Zulime vs. Alaina: Cajun faces an Amazon

Alaina was wearing her new two piece tiger print swimsuit and eager to get herself back on track in between the ropes. She was sent to face a confident young woman and rising star in Zulime. Alaina knew she was flamboyant and had a bit of a mouth on her but she was prepared to humble the young wrestler.

As her music played she came strutting out and was relieved to hear her usual reaction as she made her way out to the ring! She waved and smiled before flexing her arms and legs while tensing up up abdomen to show off her figure. Alaina high fived fans down the ramp as she made her way to the ring, jumping up onto the apron before climbing through the ropes.

Alaina flexed again and strut around the ring nodding her head. "Who is ready to watch the amazon slam this cajun gal back to the swamp?"

Zulime was feeling herself. She ran her hand down the length of her curvy body, touching herself before she had her match. The Riverboat Queen was more famous for how she looked rather than what she could do with her body, but she could still do a lot with her body, she thought. But she was also feeling herself in a more metaphorical sense. The Cajun girl had a very high opinion of herself, and slowly everyone else's opinions were beginning to align with Zulime's own self-regard. And now she was in a match with Alaina Sanders. This was a woman who had won everything that there was to win and tonight she would be Zulime's opponent. The Cajun girl looked at herself in the mirror, and her deep brown eyes burned with intensity. Even with all her self-confidence, she would have to put on a hell of a match to come out of the squared circle with a victory.

But that self-belief would go a long way.

She emerged from her locker room with a gratuituos smile on her face, showing exactly what she was feeling to the entire world.

The drum and horn of Zulime's intro music started up, and the Cajun girl danved from out of the curtain. She was not the type to highfive the fans, but a flirty smile and an elegant wave got them going either way. She slid under the bottom rope and popped up. The Cajun girl stood in the center of the ring. "So, darlin'," she said with a deep drawl, "you eva been outslammed before?" The gleam in Zulime's eyes sparkled with something mischievous.

Alaina watched Zulime make her way to the ring and she smiled, her hands on her hips as she paced a bit and kept her eyes on her opponent. As Zulime came in to the ring she spoke and seemed to know Alaina's favorite method of offense, but she may not know who she was in the ring with. "Nope, it hasn't happened and never will girl. I know you mean well but no way this...." Alaina said flexing her arms and tensing her abdomen as well as her legs before continuing "...will ever be outslammed by those shaky chocolate thunder thighs ya got."

The bell would ring and Alaina looked to start the match off on fire, grappling with Zulime and backing her against the turnbuckle before Alaina would try to land some hard knee strikes to the abdomen of her opponent!

Zulime did know Alaina fought. She was a fan of wrestling, which meant that she was a fan of Alaina. As much as she wanted to show that she could never truly be flustered in a social situation, but she knew that her body language was not that of someone who could back up the claim that she had just made. Zulime broadened her shoulders when she saw Alaina flexing, to mentally hype herself up if nothing else.

But then came the time for action. Before Zulime got the chance to get a word back on her opponent, Alaina was tearing across the ring. The Riverboat Queen braced. It wasn’t enough. A powerful knee slammed into her gut, causing the Cajun girl to groan in pain, clutch her stomach, and reel backward.

Alaina kicked things off well and had Zulime right where she needed her. Now Alaina wanted to try to add to her start. Zulime was already a bit doubled over and Alaina had hold of her so transitioning her arm to hooking around Zulime's head while her other hand grabbed the waist of Zulime's attire was a fast transition. Alaina bent her knees before lifting Zulime up into the air and tried to bring her crashing down to the mat with a vertical suplex!

Alaina was looking to establish herself and show that she was still a force inside the ring, knowing that self validation was as good as anything else anyone thought of her.

Zulime felt Alaina grab her. The machinations had already begun, and there was no going back now. She knew that her opponent was a powerful woman, and that assuredly she would be tossed in some capacity. It was just a matter of finding out in which way. The Riverboat Queen was not pained enough that she was going to simply go along with it because of the extent and the nature of her injuries, but rather saw it fit to play possum. There was a reason that those marsupials were able to dominate the lowland south, including her home state of Louisiana. Because they were smart.

The Cajun girl allowed herself to be brought up into the air, but as soon as Alaina hauled her all the way up, she tucked her legs down to throw her opponent off balance. From there, she would slam her knees into Alaina's gut, just like she had been slammed moments ago. She didn't really know where she was going, but she was more than happy to go along with it. So it was just like jazz.

Alaina didn't see this one coming at all, and as the knees struck her she groaned and stumbled backward, doubled over with her arms cradling her mid-section. "Uggggghhhhhhhh....." Alaina was clearly surprised and in shock trying to stand upright again. She wanted to try to retaliate but was hasty, sending a fast punch towards the face of Zulime but her timing was a bit off and the strike was not the best or fastest of the amazon. She was on the back foot now and facing a woman who was proving highly unconventional!

Zulime was in the moment now. She was Nina Simone behind the microphone, Louis Armstrong with a trumpet, Glenn Miller with a trombone. Only her favorite instrument was her body, and what a body it was. Her brilliant reversal of the Amazon's move meant that Alaina was reeling, but still not down. That was the sort of resilience it took to rise to the top, which Zulime sincerely respected. But she also respected herself, and knew that she needed to get the most out of herself if she wanted to win.

Zulime saw the punch coming, and grabbed it as she turned around. The Riverboat Queen used the arm she had seized to her own advantage as she stuck her large rear out and hip tossed her opponent to the ground. The Cajun girl was thinking quick and acting quicker, going for broke in a high profile match against one of the most powerful wrestlers AFW had to offer.

Alaina's eyes widened in shock as her arms as grabbed and she flew through the air landing hard on the canvas! "Ugh!" Alaina groaned as she hit the mat, getting up and shaking her head. She was focused on this woman and determined to get back to taking things right to her. Alaina wanted to go old school now, trying to reach out to grapple with Zulime but only to shift and grab hold of her hair. Alaina wanted to spin around and snapmare this woman down to the canvas, yanking her up to her feet again before grabbing hold of her to lift her up and slam her right back down to the mat with a scoop slam! It was old fashioned yet Alaina knew it would hurt this woman if she could pull it off.

Zulime was very proud of her hair. It was a sign of who she was, her heritage, and it looked nice. So when Alaina grabbed it, her heart was filled with a deep-seated rage. But that was all that it could ever be, as her fury did not translate into action thanks to the fact that Alaina used her fulcrum to quickly snap this woman down to the canvas. The Riverboat Queen cried out in pain, hoping to just lie there and let herself recover, but that was not fated to be the case. Alaina picked her up and slammed her back down painfully. "Gah!" She cried out. Her voice bounced around the arena as the Cajun girl just lay there, completely in pain.
