"Procedures for matches vary as to what is new, what is popular, and even what best suits the fighters. As for pay, yeah, it would mainly depend on how well your performance is for the matches you fight in. You need to make it good or else refunds will be demanded. To get title shots, there are tournaments that you can join, but the fighters who compete are among the best of the best, so you need to match their standards also."

"Awesome, awesome, and awesome." She pulled the curtains back and found herself staring at the broad side of a building - her agent had exaggerated about this view. For instance, he said there actually was one.

"Ugh. Well." She turned back to Ashlen. "I believe our meeting is a sign from the wrestling gods, Jackpot." She rubbed her hands. "Verily, I say unto thee - a match, we should have."

"A match?" Ashlen looked surprised in hearing Aura say this. They only just met and Aura is asking for a match? "You mean now? Or do you mean when we actually go to the ring? I've been in the league for quite a while and for you to fight me, you have to start practicing as soon as you can. Believe me, I worked so hard to get my body in this good of a shape."

"Well, not right now, no, but it would be awesome if you were one of my first."

She fell on her back and laid on the plush carpet, sighing as she lazily ran her bare feet along it. "Ah, carpet's nice. A little smelly, but it feels good. Anyway." She sat back up and nodded Ash's way. "But don't worry - I'm new to the ring, but I've got experience. Amateur wrestling through high school - not much to look at, I know, but I might surprise you..."

"Well, I'll try to be one of the first if the head will let me," said Ashlen as she kept in mind that the matches must be approved before they can be put out there into action. She would listen to Blossom as she explained where she had her experience in wrestling. "That's a good start. Not as professional, but it's a start." Ashlen would then think for a moment before saying, "Say, Blossom? I was wondering if you would be interested to...show me your moves and mayhaps spar with me?"

Blossom blinked. Twice. That one kind of came from nowhere, not that she had any problem with the idea.

"Suuuuuuuuuuuuuure." She gave a thumbs up and jumped up to her feet in a single bound, dusting off her knees. She looked around the room - no furniture, pretty spacious. "Want to go here, or do you have some place in mind? I'm good, either way."

Ashlen would think a bit on this for the location can determine what can be done for Blossom. "Well, either here or in a gym that I sometimes go too on my days off. I mean if you want to hit the big times in wrestling, you actually need to experience being IN them. If you have a sparring or actual wrestling outfit with you, then we can head to the gym. If you don't, then we can just spar here. What do you say?"

"Well, I'm super-eager to get my fight on, but..." She bit her lip, looking around. "Trashing my semi-brand new apartment might not be the best way to ingratiate myself with the landlord, you know?" She backed up and gave her luggage a little kick. "I've got everything I need in here - just give me a little bit to change and I'll meet you at the gym, mach schnell."

Ashlen nodded in saying that is exactly what she means. "Okay, I'll give you the address for the gym once you go and change and I'll get myself ready also. I'm interested to see how you fight, Blossom, and I'm hoping you don't disappoint." She would find a pen and paper at the counter as she wrote the address down. "Just follow the directions on it and you'll be fine. I'll see you there, a'ight?"

"Righteous." She nodded and dashed off to the back, getting dressed and doing a few warmups to get limber and ready.

About thirty minutes later, she turned up at the gym, strutting about as she looked over the facility. It reminded her of the old gym at her school...if they'd had funding to actually get decent equipment, at least. "Oooh, Blossom likes. Free weights, machines, ellipictals, check, check, check. And it's mine, all mine..." She had a fun little cackle under her breath as she made her way around, taking a small tour before heading towards the ring.
