Volcanica vs Nico - submission style

"Heh... fair enough i guess", he smirked back at Volcanica, taking a step closer to accept her test of strenght.
He thought he'd get the advantage in such kind of contest, being a boy vs a girl and all... though he could be making a mistake, since Volcanica was slightly taller and bigger than himself.

As soon as Nico locked hands with her, Volcanica would try to hold her ground against him by giving everything she's got. Though the boy was a little shorter and smaller than her, she shouldn't take him too lightly. After all, he is a veteran for a reason and she's still new to all of this.

"You are quite strong, Nico." Volcanica commented. "I'll give you that."

"Nghhh.... you're not half bad yourself....", he groans, both the contenders trying to gain the upper stance, even for a few seconds while the crowd roars wildly.

Until.. one of Nico's legs gives slightly, causing the boy to inch backwards and get slightly lowered, which gives Volcanica the chance to take the advantage.

Volcanica suddenly felt Nico give way a bit due to his leg giving way. Seeing this as a possible advantage, she would try to push forward a little before releasing her grip on Nico's hands to grab at his legs. If she was able to pull them up to get him on the ground, she'll attempt to turn him over onto his stomach and sit on his back while pulling his legs under her armpits for a deep boston crab.

Nico is taken by surprise and, because he can kicks his legs out of it, he's laying onto his belly trapped in Volcanica's boston crab, groaning as he tries to squirm and slither towards the ropes.

Volcanica was glad that her move had worked and now she's got Nico right where she wants him. She continued to apply pressure on her submission by pulling his legs a little more. She then felt Nico trying to reach for the ropes, so she would try to maintain her hold for as long as she could. And as soon as Nico grabbed onto them, she would release him from the submission and back off.

Nico was lucky that Volcanica was not much bigger than himself, otherwise he would be probably done for this round. Instead, he managed to reach the ropes in some ways, and Volcanica immediately released him as the ref intimated a rope-break.

"Unhh... that was not bad..", he groaned standing up and regaining the middle of the ring, closing the distance with Volcanica as he tried to repay her with a bearhug. Though, the recent boston crab had left his legs softened, which would proably slow down his movements.

Volcanica smiled at Nico and replied, "Thanks, I try." He waited for Nico to stand up and suddenly, she was brought up in a bearhug. She felt the squeeze getting to her in a painful way, so she would try to wriggle herself loose. In the pain though, she would smile a little and say, "Ugh...you're not that bad yourself."

"Nghhh... compliments are welcome but they won't get you out of this one... ngrrr...". Nico groaned in exertion. He was not tall or strong enough to keep lift Volcanica off the mats in the bearhug, but he could at least arch himself back in order to apply maximum pressure and keep the girl on her tiptoes.. which he actually did, groaning and sweating as he was wrenching her waist in the hold, trying to squeeze out a submission from the redhead's lips

Volcanica was still in pain, but she grew a little worried about Nico. He did have her in the hug, but it only got him as far as to bring her up to her tiptoes. "You seem a little worked out there, Nico. Here, maybe I can help." And when she said help, she would try to wriggle herself roughly to get back on her feet. If this worked, she would jump up and get a bodyslam from her position down to Nico to slam his back hard on the mat, hopefully to make him let go.
