Teddy Cat Hori vs. Valley Doll - The Cat Came Back

Valley knew Teddy was far from done, but she didn't think her feline foe could recover this fast. The elbows struck her hard in the stomach and made her relinquish the grip as she bent over with her gaping mouth. Not pleasant.

Unexpected offense, but she could work with it.

Valley stepped away from Teddy while she clutched her stomach, overselling the pain - it hurt, oh yes, but not quite as much as she made it out to be. Valley turned her back on Teddy, looking like she was going into a quick retreat, only for her to suddenly jerk backward and swing her legs over in an arc as she fell, trying to nail Teddy in the face with a surprise Pelé Kick.

Valley had come up with a cunning move...and Teddy had fallen right for it, walking right into a hard kick to her face, causing her to yelp and falling right onto her adorable butt.

Shaking her head, she rubbed her face where it impacted.

"Geeez...Whats with you and kicks to the face-nya!"

Valley landed on her back and brought her knees in to her chest, while her palms pushed the floor beside her head. She took a deep breath and did a kip up to her feet in one quick, fluid motion...a move she immediately regretted, hissing and rubbing her stomach as her battered abs protested the effort. Too much, too soon. She fought through the pain and turned her grimace into a smile for the audience, but it was a harsh reminder of why she had to be so aggressive with Teddy.

"Sorry." She spun around on one foot and delivered her second roundhouse kick of the match, this one aimed at the cat symbol on Teddy's chest. "Try this!"

Teddy had only just gotten back to her feet when she took yet another kick, this one right to her chest, dropping her back to the mat. She rolled around on the ground, arms folded around her chest as her legs kicked at the mat in pain and frustration, getting more than fed up with Valley's kicks.

The crowd cheered, even Teddy's fans starting to think Valley had things well in hand now!

From the sounds of anguish and the look of pain on her face it seemed like Teddy was getting her fill of Valley feet - though, she wasn't getting kicked in the head anymore, so she would have to see that as a positive. Still, the Slamazon felt like she'd done a good job softening her up, and it was time they starting moving away from groundwork. The kicks were just an appetizer, and Valley was about to see how the returning Angel handled the main course.

While Teddy was on her back, Valley darted towards the side of the ring and leaped up, landing with both feet on the middle rope. She bounced off and soared backwards with a flip, coming down on her opponent with a graceful - and deadly - lionsault.

Teddy only had a split second sight of Valley Doll, upside down, in the air above her before the blonde came crashing down upon her stomach, smashing the wind out of her, the impact causing Teddy's upper body to jerk upwards, her eyes wide, spittle flying from her open mouth as she let out a wheezing gasp.

She fell back to the mat after, curling up, arms around her stomach as she tried to get some of her air back.

It was amazing how such a beautiful move could cause so much pain, but Valley was willing to bet that Teddy could attest to it. She splashed on top of the Wrestle Angel with perfect form and all the force her lithe form could muster, blew the crowd away with a couple of shots from her finger guns, then flopped back down on top of Teddy, laying chest-to-chest for the pinfall. "Count me off, ref!"

The referee dropped and started up the count once again -after a blitz like that, Valley was more optimistic about getting the full three.

"One!"

"Two!"

Only just managing to get some air in her system before the pin, Teddy once again managed to kick out of Valley's pin attempt, surprising some fans who assumed the formerly retired fighter was done for.

Hell, Teddy herself was surprised, kicking out on instinct. Maybe some of her old talent for the ring hadn't gone away after all...

Valley popped up after Teddy's kick out and blew the stray hairs out of her face, letting the audience see the slight signs of frustration creeping into her features. Couldn't be helped. She was on a roll with the pink-haired woman, but didn't want to press her luck too far, and it was starting to feel as if she'd reached that point. The sooner she nailed something big and called it a day, the safer she'd feel.

"Little more, then." Valley rolled over and grabbed Teddy's hair, getting two handfuls of pink hair and holding on tight. She stood up, forcing the Angel to come along with her, and then she switched her grip Teddy's right wrist, instead. A quick twist, a hard pull, and Valley tried to send her opponent running with an Irish Whip, making sure to throw her weight into the move for some extra power.

Teddy was busy panting, taking deep breaths to get her wind back into her when she was pulled up, recognizing the attempted irish whip as soon as her wrist was pulled.

"Not yet!"

She yelled, the pink haired girl grabbing Valley's wrist and turning herself to face the blonde, pulling her wrist and throwing HER towards the ropes with an Irish Whip. On top of that, when Valley rebounded, Teddy Cat would throw her arm out, trying to catch her with a hard clothesline!
