Randy Orton is the most boring and overrated WWE Champion of all time. He is the definition of bland. The excuse that he only works when he's excited about his booking is bullshit too. Guys like Hawkins, Ryder and Slater put up with garbage and still work their ass off while this entitled bitch thinks he's owed everything because he shows up, looks impressive and does an athletic cutter.

Roman can wrestle. He just can't talk.

We talking bland and overrated champions and Shamues isn't the first person in everyone's lips? (Keep in mind I like him but his championship reigns were...not great to say the least XD he's much better in his midcard and tag stuff.)

This. Sheamus as pale Cena was extremely annoying, and Sheamus as leader of the League of Jobbers was only barely more acceptable.
