Tension World Title Match: Reira Kirishima (C) vs. Kozue Kaburagi

Each stomp drove Reira further down into the corner, driving yet another curse from her lips with each stomp.

Finally, the referee pulled the New Jersey Ninja away from the champ, while said champ groaned, laying in the corner. Once she had a moment to breath again, she sent her a simple message, raising her fist and flipping the ninja the bird.

”Yeah,” Kozue had another laugh. A raspy, wheezy sort of laugh, at Reira’s classy choice of gestures. ”Feel about the same way.”

She slid past the referee and grabbed the champion by her wrist, roughly hauling her up to her feet. With a quick yell for the exertion, Kozue jumped back, tugged hard on Reira’s arm, and tried to send her off to the other side of the ring with a fierce Irish Whip, putting in a good chunk of her rapidly waning strength in it to give the move some extra kick.

Reira may have been dizzy, a little dazed, but she knew what an Irish Whip felt like. Luckily, that was one move that had very little variation in the hundred something years since it had been invented and was fairly easy to figure out once your arm was grabbed that way.

Mentally aware, Reira was able to quickly counter, turning herself around and grabbing Kozue's arm, reversing the Irish Whip and pulling Kozue in towards herself.

Once she came close, Reira grabbed her around the waist with one arm, bending her knees and lowering Kozue's upper half, as her momentum caused the ninja's legs to be raised into the air, Reira planning to make a pendulum out of the ninja bitch and swing her body back the other way, so she could drop back and plant her face first to the mat with her finisher, the Swinging Reverse STO known as the End of Bitches!

Kozue wasn’t an idiot. She figured Reira, getting desperate, might try something a little crazy.

Kozue wasn’t quite omniscient, though. She wasn’t expecting to get pulled into her finisher, of all things.

Finding herself suddenly in Reira’s crazed clutches, Kozue dug deep and pulled out one of her most reliable moves: flipping like a maniac. Instead of fighting the momentum, she rolled with it and tumbled forward, swinging through the air, doing a complete revolution, and…

...coming down, right on her bad foot. ”Fuck!” She shrieked and hopped away after the touchdown, too hurt to even think about a followup. ”Fucking fuck!”

Reira blinked a couple times, but then grinned, all her work on Kozue's foot paying off big time, the girl unable to attack after back-flipping out of her move.

Following up, Reira backed up the nearby turnbuckle, and hopped up, standing on the middle ropes. When Kozue seemed to get a grip and turn back towards her, Reira leaped off the middle rope, leg out, aiming a hard elevated stomp right back down onto Kozue's bad foot with a super stomp!

”-fucking fuck fuck!” Kozue had just finished her brief burst of profanity and turned around, when she saw something that she didn’t expect: Reira. In mid-flight. She didn’t even think that champ knew how to use the ropes, but sure enough, there she was coming towards her, airborne, a deadly, flying redhead.

The sheer surprise of it caught Kozue off-guard, left her wide open, and she wound up paying for it with the stomp to end all stomps, delivered right on her foot. In hindsight, she should’ve seen it coming. Didn't make it hurt any less.

Kozue let out a shrill shriek and stumbled forward, desperately trying to stay upright with the agony in her foot. Something was broken in there. No question, now.

Oh that felt good. Hearing Kozue scream, knowing she might have actually injured her, exploiting the weakness of her bare feet the entire match, those were the kind of things that made this job worth it.

Well, that, and what was about to come next.

Grabbing the girls arm, Reira pulled on it, starting to whip Kozue away from her to get the best distance, then pulled her back in close, grabbing her around her waist again and using her body as a pendulum, swinging her legs up while lowering her upper body, then swinging her back up, the champ dropping to her back and driving Kozue face first into the mat with the End of Bitches!

After, Reira would roll the bitch over to her back, smirking and hooking her leg for a pinfall attempt!

Things changed so fast.

Kouze was up, Reira was grabbing her, she was getting pushed away, then pulled back, then lifted up, then jerked forward, and the floor was suddenly heading towards her face with alarming speed.

”2...!”

Two? Kozue opened her eyes and blinked, staring up at the ceiling. When did she get on the floor? When did a pin happen? She didn’t remember any of it. She was just on the floor, one second away from losing her one shot at the championship.

She tried to move. She tried to kick out, She really, really tried, but it wasn’t happening. T

”3…!”

Too little, too late.

"YES! THAT'S WHAT FUCKING HAPPENS WHEN YOU TRY TO FUCK WITH ME BITCHES!"

Reira yelled, the bell ringing after the three count, her name being announced as the winner and the belt handed back to her as she got to her feet.

Raising the belt in the air, Reira planted her foot on Kozue's chest, looking over at the announcers table and raising the belt up so Clyde could get a good look at who the champ still was.

Looking down at Kozue, Reira let her see the gold too, dangling above her face, so that she could get a nice long look of the title that was just out of her reach.

"Thought you were so tough right? Tell me I can't wrestle, laugh at my finish, act all smug, but look whose holding the belt in the end. I beat you CLEAN bitch, what do you have to say about me now?"

So. Kozue had lost.

Somewhere in the back of her mind, she realized that she didn't have anything to be ashamed of. She'd given it a good shot, held her own against a woman who'd been wrestling far longer than she had. She’d come close, and people wouldn't forget that. But, as Reira pinned her down underneath her funny-looking boot, it was hard to acknowledge that perspective. Still, though, even in defeat, she wasn't going to let a bitch like this get away with the last word.

”No wonder you're afraid to fight Clyde.” Kozus grumbled, as she weakly tried to push Reira’s boot away. ”He’s got boots on.”
