on the robber. She runs with all she had ,leaping over the fence and continuing to run down the alley ,doesn't bother to call the robber to stop like most of the cops do all the time when chasing robbers or thieves or all sort of criminals. She saves her breath for running ,the uwabaki still doesn't help and in fact starting to become an obstacle in the pursue. The robber is just getting far and far from Camille thanks to the uwabaki but then The French cop spots a shortcut which probably lead to the place where the robber is heading at.

Without any hesitation ,she takes the shortcut. If she is correct about it ,she'll be right behind the robber in another 50 or 60 steps but if she is wrong about it then the robber will get away for this one and Camille will be forced to let it slide for this time.

"...Four Shots Left... Goddammit..." Clyde muttered to himself after discharging another round towards Camille as he dashed his way down the alleyway, he wasn't trying to kill nobody with this little stunt, but he had to keep himself alive against that damn cop.

He turned himself away from her to keep on running at full speed, not even noticing that Camille had taken a short cut down the alleyway. Completely unaware that she was a good 50 steps behind him. Clyde wasn't about to turn back and check now that he saw another chain link fence in his way.

Clyde jumped at the fence immediately once in range, trying to climb up as quick as he could before Camille caught him.

"Stubborn as hell" The French cop thought inside her mind while she is chasing that guy through a shortcut and now she is gaining ,so close to the robber now and Camille doesn't even think of shooting him now. She just think of catching him now with her bare hands and apprehend him with her martial arts skills.

She notices the guy is trying to climb the fence so she pulls out a shot ,in hopes that it'll scare off that guy and makes him to fall onto the ground.

4 shots left for Camille but the guy is still trying to escape from her. She is forced to holster her gun before also climbing the fence and continuing her pursue on that robber.
