Kirby beating Buu was fair though. Buu doesn't stand a chance in that fight.

Just off the top of my head when it comes to DB the following were in my opinion mishandled

Ivy vs Orchid, they ignored that Ivy's sword can move on its own and can reverse magic to save her, Orchid's fire panther can not run through melee hits only projectiles, and Ivy has decades of experience fighting Taki who is as fast or faster than Orchid and also uses similar albeit bladed weapons. Actually Ivy has a whole moveset designed for dealing with up close fighters like Orchid.

Link vs Cloud, I'm sorry but Cloud can cut through a skyscraper with one swing plus they gave Link the strength of the gauntlets when the downside of using them is you move extra slow.

Peach vs Zelda, if you're going to use that soccer ball as a feat then all the things Zelda does in smash has to count, plus Peach doesn't actually know hot to fight while Zelda does. Zelda wins easily.

Toph vs Gaara, they took everything Toph could do even as an old lady but only used Gaara from early Naruto, saying he ran out of stamina when Gaara fought for three days in the war and didn't run out of chakra. Plus Toph needs to move to bend, Gaara would crush her with sand.

Kirby vs Buu was just bad, Buu can move faster than the human eye can track, Kirby can travel at that speed with a star but not react or fight at it. Also if Kirby got to eat things why didn't Buu get to absorb anyone?

Cammy vs Sonya is a tough one, they used the drone from MKX even though she uses it to make up for her age but also kept her at her physical peak. Cammy could take out the drone with the GUNS she is shown to be skilled with in the various OVA's she is in, and she does have Psycho power but it plays almost no part in the fight. The steel anvil thing is silly as its a minigame and she can fail at it, plus they don't ever use her SF5 super moves where shes moving faster than Sonya could keep up with. The outcome I think should have been Cammy, but I can see Sonya from how they set it up, but the animation was terrible and they made the fight WAY too one sided.

I'd just like to point out that it's not Link's gloves that slow him down, it's his Iron Boots that do that.

All the same, Link's only strength comes from his arsenal, while Cloud's comes from straight up magic. Sure, Link's shield is technically indestructible, but there is nothing in the Zelda universe that EVER shows him to be fast enough to block fast enough to stop someone with the speed of Cloud.

So, even with all of his gear, Cloud should have been the clear winner.

I feel that Topgh vs Gaara is the one very few defend, minus die hard Avatar fans.

That being said ive heard mixed things about Cloud vs Link and Tifa vs Yang. Having little knowledge in final fantasy I went to my friends who know just anout everything about it, there responses ranged from those that agreed and thise that didn't. Though most did say Cloud vs link was bs, Tifa vs Yang was pretty even.

They clearly half assed the fight animation and research, giving a fully composite Sonya, including dumb minigame bullshit, while Cammy was reduced to being fast with a nice butt. Way too one sided and half assed. Cammy deserves better.

They gave Buu Kid Buu, but needed him. Kid Buu is way beyond normal Buu, and is a multi planet buster. They also assumed that Fighter Kirby is an equal or better fighter than a dbz character. Why couldn't Buu just blow up the planet?

Bowser vs Ganondorf was also bad, season 3 has just been lazy and terrible

Yang vs Tifa was shite. It was biased as fuck because of the stuff with RT, and their explanation was, "well, she gets stronger when hit, so naturally that makes all of Tifas materia and limit breaks worthless, because Yang is automatically stronger and able to completely no sell everything. Total bullshit. No limits fallacies can fuck off.
