Kara vs Cicilia - Hardcore Match

Despite her attempt it’s no good, a part of her has to admit that Cicilia has an edge in the strength department. Even if she didn’t trying to overcome someone with equal strength when they can apply their full weight isn’t going to work.

Though she’d never admit it to herself, Kara relies on her strength and to a greater extent her endurance to get her through her matches. Less because she likes to get hit, more because she trusts that she can take whatever her opponent can dish out and return it in kind.

That endurance is certainly being put to the test as Cicilia’s knee strikes her chin with enough force to make her head snap backwards. It rattles her, and she almost falls to both knees but she pushes past the sudden pain to keep standing. The hit does knock enough sense into Kara to realize that she can’t win from this position.

So instead of trying to push up from a bad position Kara yanks backward, pulling Cicilia towards her. She will try to tuck her legs up into herself so that when Cicilia falls on her she will be speared belly first on Kara’s knees.

Now that was impressive. It was one thing for someone to stand up to the Juggernaut's bulldozing strength. It was improbable... but it's happened often enough for Cicilia to accept it. What WAS odd as that even after being forced down on one knee, submissive to the German in terms of power, she was able to take a KNEE to her jaw and keep on standing! Downward diagonal force to the head (especially when delivered from a strength specialist like Cicilia) wasn't any joke to just... brush off and yet, here was Kara, seemingly defying all logic and keeping her body from following her head as it was SNAPPED BACK!

...Perhaps this fight would be worth her time after all.

Seeming to realize that she couldn't hope to out-muscle the Juggernaut, her opponent attempted a much more agile strategy, rolling back in what seemed to be some kind of half-monkey-flip before cocking her legs back and THRUSTING THEM UP as the German was rolled over her, attempting to impale Cicilia upon her feet as they SMASHED into her stomach like some kind of spear! Cicilia's eyes widened in shock, thrown off by this unorthadox technique, the German gagging softly as a great deal of air was DISMISSED FROM HER LUNGS!

Ripping her hands away, Cicilia rolled off to the side, quick to recover despite the agonizingly powerful blow, a hand resting upon her abs were she was struck... another raised up in a fist defensively between herself and Kara...

Okay... she can hit pretty hard. Cicilia thought to herself, raising her other hand up to complete her boxing guard. ...But she's not the strongest I've fought...

Kara stands up, trying to shake the pain of being hit in the goddamned head. She can see Cicilia is up and ready, barely more than winded from her own hit and already in a defensive posture. Kara weighs her options and can only guess that charging in would be a bad idea even if she hadn’t just received a knee to the face.

So Kara approaches carefully, looking for an opening. She might know next to nothing about boxing but she can tell from Cicilia’s stance that trying to strike her face or upper body would be pointless. So the next best thing comes to her mind, go low.

Kara will approach Cicilia slowly at first but when she gets within two steps of the German she will dive low, trying to shoulder tackle Cicilia and push her towards one of the ring corners.

Well, whatever arrogance Kara had in her that made her think it was a good idea to go head-to-head with someone like Cicilia was FIRMLY beaten out of her because her stance just got a LOT less aggressive. Instead of coming at her, eager to meet the challenge, Kara hung back, her eyes probing the German for any sign of weakness or uncertainty she could exploit... It was kinda underwhelming that this woman talked like she had a vendetta to avenge and then act like she wasn't EAGER to attack. Talking a big game and then act as if she made no such assertions... Where was all the anger, the aggression, the hostility this girl had all but promised? Where was all that brovado...? Did one hit weaken it all so much?

...Pathetic!

Cicilia wasted no time diving back into the action, charging straight at Kara like the steamroller she was! Well, if she wasn't willing to get this party started, she could just sit back and wait while Cicilia GROUND HER TO A PULP! She didn't have time to chase her around the arena or wait for her to throw a punch, anyway... She had a date in, like, a couple hours and she didn't want to spend all that time in a boring-ass fight!

...but it seemed that Kara was simply playing possum, simply WAITING for Cicilia to try something like this and get in close! Suddenly, the other woman SPRUNG into action, SLAMMING her shoulder into the German's abs as if she were a professional foot-ball player!

"GAH!" She gagged as the was CARRIED across the arena, stunned by this sudden and surprisingly heavy impact... but coming to her senses just early enough to do something about it! Gritting her teeth, Cicilia wrapped her arms around her opponent's back and dug in her feet, PUSHING against her... until they ground to a stop, right as Cicilia's heel touched the turnbuckle! Cicilia would raise an elbow over her head like a hammer... before BRINGING it down HARD on her opponent's spine... AGAIN AND AGAIN until Kara buckled underneath her!

Kara almost started to wonder if she could overpower her opponent but driving Cicilia backwards renews her confidence. That is up until she gets stopped just before her goal. Kara curses under her breath just before the first elbow finds its mark on her back. She keeps her hold, still trying to push Cicilia backwards even as she knows more pain is on its way.

“Move damn you!” Kara says, half to herself half to Cicilia as the next blow comes down.

Kara keeps the pressure after the second hit, the third elbow makes her grip slacken, the fourth and fifth strikes make her stumble before regaining her footing. Only on the sixth strike does she relent on her assault as the blow makes her knees buckle underneath her. Forcing her to lean against Cicilia to keep from falling.

"Get bent, you half-brained idiot!" Cicilia snarled in response, HAMMERING into the girl's back with her elbow! She beat into the other girl with little restraint, the point of her elbow burrowing DEEP into her spine with each connection! Despite how hard they hit and how deep they sank into her opponent, it took six solid blows before Kara eventually buckled under the assault of the juggernaut! The sounds of each impact SHOT across the ring and into the crowd, some of the spectators WINCING as the self-righteous wrestler in blue took them without any means of defense... Still, she was much tougher than the boxer had thought...

...Whatever. She needed a stronger punching-bag anyway!

Eventually, Kara fell, barely clinging to the boxer to keep herself upright... Cicilia merely reached down, grabbing her opponent by her air and RIPPING HER UP to her feet again, giving her NO concern after the shit she had spouted! Kara had made Cicilia mad and now she had a damn debt to pay! With her free hand, Cicilia threw a hard punch into her opponent's cheek, then another, then another! She would attempt to BATTER into Kara relentlessly, each punch being stronger and faster than the first! As Cicilia's anger increased, so too did the adrenaline that flowed through her...

Kara winces as Cicilia grabs her brown hair and violently yanks her to be at eye level with the boxer. While it does let Kara get her feet firmly under her again, she knows full well it wasn’t out of charity that Cicilia brought her here. Sure enough when Kara looks up Cicilia is already winding up, giving Kara barely enough time to brace before the pain comes right back.

The first punch catches her exactly where Cicilia sent it, knocking Kara’s head sideways. Kara turns to face Cicilia just in time to receive a second hit to her cheek. Her head is already rattled from the earlier knee to her chin and the punches to her cheek isn’t doing her any favors. That little voice of doubt is wasn’t quite so little now but she pushes it down and locks eyes with Cecilia. She has never backed out of a fight and damn it she wasn’t going to roll over for someone like her.

When Cicilia winds up for another strike Kara regains enough sense to fight back. Her left hand grips onto Cicilia’s arm so tight her knuckles go white, before trying to throw a punch straight at Cicilia’s face just as Cicilia is pulling back for her third punch.

Kara put up little resistance against the German's punches, but her durability was never something to be discounted. Even after being YANKED to her feet by her hair and taking two, powerful punches point blank, she was able to fire off a blow that was comparable to Cici's own punches from her disadvantageous position! Kara's fist sank firmly into the German's cheek, SNAPPING her head to the side with enough force that she HAD to let go of the other woman, her arms instantly shooting up to defend herself from further attacks!

Damn girl is stubborn.... Cicilia hissed, her cheek throbbing from the powerful punch her opponent had landed! Don't let her take the high-ground from you... KEEP ATTACKING!

...And so she did.

Cicilia dove RIGHT back into the fight one she had gotten all her ducks in a row, her guard tucked heavily over her face and upper-body as if she were in a boxing match! If she just dove in blindly without any concern for her own safety and well being, she had a feeling things would get bloody and dangerous for them both REAL QUICK! While her opponents might not notice a change while they were being punched in the face, the German was trying REALLY REALLY hard to not mangle them and be mangled in return...

She knew what is was like to be the punching bag, to be the one who always felt it when her opponent took it too far... She was tired of always being the one out of control... And so she mande an effort not to be!

‘Damn that felt good,’ Kara thinks to herself as she lands her punch, trying to ignore the pain that’s settled into her face. She's pretty sure that will leave a mark in the morning.

Just as Kara centers herself she sees Cicilia charging back into the fight, well protected with her guard up. That’s fine, if Cicilia wants a slugging match she’s more than happy to give it to her. Despite her doubts Kara is certain she can win out in a battle of attrition, but that means she has to make it a battle of attrition.

So when Cicilia charges Kara moves to counterattack, rushing forward but with far less of a defensive posture. When she reaches Cicilia Kara will try to aim slam a forearm across Cicila’s guard. Hoping either that the German's arms are too close to her face, thus hitting herself, or to just power through her defenses entirely.

Kara's arm SLAMMED against Cicillia's with an impact that could shake the canvas beneath them, the two girls going at each other like this was the last matches of their career! For Cicilia...? She wouldn't have minded it if it was... too much. She had fought so much... taken extra fights too many times, applied to so many different tournament-fights and now she was tired... She had burned herself out on fighting and she was looking forward to a LONG, PAINLESS BREAK. The money she had accumulated from all these fights had went into all the house-spending and savings... for a time where a rainy-day turned into something far-far worse... It was this fear that eventually she would cause everything to come crashing down that she had grown into such a workaholic...

...But now she needed time to rest... A vacation from this place and GOD DAMN IT SHE EARNED IT! She could see it now... Once she was done here, she was going to sleep in almost every day, spend her free time cleaning up the place and attending to her games... She wouldn't ONCE step outside to go to that damn gym or hop into a ring... except maybe to spend time with Sayumi and go where she goes... Relaxation was on her mind to the point she could no longer just block it out...

She needed to disappear... and that's what she intended to do...

Cicilia fired back with a forearm of her own, intending to SLAM into Kara's face and hopefully knock her on her ass!
