"Amazon" Alaina Sanders vs. "Rebelle" Billy Jean Tanner

Alaina was stretching near the entry ramp as she thought about her next match. She knew Billy Jean from a sparring match they had. Not only was Billy Jean a likeable young woman, but she also beat Alaina in the spar. However, Alaina had been in a few matches since then. Although her record wasn't as good as she'd like it to be, she was still confident.

She high fived fans as usual and was taking in the cheers. It seemed like she had managed to win over a bit of a fanbase since her debut a month ago. She flexed for the fans and leaned over against a turnbuckle as she waited for her opponent to come out.

This is it, Billy Jean "The Rebelle" Tanner is about to make her debut here in the AFW. She has been waiting a long time for this and all she had was a spar with her opponent that she is about to fight. Sure, she had won that one, but things can be very different in this official match.

As soon as Alaina got to her place after making her entrance, smoke would suddenly blow from the sides of the walkway's entrance as a Wild Western desert showed in the background. Coming in was a silhouette of a rider and a stallion coming to the front. The song "Renegade" by Daughtry was starting to play, the silhouette got closer and closer. When it got closer, more smoke blew in and in came a cowgirl riding on that stallion which surprised the crowd. It was the Rebelle.



As the music continued, Rebelle would immediately get off before slapping her stallion to exit to the side before turning her gaze to the ring ahead. The cowgirl began to walk through the "dusty" smoke as several smoke balls shot up into the air. Without gazing up at them, she immediately drew her pistol and shot rubber darts to make those balls burst smoke for theatricality and getting the crowd hyped. She would spin that pistol around and around within her finger to show her mastery in fast drawing as she got closer to the ropes.

Rebelle then ran before going up the ramp and grab the top rope to flip over it and into the ring. Afterwards, the cowgirl would do a classic Western pose before one more smoke bomb shot up behind her. She would fire it without turning around and blew out the smoke from the gun before the song ends with her smirk.

"Howdy, partner..."

"Nice to see you again. You sure know how to make an entrance don't you?" Alaina said as she extended her hand for a handshake. Alaina felt like her walk out was boring by comparison, but going that over-the-top wasn't Alaina's style.

Alaina had learned a few new tricks since the spar. The matches helped as did spending almost all her time at the gym. However, she wasn't sure what new tricks Billy Jean had learned in that time. She assumed there would be more to Billy Jean this time around, as underestimating her opponent had cost her once. That wasn't a mistake Alaina was ready to repeat anytime soon.

"All right... ready when you are."

Billy Jean would spin her pistol around her finger a little before putting it back in the holster and tossing the holster off to the side for it wasn't really needed. She would come over to Alaina and shake her hand as she smiled and said, "Heheh, thanks, Alaina. I thought it'd be nas to show a bit of who I am as a true cowgirl. I mean, I don't wanna go just a standard walkout, ya know? No offense." Alaina was her first friend she ever made here in the league and she was excited to see how much things had changed between them. Billy Jean had to bring it and surely Alaina will too.

With a nod, Billy Jean would add, "Alright, darlin', get yerself set. I'll show ya how a cowgirl like me really fights." She would go to her corner and do some stretching before the bell rings for the match to begin.

"Oh, none taken."

Alaina went to her corner for a few quick stretches. As she heard the bell ring she made her way over to Billy Jean. Alaina moved forward and tried to lock up with Billy Jean. She put in a lot of work at the gym and was confident she could get an edge in this situation.

"Just stay focused. Just because its your friend doesn't mean you can go easy." Alaina told herself.

As soon as the bell rang, Billy Jean would turn around and get in her own fighting stance. It was similar to a cowboy who's about to go in a quick drawing showdown. She would walk up to the center and meet up with Alaina so they can get this thing started. She then went with Alaina to raise up her own arms and bring those hands closer to her friend's.

The two would soon lock up and the cowgirl tried to keep up with the Amazon in terms of strength.

Alaina knew Billy Jean was strong, and locking up with her served as a nice first-hand reminder. However, Alaina had planned on this and had a different strategy in mind for this match. Instead of going right for power moves, Alaina would slowly wear down Billy Jean and pick her moments.

Alaina tried to get her arms underneath Billy Jean's in an attempt to put her into a headlock! Once the headlock was firmly applied Alaina would squeeze down while walking Billy Jean towards the middle of the ring.

Billy Jean had a good grip on Alaina's hands as they both locked up with each other, but then she felt the Amazon get her into a headlock. She would groan and gag a little as she was walked over to the middle of the ring. The cowgirl tried to push her opponent away before the headlock got tighter for she didn't want to lose any advantage so soon.

As Alaina put pressure on Billy Jean's head, she felt her opponent shove her forward as hard as she could! Alaina lost her grip and stumbled forward a few feet. "Damn... she's free and behind me!" Alaina thought to herself as she turned around as quickly as she could, bracing herself for a follow-up attack by the cowgirl.

Billy Jean pushed Alaina a few feet away and she saw an open opportunity to attack. She has to be quick before Alaina can reverse or even dodge it, so she immediately charged from behind. When Alain turned around, Billy Jean would attempt to swing for a haymaker punch to knock the Amazon back as she exclaimed, "Draw, pilgrim!"
