All hell seemed to have broken loose in the Tension arena. Actually, not quite... It was a chaotic scene, for sure, but hell hadn’t arrived just yet. However, she was on her way, quickly heading through the backstage area toward the curtain.

Mariko Ishii was currently the living embodiment of the phrase “pissed off.” Weeks ago she had taken the beating of a lifetime at the hands of a certain few women. But she had not sought vengeance, purely for the sake of keeping her innocent brother out of harm’s way. Hell, she had even turned down a perfect chance to gain allies in a fight against these people in a conscious effort to keep Yamato out of unnecessary danger. And what did her efforts amount to? Absolutely...fucking...nothing. They assaulted her brother anyway, physically and sexually, filmed the whole thing, and put it on the internet for the whole world to see. As far as Mariko was concerned, that was just an extravagant way for the Valkyries to sign their own death warrants. And as soon as the match between Blaise and Mako had become official, Mariko knew the time to strike back had arrived...

The ringside action was then interrupted as Mariko's music began to blare over the speakers in the arena, and the violet-haired vixen burst through the curtain! Her usual gold top and shorts, pink thigh highs and white boots decorated the Japanese beauty as she sprinted down the aisle and made a mad dash straight for Divine! Whether she turned to face Mariko or not, the enraged woman would try to spear her shoulder right into Divine’s stomach, hoping to plow her right into Stone and Amy in hopes of both freeing the trapped blonde and taking Divine to the ground. With the numbers evened out, Mariko would quickly get to work on taking the fight to Divine, raining down on her with a seemingly endless barrage of relentless punches, all while glaring down at the girl with an expression filled with enough fury to make the devil himself cower in fear.

Now all hell had broken loose.

This was going to be the greatest day of Mako's life.

She hadn't been sure just how things would go with this fight, but she liked her odds now. Amy was going to be down soon. Blaise was already done for, his brain just hadn't figured out what his body already knew. He'd learn it as soon as she tore the chair away from his hand and cracked him in the face with it. They were about to crucify these idiots, make an example that would burn in the minds of everyone for years to come.

That was the exact thing Mako was thinking before she heard Mariko's music. It changed after that. Fast.

Everything turned around so quick. One moment, the situation was firmly in the Valkyrie's hands; the next, the crowd was going totally batshit as a wild blur ran down to the ring. Divine looked around, confused, and by the time she figured out just what was happening, it was far too late - Mariko tackled her hard, crashed into Amy, knocked Stone over with her, and all four of them went down. All Divine could do was kick her legs and scream while her face was relentlessly hammered by the vengeful fury. "Get the fuck off me!"

It was starting to look like the best advantage was in Mako's hand, so she put one last effort into snatching the chair away from Blaise, before things could sway any more than they already had.

Stalk.

Stalk.

Staaaaalk.

The audience is warning him that Mako is coming in close, but it's hard to focus enough to make out the words. Blaise is fixated on his target: one spiky-haired noggin. But all of that comes to a halt when Mariko's music hits the arena. The teen knits his brow and leans around the sizable frame of Stone to spot one purple-haired, skimpy-clothed angel rushing to their aid - or her own vindication. You know, screw it, whatever. Blaise doesn't care. And then everything is chaos.

Mariko nails Divine, Divine bumps Amy, Amy pushes into Stone, and all four women take a tumble. Only given Blaise's proximity, he isn't spared the domino effect. Stone thumps into him, sending him into a backwards stagger, the weight of the chair leading his tired legs far off balance, right up until he all but feeds the seat into Makoto's grasping hands.

Blaise flumps onto the floor in a daze, but doesn't take too long to start sitting up again. He turns around onto all fours, scanning the floor for wherever his chair has gotten off to. What he finds is a pair of feet. A feeling of dread begins to fill his heart as his gaze lifts slowly, crawling along the form of Mako, armed and ready with what was once his weapon. Those bright blue eyes fix on hers like a deer caught in headlights.

First, Amy was going to escape, then she was going to beat up everyone around her; nothing was going to distract her from that goal. Divine was up and moving again, eyeing her like Amy was a ham on a hook. Divine’s dangerous legs were itching for an easy target; Amy swung out with a salvo of angry kicks to try and catch Divine in the face.

Her focus was so perfect that the would-be familiar music barely registered, and she didn’t notice the swell of commotion from the audience. A flag of recognition went up somewhere in the back of her mind when a new body crashed into the woman in front of her, pulsing with a wrath that eclipsed even her own. But what finally broke her singular concentration was the sudden sensation of vertigo that immediately followed their collision.

Down they went, Mariko on top of Divine on top of Amy on top of Stone. Luckily, with Stone on the bottom, Amy was spared most of the harshness of the floor. Luckier still, the harness that was Stone’s arms (which were already never more than just secure) loosened enough that Amy felt that one more burst would set her free. She delivered that burst with the back of her head, throwing it back with a whip of her neck, looking to score a shocking headbutt to Stone’s nose. But she’d be okay with a chin strike, too. She wasn’t picky; she didn’t even want to get away, really. All she truly wanted was the space to turn around so that she could really lay into her former captor with her fists.

Once she had Divine down and on her back, Mariko’s punches began to rain heavily down on the Valkyrie’s pretty face. She could kick and scream all she wanted, but nothing was going to stop Mariko from teaching this bitch a lesson she’d never forget! And with both other present Valkyries occupied, there was no one to save the trapped Brazilian. “Not a fucking chance!” Mariko barked back as Divine told her to get off, simply continuing her attempt to bash the girl’s face in as much as she possibly could.

She could vaguely see the struggle between Amy and stone at the top of her field of vision, but that still left one of her allies and one Valkyrie missing. It wouldn’t do if all her effort was ruined because she failed to take everyone into account, so she decided to locate the remaining two combatants. Reaching a hand down to grab Divine by the throat to try to hold her down, she briefly looked up in search of Blaise and Mako, and almost instantly saw them. Mako was holding a chair, and Blaise looked like a sitting duck.

“Shit!” Mariko cursed, before getting off of Divine and dashing straight toward the chair-wielding Valkyrie leader. As much as she wanted to keep pummeling Divine until the girl was rendered unrecognizable, Blaise and Amy were the priority here. And once she had closed most of the distance, Mariko threw herself through the air at Mako, hoping to blast the girl in a chest with a dropkick before she could make use of her new weapon!

SIx combatants outside the ring. Chairs and fists flying all over the place. The fans were throwing garbage into the ring, getting whipped up into an insane fury, as the brawl continued to rage before them.

This. Was. Chaos. And the poor referee didn't have a chance in hell of containing.

"Hey!" She screamed out towards the back. "Security! Security! Get down here, [B]NOW."[/COLOR] Back stage, there was plenty of scrambling going on, but for the moment there was still plenty of chaos to go around.

"Sai fora , sua puta!" Divine cried out, right before a particularly nasty blow to the face dropped her flat on the floor. Stone was doing better, but not be a great degree - she had a wild Amy to deal with. After taking a vicious headbutt in the punches were coming hard and heavy, slapping her skull around from all directions. Stone answered them all with a fierce and wild punch of her from the bottom, trying to knock Amy off and make some space.

As quick as everything was going to shit, Mako was still feeling pretty safe, ready to pummel Blaise back down before she moved on to his little calvary. She was only able to get so far, thoug, before a pair heels slammed into her from the side, with more than enough force to knock her clear off her feet. She was sent hurtling into the barricade and hit with a hearty slam as her back crashed into the unforgiving metal.

And through it all, the referee just kept screaming "Security!"

Blaise Cameron vs. Makoto Takeda: Time to Say Goodbye... - Page 9 Empty Re: Blaise Cameron vs. Makoto Takeda: Time to Say Goodbye...

Blaise squeezes his eyes shut, unable to do more to brace for the impact of metal folding chair on skull. This could be it!

And it never comes. Blaise peeks an eye open with all the wonderment of a little fawn, then lets the situation sink in. Mariko's pounced from Divine to Makoto. She's like a purple-haired wrecking ball! And one Blaise is rather grateful for in this particular moment. He can ask all of his 'why's after everything has settled down.

For now, the roar of the crowd and a distinctive call for security can't be tuned out. Blaise continues to his feet, righting himself with a stumble. His gaze tracks the commotion to the referee, then the number of personnel running in to stop the fight. For whatever adrenaline-soaked reason, it doesn't occur to him to just stand still and let it happen. No, he finds himself looking for a target.

Makoto is dealing with Mariko against the rails.

Stone is getting waylaid by a crazy-ass Amy.

Divine, someone Blaise has had zero interaction with, is unattended and facedown. That'll work.

The teen shuffles past the scuffling blondes and attempts to plop down on Divine's pert rear. His hands go for her chin, fingers interlocking to begin pulling back, hoping to lock on a quick camel clutch. Quick, because there's little to no doubt that this melee is going to be broken up very shortly.

But, y'know, screw it. She's on the enemy side, she's open, she gets a camel clutch. It makes sense to him at the time.

Stone was exceptionally strong- not something you’d think that Amy would forget, especially considering Stone’s size. But forget she did, and she paid dearly for her complacence.

A wild fist came in unexpectedly high and smashed Amy across the face. It knocked her clean off of her perch and onto the floor, flat on her back and blinking away stars. The punch also shattered her focus, and stimuli from the environment finally made it past Amy’s blinders and seeped into her consciousness.

Mariko had Mako draped over the barricade; the woman herself was flat on the ground, but she looked to be in control. Blaise had moved out of the danger zone by turning his sights onto Divine, who was laid out and muttering on the floor; apparently Mariko had knocked the English right out of her. Respect.

But it was the particulars of the bedlam that really arrested her attention. The crowd was going berzerk; mayhem like the mayhem unfolding in front of them just didn’t happen often enough in Tension- the wrestlers who knew how to fight rarely let things descend that far, and the ones who didn’t weren’t any fun to watch. In their frenzy, they had started throwing shit into the ring area- mostly balled up programs and boxes of cheap, trashy snack foods- and the audience members on the far side of the ring were even threatening to breach the barrier to get a better look. Above it all, like the shrill trill of a piccolo, the referee’s panicked shrieks for backup pierced the air.

“Security! Goddamnit, security!”

It was utter anarchy. And, amidst all the turmoil, amidst the brawling mess of bodies and hail of garbage, there was Amy. Soul afire. Thriving.

A big, paper bucket soared out over the fighters, showering everyone with overpriced and unevenly-buttered popcorn, and Amy struggled through the ache in her cheekbone to return to her feet. All the Valkyries were under control except for Stone, which made her the greatest active threat left on their team. Amy had slack to pick up; hell if she was going to be their weakest link.

But Amy was grinning now.

Mariko’s feet plowed right into Mako, sending the Valkyrie leader crashing right into the barricade and narrowly saving Blaise’s skull from a less than comfortable interaction with a steel chair. She picked herself up and took a quick glance in the young man’s direction to check on him, only to see him hurry off to the semi-conscious Divine to pick up where Mariko had left off moments ago.

The crowd was starting to throw snacks, programs, drinks, and everything else but the kitchen sink toward the brawling warriors at ringside. Mariko had to duck down just in time to avoid taking a large diet coke right to the face, and it suddenly started raining buttery popcorn over all of them seconds later. But she brushed off the buttery treats from her hair and body, keeping her attention on a dazed and open Mako.

Stepping toward her, Mariko reached out with her left hand to grab a fistful of the girl’s hair, using it as leverage to keep her right up against the barricade, then started to throw some heavy right fists straight at Mako’s face. However, it wouldn’t last long. The ref had been screaming for security for a while now, but finally a multitude of them were flooding down toward the fighters at ringside, and swarmed in to try to break up the fighting. She couldn’t immediately see what was happening with everyone else, but Mariko only managed to get a couple good punches thrown before several people were pulling her off the Valkyrie, while a few others moved to keep Mako restrained so she couldn’t keep fighting either.

“Get off of me!” Mariko shouted at the security personnel as they moved her away from Mako, but her words fell on deaf ears. “Let them fight!” chants began to ring out through the arena, and still more things were being thrown into the area. Everything had long descended into mass chaos, but finally security was trying to restore some order around here, though they certainly had their work cut out for them...

As it turned out, the AFW did have plans in place for these sort of things. Brawls rarely happened, but as an good company did, they were prepared for such eventualities. Security was almost never a factor in the matches, but they were kept around. A sizeable force of a dozen young women.

The problem was, however, that they were trained to handle a brawl betwen two wrestlers. Not six, and certainly not when one of the wrestlers in question was a six-foot tall former soldier.

The chaos only became impossibly more chaotic. Two of the girls tried Blaise off of Divine, while Divine scrambled around and struggled in his tight camel clutch. A few guards were pulling Mariko away from Mako, struggling to keep her raging body still, but they simply gave the Valkyrie leader time to recover - she popped up and ran straight towards them, leaping up and throwing a punch at Mariko's face before one of the security girls grabbed her around the waist.

"You're dead, hear me!" She pointed at Mariko as she thrashed around. "You thought your brother go fucked? Wait 'till we're done with you!"

Stone got up and reacheed around Amy's neck, locking in a tight sleeperhold before security could get to it. She kept it locked on, too, refusing to release even as three of the security girls pulled at her arms.

"LET THEM FIGHT! LET THEM FIGHT! LET THEM FIGHT!"
