Old Schoolers: Peggy McIntyre vs. Gemma Faraday (Debut Match!)

Peggy let out a chuckle as Gemma had no answer for her offense yet! Peggy pulled her back to her feet by the hair and wrapped one arm around Gemma's head while grabbing the side of her shorts with her other hand! "No more cowerin' for ya, now you'll just be the one bouncin' off that mat!" Peggy went to lift Gemma up for a vertical suplex, eagerly anticipating the thunderous landing her opponent would have to endure!

If this move hit, Peggy would play tot he crowd a bit. She would mockingly flex her arms and strut around Gemma, even throwing in a little hip shake as she stood next to the fallen British flyer!

"Uuuhn ..." Gemma moaned, as Peggy took firm hold of her white locks and dragged her back up to her boots. The suffering Brit didn't have time to catch her breath, however, as Peggy took hold of her head and her trunks, and hoisted her overhead for the vertical suplex.

Gemma's back slammed hard into the mat again, drivingthe air out of her lungs with a loud "Aaarhh!" of agony. Gemma's face reddened, while Peggy posed over her fallen, panting figure. Gemma could only imagine how pathetic she must look, with the newcomer dominating her like this.

Gemma closed her eyes, tried to steady her heaving chest and get her breath under control. Peggy's confidence was growing, and while she played to the crowd, Gemma was doing her best to recover her strength. Her fists tightened and loosened, as Gemma tried to focus on anything other than the pain. She readied herself, trying to make certain she'd have a response ready, when the dominating Irish fighter returned her attention to her.

Peggy grinned as she looked back down on Gemma. "Time fer a ride lass!" Peggy said as she once again yanked Gemma up and this time sent her flying towards the ropes with an irish whip! Peggy braced herself in the center of the ring, bending down to set up an over-the-back toss!

However, the rookie had set herself up in the dead center of the ring, bent over before Gemma even reached the ropes. A "rookie mistake" if you will.....

Nonetheless, Peggy was flying high with confidence and totally unaware of her error. Surely nothing could go wrong with Gemma as worn down as she was.... right?

Gemma was mostly limp, as Peggy led her back to her feet. Arms swaying loosely, eyes closed, Gemma was conserving as much strength as she could. When the redheaded girl tossed her into the ropes with the irish whip, Gemma flew into it with no resistance.

The British girl winced as her aching back hit the stiff ropes, but she sank into them, anyway. Looking back into the ring for a split second, she could see Peggy already doubled over, ready to toss the smaller Gemma like a rag doll. If the girl had been in position for it, at least.

Coming off the ropes, Gemma stepped hard to Peggy. She let her left foot stop hard, planting a boot on the mat to cut her run short. With her right, Gemma swung a hard kick, flush for Peggy's chest, aiming to sink her thick, steampunk-style boots as deeply into the thick Irish lass' chest as she possibly could.

Peggy was looking forward to flipping that little British woman over her back, looking to keep control of the match.  Things didn't happen quite as Peggy expected.  "Ungh!"  Peggy groaned in surprise and pain, feeling the strong kick hammer her chest!  Peggy fell straight back, landing on her back!

Peggy clutched her chest with both arms, kicking the mat in pain as she let out another groan of agony.  "Ngh.... Twiggy can kick huh...."  Peggy muttered to herself, having gone from in control to struggling to collect herself!

Gemma's face scrunched in irritation at Peggy's 'twiggy' comment. "I'm going to call you 'Kerrygold,'" she said, as she reached down and took hold of Peggy's ankle. "Because clearly you are a product of Irish cows." She punctuated the comment with a kick, a sharp boot right to the inside of Peggy's gripped leg.

Then, stepping over, Gemma wrapped Peggy's firm leg around her own, tying the Irish woman down. Gemma put pressure on the twist for just a moment, then, before dropping to the mat. The move put a little stress on her aching back, but the Brit figured it wasn't nearly as much damage as her knee was doing, dropping onto Peggy's in a brutal leg twist.

Peggy let out a shrill cry of pain as the hold was locked in! She began to think of ways out when she realized that the ropes weren't too far away... Peggy opted to use her arm strength to begin to drag them over towards the ropes, reaching out to grab onto the bottom rope as soon as she could!

With every few feet of progress Peggy screamed out as the hold was doing its damage to her legs. "AHHHH! Damn it all! Ngh..... come on!" She wasn't yelling at anyone in particular so much as voicing her own frustration, and spurring herself on towards the ropes. After a few moments Peggy reached out and grabbed on for dear life!

"C'mon ref, do yer job and break the hold!" Peggy cried out in demand, hoping the release came soon...

Feeling Peggy crawl to the ropes, Gemma opted to hang in there, let the girl squirm. Rocking her shoulders back, Gemma wrenched on the hold. She jerked Peggy's leg against her own again and again, every inch until the fighting Irish woman managed to reach the safety of the rope break.

Gemma immediately unclenched her toned legs, and rolled back off of Peggy. "Aw, now, Kerrygold," she said, with a smirk, "you're not ready to be put out to pasture this early, are you?"

With Peggy already clinging to the ropes, Gemma took the girl under the arms and tried to help hoist her up. Bracing her body tightly against Peggy's, Gemma lifted with her legs to try and get the redheaded lass upright and trapped. For good measure, once she was upright, the steampunker raised an open hand and brought a hard chop down on Peggy's chest, hoping to soften the Irish woman up and keep her against the ropes for what she had planned, next.

Peggy felt herself getting pulled up to a standing position and the vicious chop across her chest sent her slumping against the ropes! However,r Gemma's words were infuriating Peggy. She let out a groan of pain and glared at Gemma, burning a hole through her with her gaze. "Anything a skinny mini lass like you can do, a McIntyre can do better!" Peggy shouted as she stepped forward and hit Gemma with a chop of her own, putting everything she had into it!

If Peggy had her way, she would paint this pesky girls chest red by the end of the match!

With Peggy up on the ropes, Gemma was prepared to take the next steps, and set up one of her signature moves. What she wasn't expecting, however, was for Peggy to fire back so readily, or so angrily. The sound of Peggy's chop against Gemma's chest echoed through the arena, drawing a loud response from the crowd.

"Aaaoww!" Gemma wailed, stumbling backward from Peggy. The steampunker massaged her tender chest with both hands, sensitive skin stinging savagely. Gemma gritted her teeth, rocking on her boots for a moment before collecting herself.

"We'll see about that," she said, raising her hand yet again and aiming another chop right down onto Peggy's chest. The Brit hadn't been planning on getting into a chop contest, but she certainly wasn't in a mood to back down from one.
