Ninja vs Amazon : Rebecca vs Asami

Rebecca was losing her patience with Asami, as was the crowd. There had been too much of a break between the action and Rebecca still couldn't get hands on the ninja. What is she planning? she thought, looking under the ring before a sharp whistle got her attention and answered her question.

The Ninja barreled into her chest, bowling her over with the force of the suicide dive. Now she was outside the ring laying on her back, not good. Not good at all.

Asami crash into Rebecca also took it's toll on the ninja. She would roll off of the Amazon with a groan, laying on her back while putting one hand to her forehead.
*One day, I'm going to quit using my body as a projectile.* she promised her aching frame. *Just, not today.*
The ref would begin a ten count on both women as they lay outside the ring. Asami would be on her feet at around the five count, unless of course, the bigger American was on her feet before then. If not, then Asami would reach down, seizing Rebecca's arm with one hand and her hair with the other, and begin hauling her to the ring.
"No way you're losing by countout. Oh no...three count. That's how it'll be done. A definite win..." she would mumble to her opponent as she would get her to the ring.

"Gah..." Rebecca grunted, as she was pulled up. She wanted to take it back to the ring too, none of this searching around to get blindsided business to deal with. So she didn't put up any resistance when Asami moved her to the ring "...fair enough..." she breathed, before trying to grab the ninja with her spare hand and throw her back in first.

Asami had just gotten Rebecca to the edge of the ring when the Amazon grabbed her and forcefully rolled her in.
With a growl at the blonde's insolence,she waited as Rebecca got back in and then lashed out with what appeared to be a kick at her ribs. But it was a feint, slightly slower than her other strikes had been. She was hoping the Amazon would catch the leg, which would lead to Asami leaping up and kicking with the other foot at the side of the Amazon's head with a hard hitting enzugiri kick.

"GAH!" Rebecca yelped. She thought she had her when she blocked the kick, only to get another to the side of the head, forcing the amazon to her knees in front of the ropes. Maybe she should have let Asami put her in the ring first then counter what she had planned.

The ninja watched as Rebecca sank to her knees. Landing that enzugiri seemed to have stunned the bigger blond. Stepping close to her foe, Asami reached out, grasping Rebecca's head in both hands. Then after a brief second, she would leap up and back, still holding onto the Amazon's head. The kunoichi was looking to land in a seated position, her legs spread wide while slamming Rebecca's face into the mat in a sitting facebuster.

Rebecca didn't scream when her face was smashed roughly into the canvas, her whole body shuddering from the impact as she weakly tried to roll over, trying to get some air.

Asami got to her feet.
*I can do this!* she thought wildly while reaching down to seize Rebecca's arms.
She would try to drag the Amazon towards the middle of the ring, leaving her face up. If she stayed down, the kunoichi would quickly make her way to the nearest corner, climbing the ropes and going to the top one, facing towards the crowd.
*She may have the armor of her muscles protecting her stomach, but the Flash at Sunset should do enough damage to make even her stay down!* she reasoned to herself, while throwing a glance at Rebecca to make sure she was still unmoving. *But if she moves...or I miss...*
She broke off that thought turning her gaze towards the crowd before throwing her body into a sailing backflip from the top ropes as she began her dangerous finisher. She also also twisted her body during the moonsault, adding more force and momentum as she was still airborne, heading right for the fallen Amazon's midsection!

She didn't.

The aerial feat hit perfectly. The ninja's lithe body twirling down to smash into the Amazon's hardened abs forcing out every bit of air in Rebecca as she lay on the canvas, possibly defeated, possibly with a bit of fight left in her that she was saving but for now she didn't move.

Asami's light body had bounced some after the impact, causing her to roll off to the side of the Amazon's frame.
Gasping from the force of slamming her smaller body into Rebecca's solid muscle wall that she called her stomach, Asami would roll back over to the stricken American after a moment spent getting some breath back. The ninja would drape an arm across Rebecca's chest, which caused the referee to drop down to all fours and start to make the count.
"One!"
