~Crème De La Crème~ Feat. Masuyo Ai and Valley Doll

The gauntlets had been thrown...there was a tumultuous storm cloud of rising tension in the air...and their delightful banquet of Japanese culinary delights was about three-quarters consumed. All by one rapacious individual at the table who shall not be named. Gwendolyn was quite pleased that her challenge was accepted with so much enthusiasm and rambunctious zeal, especially considering the entire point of her challenge was to preemptively prevent these two from issuing a challenge that was in their favor. Now matters were decidedly more contained and controllable...just as Gwendolyn preferred. With the heiress herself making a point to align herself with Valley once the battle lines were drawn. Someone who seemingly had an underlying vendetta with Gwen...but also loved her hair~...the heiress opting to reserve final judgment on Valley at a later date.

All in all, the affluent noblewoman considered this particular promo to be a rousing success...until she noticed Masuyo fumbling about in a nervous sweat when she realized this particular meal wasn't free. Even Gwen wasn't aware of that devious little tidbit considering she was n't hosting. Quite diabolical actually, and something Gwen would have complimented Akiha on backstage later on.

But a stirring sense of foreboding overcame her the second she noticed Masuyo eyeing the plate of heaping, greasy squids. Her reflexes immediately kicked into high gear as Gwen hurriedly reached below the table to scrounge up her Japanese parasol and pop it open in front of her!! Gwen scrunched her face behind her well-hidden food fight countermeasure...until she peered her eyes open to her side to see Akiha being drenched in slobbering squids instead. Ecstatic beyond words in a pure Eureka moment, Gwendolyn chucked the parasol to the side and pointed straight at her squid-faced partner!!

"HA!!!I KNEW IT!!!...oh, I mean...*ahem*...Oh my goodness gracious~...Who could have ever predicted such an unforeseen turn of events?~..." Gwen recovered from her moment of pure elation with a kittenish smile not so covertly hidden behind the tips of her fingers, her stifled laughter hemming from the fact Akiha still had a squid perched on top of her head with tentacles drooping around her ears. Her theory about the host of Crème De La Crème always suffering the indignity of getting plastered with food was proven true, and she couldn't have been more delighted in playing second fiddle to Akiha this one time.
