Careful what you wish for...you just might get it.

Anja the Raven was lacing her wrestling boots. It was an activity she could also perform in a snowstorm or in the middle of the night after being woken up seconds ago. It was a rather mixed weather day as she onfirmed when she looked out of the window with a stony impression, and only the flight of a nearby crow enchanted her with a small smile for a spit second. She had intentionally selected this gym for a spar with a special person she wanted to know about first hand and not only by story of her best friend.

As usual she was totally ignorant about the current program that had been going on in AFW, so she had no idea about anything that could or could not have happened in the hentai belt division and also did not think much about it because she was centered around the goal to finally meet her. Then she was ready with her work and would enter the ring, right in her ring gear that consisted of a body hugging black shorts with a red raven on the butt and a fitting top that kept her midriff cloth free. Taking a long look around, she would sit herself right into a corner on the top rope. Waiting and observing.

Sakura huffed lightly as she slipped on a tight, yellow sports-bra and shorts, noting dryly how she'd need to replace them sometime soon... Sakura often fought mostly in a skirt and shirt, keeping everything loose and free... almost made her wonder why she decided to wear something more... conventional for this little match. It certainly wasn't comfortable and Lucky could only imagine why someone would wear this when going out to fight! She... Blah...? She was complaining again, wasn't she? Lucky frowned at her less-than-cheerful expression in the mirror, expressing distaste at the changes in her behavior this knot in her heart was forcing upon her. Everything was so much more... grey than before, her bubbliness reduced to a light fizz when she went out! She couldn't really... taste things as vibrantly as she could before and her mind always ended up wandering back to a certain place she'd rather it WOULDN'T! Every time she tried to talk about it, put it into words, some sort of deflection would escape her lips first, a facade, if a convincing one, rising to hide the true extent of her feelings behind a veil of normality. She... Really didn't want to do much beyond her normal routine, the cheerleader at least finding solace in her training where she'd work herself so hard she'd be too tired to feel much of anything... She found respite in her drawings, scenes that always spiraled back to a continually darkening expression of a betrayal scene, where the plucky protagonist is betrayed by the very person they admired.

...She wanted to just... work this out...

But Lucky wasn't just any normal girl... She was the champion of hentai... and they had duties. For example, a close friend of Natasha (one of her closest friends and DEAR idols who HADN'T betrayed her yet) had contacted the cheerleader and asked for a little spar-thingy, wanting to get to know her! Had Lucky remained ignorant to the personal hatred Ari had for her, Lucky would've JUMPED at this chance, EAGER to expand her friend-circle so that it overlapped more with Natasha! Now...? It was like an old man wearily picking his hat off of the rack on his way out the door, bemoaning the fact he had to go to work this day when his back ached so...

Lucky arrived at the gym, put on her best "everything-is-fine" face and entered, spotting the very attractive blonde in the middle of the ring! Indeed, even with her mind as unfocused as hers, Lucky could still acknowledge the beauty of a woman when she saw it! Anja was a gorgeous woman, similarly as beautiful as Natasha, as mature and, as a result, a tad lacking in the "cute" factor! She was more like a queen than a princess, a woman than a girl.... and she looked ready to fight...

"Hiya!" Lucky greeting, waving lightly at the blonde before slipping into the ring herself! "My name is Yayuuki Sakura... but you probably know that! Glad to meetcha in person finally!"

Now there she finally was, the Friction hentai champion. From the perception of Anja, she looked exactly as she had pictured her to be. Cute, very cute to be honest, bubbly, with a spring in her step so to say. Anja was not old in any sense, but Yayuuki was right when she had pictured her more than a queen than a princess as the Blonde had lost her princess status long time ago to be fashioned into an icy queen after a long apprenticeship as the icy enforcer.

Compared with her stern facial impression, imposing gestures that had been ingrained in her to instill if not fear then respect in other woman, the Raven was ready to greet the friend of Natasha in her usual fashion she reserved for girls of similar age she did not know…with a big, welcoming smile!
"Hi Yayuuki. I am also thrilled to finally meet you! Natasha has told me so many favorable things about you that I just had to meet you in person too!"
She answered honestly, offering to hug Yayuuki lightly for a greeting. She had practiced this a lot for the last months and so it looked quite good, at least in her own imagination.

"Dawwwwww~!" Lucky giggled, turning her head slightly away as if embarrassed, a small nervous smile across her face! "...She's probably just sayin' stuff! Oh, and by the way, you don't gotta use my last name! We're friends and stuff, right?" Anja would answer that question with her arms wide, stepping in close as if to embrace the champion! At this... Lucky froze, nearly stepping back on reflex and breaking her facade! Gosh, how her heart tore in two, one side LEAPING at the opportunity to embrace a beautiful woman who, for all she knew, had said nothing but nice things! The other half, though... Was suspicious. Ari had hurt her, taking Lucky so far into the curriculum of the school of hard knocks, she was already employing the lessons naturally! She really didn't know Anja too much beyond her career history and what Natasha had tossed her way, everything turning up aces for the most part so... why was it so hard to just... be happy...?

That half-instant of conflict was overridden in the next, Sakura opening up her own arms and taking Anja in for a hug, embracing the blonde in a tight hug as if she were greeting an old friend! ...Sakura couldn't tell if it felt like her heart was in it or not from Anja's perspective.... Were it her, she'd know, noticing all the little breadcrumbs left by Sakura's subtly anxious behavior! It was almost like someone was watching her... and they were, everyone else who thought she was fine, believing she was fine because that's what Champions were supposed to be. She KNEW that this could happen in wrestling! HEELS were a thing, a BIG part of the community and stuff... But... she just... didn't think it was real... she thought it was an act, that, behind the scenes, people were... like... at least caring as people towards one another! Even JINX, who actually DESTROYED her PRIZED action-figures, was just following out a contract, right? It wasn't like she actually hated her, right?

...She was wrong.

Lucky was wrong about a lot of things.

"So!" She announced happily, not letting her trademark smile dip for a moment! "Happy to meetcha! You... uh... Have me at a disadvantage, though, because I don't know a lot aboutcha from Natasha!" She giggled softly, her heart aching a bit in worry that her comment came off as insulting... that, perhaps, it sounded as if Anja weren't as important.

Anaja had been out of country a lot lately and forgotten that the last name came first in Japan, meaning that the bubbly girl was probably rather named Sakura than Yayuuki.

Luckily for Sakura, Anja had only a very limited social sense and would have not expected anything else than what Sakura had delivered her right now. In fact, the blonde expected treason to happen and friendships to be superficial and one sided until the emotional blackmail got too much for one party. Therefore she had only fully opened up to a very few selected people like Natasha, and only after years of constant surveillance for treacherous motives.

"I have seen some of your matches and more importantly, I trust Natashas opinion about you. If she says you are a class act, I believe her until proven wrong by my own judgement."
She answered truthfully with a gentle smile after the embrace was over, sighing very lightly as she felt that she had done that rather good in her limited range of abilities in that regard.
"Only fair to tell you something about me then. What do you want to know? You probably already guessed that Natasha and I are friends for quit some time now."
