Ashlen would now see that Blossom was not going to stop now as she now loved in for a more powerful strike. When the spear came in, she would put her arms up to try and block it from reaching her stomach. Ashlen would grunt though from the force of the impact, but she hoped that she would mostly be intact.

Blossom used Tackle! It wasn't very effective...

Blossom hit dead on, but Ashlen's block stopped her dead in her tracks; she didn't have nearly enough weight to break through and fell down her knees. Just a minor setback, though, and Ashlen...no,Jackpot, had to get used to the kayfabe - didn't seem interested in going off the defensive, just yet. This was Show and Tell, and it was all her turn.

She stood up fast and engaged Jackpot, pulling her down for a grapple, putting them in a test of strength as Blossom pushed her towards the ropes. "How am I doing so far? Scale of 1 to 10."

Ashlen was just shaking off her arms from the impact until Blossom came forward to grapple with her in a test of strength. As she was being pushed back, she would hear Blossom ask how she is doing so far. "Hmm, I'd say at least a 7, but let's see how long you keep up."

Saying this, Ashlen would try to push back against Blossom as hard as she could so she can show how strong she is.

The answer? Pretty flipping strong.

Despite being smaller, Blossom has quite a bit of weight and muscle to work with - she starts to push and push back hard, coming at Jackpot with an impressive display of raw strength. Her muscles are like solid iron - hardly a speck of fat to be seen on her, tempered and honed by countless hours in the gym, forged in the heat of many matches.

She suddenly pulls down on Jackpot's shoulder and wraps her arm around the feisty redhead's neck, trying to get her in a quick chokehold and crank it tight.

Blossom was faring well against Jackpot's own strength as she was keeping up in the test of strength. As she kept pushing, the Irish girl would feel Blossom wrapping her arm around her neck for a chokehold. Feeling it crank tight, Jackpot would try to breathe as she was thinking of a way to escape. Using her fists, she would attempt to punch hard on Blossom's stomach and sides to make her let go.

Blossom grimaced at the punches - fistfighting was not her expertise, to say the least, and if that's where this fight was going, she'd have problems. She had to keep things close, as tight as possible, force Jackpot to fight in her comfort zone if at all possible.

She couldn't keep the choke on forever, so she decided to let it go...sort of. Instead of just releasing it, she'll drop back and try to plaster Jackpot with a classic DDT, hammering her skull into the mat.

Jackpot continued punching against Blossom's stomach and sides in hopes of getting free, but she would get free in the most unexpected way. She would feel Blossom drop and slam her head onto the mat for a DDT. "AAARGH!!" Jackpot grunted from the impact and she held her head in pain. She tried to roll away fast before Blossom can get another chance to attack again.

Blossom takes a moment to rub her sides - Jackpot hits like she's got gold coins under her knuckles - as she sees the Irish Instigator start to roll away, putting some distance between them. Knowing that the farther she gets away the harder her job will be, Blossom leaps forward and pounces on her, trying to land on her chest. If she can do that much, she'll wrap her legs around Jackpot's neck and put her in the dreaded Triangle Choke, pulling back on the arm while her legs squeeze the life out of her neck. "Just 7?"

This new girl doesn't seem to know when to quit and she is really pushing to show it. "GUH!!" Jackpot coughed out as she got pounced on her chest. Within moments, she would feel Blossom's legs wrap around her head in a triangle shape and her arm was grabbed to increase the pressure. "RRGH!!" she would growl as she was feeling the pain in her neck and arm, but she didn't want to let it stop her now.

Jackpot would use her free arm to try and punch at Blossom's legs with all her might in hopes that she'll release her. If this worked, Ashlen would quickly stand and back away to get herself back in the game. "Yeah, just 7...for now."

"Owowowowowowow!" The punches were annoying, but this was a hardcore match against a redheaded Irish woman - it's not like this sort of thing wasn't what she signed up for. One of the punches hit a muscle in just the wrong place and sent shivers down her leg - she released the hold and rolled back, rubbing her thighs. "Sheesh, that'll bruise."
