SHARK BAIT: Mako Adachi vs Blaise Cameron

Mako may have been overpowered by her opponent for a bit, but that changed rather quickly as her knee digs into his body. It seemed that Blaise was caught off guard by her sudden strike as her opponent began bending forward a bit as the air left his body. Now it was her turn to capitalize now that her opponent was in pain, but it seemed he was using her as his own personal bed for the moment. "Heh...feeling tired there Blaise? Cause you know I can't just let you lay on me..." she would say teasing him a bit.

So with Blaise laying on top of her chest and using the ropes to stay up, Mako would have to push him back a bit before beginning to pull herself up on the ropes of the ring. Then deciding to tease him about his choice of words earlier the shark would shout "Time to get on your back Blaise!" while bringing her legs up between the two. And with a forceful thrust, Mako shot both her legs right out into Blaise's body in an attempt to blast him out of the corner and onto his back hard.

Blaise simply blinks. Lay on her? He manages to pull himself back enough to give her a confused look, which just opens him up to her follow-up attack. Her bare feet hammer into his torso, blasting his hands off the ropes and off his boots! He lands hard on his shoulders, the momentum rolling him over backwards onto his knees!

He promptly flops back, lying splayed with one knee bent. Eyes rest shut, body wracked with a periodic cough.

Mako's kick sent Blaise flying down to the mats, rolling backwards twice until coming to a stop on his back. It seemed like this was going to be easier than she had originally thought as her opponent stayed there coughing a bit. Mako would chuckle a bit to herself as she had already knocked Blaise to his back rather quickly, but she also was worried that this was going to be a completely one sided match. She hated those, except when she disliked the person of course. Then she would pound the person's face in all night if she wanted to.

So could she continue to stomp all over him, yes, but would that be fun, no. Deciding to break her I don't go easy on anyone rule, Mako would go over to her opponent and try to bring him to his feet. Of course she still wouldn't let him off that easy, since she would try to whip Blaise into the ropes and attempt to hit him with a clothesline as he came back. So whether or not her opponent could counter before this happened was up to him.

Blaise laid there on the mat, supine and vulnerable. He expected a pin. He would've appreciated a pin. It'd give him a second to breathe and retrain his focus. But instead, the punk girl is pulling him to his feet. That, in itself, is surprising. Not even stomping? Splashing? None of that good stuff? What a curious girl she is!

She whips him towards the ropes, and his first few pounding steps are wobbly and uncoordinated. Blaise is, however, resilient if anything, and it evens out very quickly. With the expectation that something brutal is incoming, he decides to throw caution to the wind on the rebound and dive at her headlong! His shoulder is aimed to plow into her abs, rough, his arms attempting to hook her waist to drop in tandem with her.

Mako brought her opponent up and soon after had him whipped to the ropes. The shark had planned a quick clothesline to lay out Blaise once again, but the young man suddenly dove at her shoulder first. "Umpphh!" Mako would grunt loudly as she received a hard blow to the abs, while Blaise began grabbing a hold of her by the waist with his arms.

Mako was very much surprised by the her opponent's move as she went down on her back, and for a second she was a little dazed by the heavy blow. But at the same time she wasn't some weak little girl who would be discouraged by something of this level. So Mako would try making some distance by quickly rolling her body to the side in an attempt to get out of Blaise's arms and onto her feet. Hopefully before he could make any quick jokes about how she was on her back now...
