Isafold Hjalmarsdottir vs. Kaede Komatsuzaki - Cold As Ice

As Kaede sputtered about the floor and tried to regain her senses, many thoughts went through her head. The most prevailing one, though, was wondering why the hell Isa’s legs were so damn strong.

The blonde hadn’t looked like all that much special when Kaede first saw her - blonde, kind of cute, foreign, good body. The AFW went through women like that every month, few of them were ever worth writing home about. This one, though…

Leg scissors weren’t exactly uncommon, but Kaede had never experienced a pair of thighs with such power. Even after Isa released her, she was practically dead on the mat, nothing but a limp body as the frigid beauty hauled her to the center of the ring, and…

Oh. Oh, crap.

Kaede gasped as she grasped the full threat of what was about to happen, here. Isa was getting her to the center of the ring. Away from the ropes. Away from the one chance she had of getting free of the scissorhold. Not good. Not good at all.

”Nnnnh…” She groaned and weakly thrashed around in Isa’s hold, reaching for the ropes as they got farther and farther away. ”Uh, wait, hold up, you’re, ah…” She searched her mind for any sort of excuse. ”Don’t you want to be kind of sporting about this? Give me a chance to recover, you know?”

To be honest, Isa didn't have a specific plan at this point. She definitely knew what she was good at, she knew which holds she would probably use, and she knew it was best to keep Kaede away from the ropes. She knew what she would usually do - but Kaede was much more unpleasant of a person than her opponents usually were.

And that made things a bit different. Very unusually, Isa wanted to humiliate her. Well, not much, but at least slightly. Just to make the punk regret being so rude and arrogant. And dragging her along the mat like a ragdoll definitely should have served that purpose.

Oh. Now the punk wanted to talk.

Fine, Isa could talk. She was kind enough to do that. Well, not kind enough to let her go for that, but Kaede could get at least halfway to what she wanted.

Being practically in the center of the ring already anyway, the blonde dropped Kaede's legs back to the ground. Instead, she immediately proceeded to take Kaede into a camel clutch hold. That'd be good for talking.

"Recover? I just had to wait for ages here for you to get back in the ring? How much time do you need then, Katy?" Isa said as politely as she could. Although at this point it wasn't hard to guess from her tone that the blonde wasn't really interested in being polite at all.

Kaede enjoyed some momentary relief when Isa unexpectedly let go of the scissorhold, putting an end to the maddening pressure around her skull. There was a brief second where she even dared to think her little request might’ve been granted, and that Kaede was naive enough to give her the reprieve.

Then the blonde started to sit down on her back and put her into telltale position for the camel clutch, and she realized what was coming. Really should’ve known better, at this point.

She tried to struggle as she was pulled up into the new hold, but at this point, that barely translated to anything more than feeble squirming, an effort that wasn’t going to stop anything from happening. Isa still locked it on and pulled her up, jerking her spine into position and bending her at an obscene angle.

Kaede had to grit her teeth hard to keep a scream from getting out, her face scrunching into a shriveled mass. ”Gah! I don’t know! Five seconds?” Wait, should probably go higher. ”Thirty? A minute?”

Not likely to work, but it never hurt to ask.

If Kaede had been much ruder opponent than Isa had usually had, now she was turning out to be much less resilient as well. Really, she was begging for a chance to recover? That was something Isa hadn't heard in the ring before. Even if her opponents had sometimes ended up having rough time, that was part of the game. And pleading for mercy just didn't belong to the ring.

If Kaede had been nice and polite, sure, Isa could have possibly given her some mercy. So, it was too bad the punk had given absolutely no reason to do so.

But Isa was kind. She could give Kaede a moment. But on her own terms.

"Really? Well OK, Katy, I'll give you a chance. In fact, I'll give you as much time as you need! I'll stay put right here, I won't move an inch until you're ready. Recover all you want!"

Needless to say, the camel clutch hold Kaede was in didn't probably make recovering easy at all. But Isa was still giving her a chance. The punk couldn't blame her for unsportsmanship.

It seemed like Kaede and Isa had profoundly different ideas of what it meant to given a break.

What Kaede was hoping for was a reprieve, for her to be released from the backbreaking hold she was currently in. Even her own legendary stamina had its limits, and she was quickly reaching them, as searing pain wrecked her spine.

Isa, on the other hand, seemed content to contort her back into ways the owner’s manual didn't advise. She kept doing it, and Kaede was not loving the fact that she was still between those killer legs. Knowing they could close in at any moment and crush her in a one painful heartbeat…

Yeah. Screw this.

Kaede didn't want to tap, but her body certainly did, and it was going to be the decider in this case. The only way she could see herself getting out of this would be by hulking up and lifting Isa straight up off the ground. That was just not going to happen.

”Okayokayokay!” Kaede began tapping out on Isa’s leg as if her life depended on it. ”Get the fuck off! Off!”

Hopefully Kaede was happy now. Isa was giving her what she wanted, the punk was getting her precious moment... Although probably not exactly in the way she had planned in her mind.

Meh. Tough luck.

But what on earth? Was Kaede tapping out already? She was supposed to have her moment now, and she wasn't even in Isa's scissors?

Good news was that apparently there was now one hold more Isa could be proud of.

Bad news were that this didn't seem like a fun way at all to end this match. Especially if Kaede was telling her to get off in such a rude way... Even if she won, Isa didn't want to be obeying such arrogant commands.

The blonde did indeed release her camel clutch hold, letting Kaede's limbs fall to the mat. And she probably could have gotten up to celebrate her victory...

But Kaede's mouth needed to be shut. So Isa still positioned herself then to sit basically almost on Kaede's neck, pulling the punk's head once more into the crushing scissor hold of her thighs.

"Sorry, Katy, were you tapping out?  I couldn't quite hear 'cause you were shouting so loud..."

So, no, tapping out to Isa’s hold wasn’t exactly a shining moment in Kaede’s career. Not something that would be on her highlight reel, or on the eventual ‘Kaede Komatsuzaki’s Best Matches’ DVD.

But it was better than the alternative, which would involve her back getting rather painfully broken in a match where nothing was on the line. Nothing bigger than bragging rights, anyway. But she tapped, so it was over, and she could go back to living a life where her spine was in the proper position and there was significantly less pain. Right?

Wrong.

”Hey…” Kaede thought this was over, that Isa was just going to get up and leave the ring, but she learned how wrong she was when she felt those evil legs curling around her head again, bringing the terrible pressure down on a new, more vulnerable part of her body. Oh, and it had the added effect of making it nigh-impossible for Kaede to draw breath.

Yeah, she was tapping out to this thing. Furiously. Vigorously. She was practically slapping Kaede’s legs to signal a submission, while her body involuntarily thrashed about on the canvas.

If Kaede had her own DVD already all planned, there was one Isa would have wanted to show her. Tiltle of that would have probably gone something along the lines "How to wrestle gracefully?" Advertised with "Learn how to avoid looking like an immature brat in the ring!"

Unfortunately this match would be giving no material for that. Not even Isa's own performance had been as flawless as it could have been.

But that was something she blamed on Kaede. The punk had irritated her to the edge. And the current events were a perfect demonstration of that.

Not letting Kaede still let go was indeed somewhat naughty. But the punk could really only blame herself... She could have been free by now, hadn't she decided to continue with her brash mouth. That made Isa still want to use her best assets one more time.

Squeezing hard still one more time, it took no time for Kaede to start furious tapping out again. The punk was only words, with nothing to back them up. And since nobody could hear her words now, Kaede was as good as zero.

And that was definitely enough for Isa. Promptly letting Kaede's head free, she quickly stood up as the ref girl was raising her arm to signal the blonde's victory. Grace and dignity had won, good had defeated bad.

Now it was the perfect opportunity for the blonde to go wave at and thank the audience at all turnbuckles, while blowing kisses at them. The crowds seemed to be very pleased at her victory, so Isa still wanted to please the crowds the best she could.
