AV 17 Rookie tournament: Aisha Love vs. Anna Ivers

Knocked down and dragged towards the turnbuckle Aisha wasted no time letting out any frustration she seemed to be having. Stomping on her like a madwoman as Anna brought her hands up attempting to stop her, feeling the girls boot slam int her over and over again while her hand grabbed her leg and made some effort to force her off before she pressed it down on her throat. "Acckk!"

Aisha's attempts to choke her out were annoying, if only because it felt like it was working, her air was partially cut off and she was kicking her feet as the ref cautioned the women while Anna tried to escape by punching and smacking the pink-haired womens thigh and hoping for the best.

"You like that, yea, of course you do," she says with a bit of anger in her voice, stomping down and pressing her boot hard down on the throat. The referee began to count as Anna would begin hitting the thigh, making Aisha wince but not stop 'till the referee came close to disqualifying her. She'd stop then, the referee chastising her for an almost illegal move that she brushed aside, smacking Anna's face as she sat against the turnbuckle. Aisha wasn't acting much like the face she normally was and the crowd was noticing slowly.

Roughly she picked Anna up, moving towards the center of the ring before again irish whipping her towards the ropes for the rebound, Aisha running the opposite direction to come at her with a drop kick.

She wasnt sure where this aggression came from but regardless Anna didnt like being on the floor and tried to get away from her and defend herself but she kept stomping her and trying to take her out before the ref finally told her to stop. Still Aisha didnt look to be in a listening mood and went right back to work as she started to pull her up to her feet bringing her around to the center of the ring.

Whatever she wanted to try Anna was done letting her decide the pace of the match and tried to throw a punch to her gut to stop her before she was thrown. If that connected Anna would lean back and then try to head-butt her to keep her off of her. Looking for any means she could to rally back.

The pinkette would shake her leg as she choked her out with her wrestling boot. While Anna did give her some push back, throwing a punch right at her gut. Aisha hadn't noticed this as the referee counting down and yelling at her distracted her. This would find her stepping back, clutching her stomach before then receiving the head butt, sending her down to the mat in a daze of pain and confusion.

She wouldn't stay long in the ring however, rolling over and out of the ring, crawling around on the floor.

Anna knocked Aisha down to the floor as the girl rolled and away as she tried to recover. Existing the ring entirely rather then face the her in the ring. Which after her mean streak when she was in control wasnt going to fly with her in the slightest. Moving after her Anna began to follow Aisha out of the ring and out at ringside.

Moving in her direction Anna went to grab at Aisha on the floor, stomping on her back to stop her from fighting before slowly pulling her up. "Did you think we were done? Let me remove that illusion for you with this." Anna said as she tried to drive Aisha headfirst into the barricade.

Aisha recoiled, slammed head first into the guard rail, falling back and away as she clutched her head, trying move out and away from Anna towards the announce table. This match had been sour for her and Anna seemingly in phased by it all. Something about this match was making her snap. Even with all the training and work that she had done, she was still not strong enough to beat her, to win.

She eventually found herself kneeling next to the time keeper, still out of it.

Anna knew she had Aisha on the ropes, the pink-haired fighter was clearly on edge and it showed in the way she had been acting since she got control she felt her chances of winning slipping and was desperate to stop it. But Anna wasnt about to let that fall away from her, she was determined to put an abrupt end to Aisha's momentum and then finish her off. Giving chase as the girl tried to slip over to the timekeeper looking for a way out. "Aisha the match is over here, not by this place."

Going for her locks once more Anna tried to pull her up and sock her across the face! Trying to force her up to her feet where she could pull her in close and toss her up in a belly to belly suplex to send her crashing down onto the unforgiving floor. She knew she had some time out here and could really do some damage with it.

Anna would have expected to have to have gotten this in the bag, but the final tug was all Aisha needed to go over the deep end. She grabbed something from the time keepers table. She grit her teeth as her hair was pulled and suddenly and violently slamming the ring bell right up side Anna's head, the bell dinging, the crowd a gap at such a surprising turn of events. The referee rolled out of the ring as quick as she could. Aisha had literally just disqualified herself from the match.

Aisha was angry but so far she didnt seem to be losing her cool. Or maybe that was just Anna failing t notice any issues. Shed certainly never met an opponent so angry they resorted to such a thing to end a match. But her own failure to notice this change cost her, as she was grabbing Aisha she brought the clock up and suddenly she was slamming it across her face and everything went black for a second.

The thing felt like it smashed her face in. Anna fell backwards and hit the floor like a tree that had been chopped down. Her face had to be busted open as she felt something trickling down her face after the collision and she laid on the floor as the crowd looked on in shock. She didnt hear the ref throw out the match as a DQ or anything but honestly, she was dealing with some other issues at the moment then the fact she won a match.

Aisha stood there simply looking down at her handiwork, dropping the bell to the ground as she slowly realized what she had done. The referee went down to the fallen Anna, checking her as she quickly put on gloves to deal with the head wound. The announcer called out of the speaker, "Ladies and gentleman, Aisha Love has been disqualified.... your winner and moving on in the 2017 Avalanche Rookie Tournament is Anna Ivers!" the crowd still stunned and Aisha just standing there and all Aisha did was slowly begin to laugh, and laugh, and laugh as she began to walk away. Something had changed in the pinkette and not for the better.
