Dark Angel vs Cassie Elliot 2: Ambulance Match

The steel chair vibrated from the impact into Angel's hands. It struck its target just as she wanted. Cassie spread it across several parts of her but she knew it still had to have hurt bad. When Cassie fell to her knee, Angel triumphantly raised the chair again to finish the girl off. She felt so close after all the punishment she had already put Cassie through. The girl had to have been weakening. Her head hurt a bit but was altogether doing better than her opponent and was confident everything was going to go her way.

But there was more fire left in Cassie than she thought. She jumped up and grabbed hold of the chair and wrestled for control of it. "No!" She screeched as she tried to pull it back to her. The chair was her weapon to finally shut up Cassie and put her in her place. And she didn't want to let that escape her grasp.

But she had to, and figured to make the most of it. "Fine, TAKE IT!" She screamed then let it go. She then leaped up to kick the chair into Cassie with a dropkick.

Cassie nearly lost her balance when she finally yanked the chair free. It was a triumphant moment, and she felt like she was finally in control. It felt like the chair lent her it's power, and she felt stronger holding it. Angel wasn't the only one who could swing a chair!

She raised it up and charged Dark Angel, swinging the chair down in an arc intended to lobotomize the masked girl. She was in mid swing when Angel's boots slammed into the chair and smashed it back into Cassie's face. The crack of the impact echoed to the back row, and Cassie dropped while the chair clattered to the floor nearby.

She laid on the floor, sprawled out, her head lolled back and her arms to the sides. Her eyes were partially open, but she saw nothing. She was only conscious enough to realize that she'd been hurt, but she was powerless to do anything about it.

As the sound of the chair shot echoed through the arena, many people cringed in awe at the impact. Angel herself twisted to the side after the kick and rolled back to her feet. That's when she saw what wanted to see all along. Cassie nearly unconscious and out of it. People continued to boo as Angel walked to the side of downed girl and just looked at her. This was what she had always wanted...right? For once, Angel didn't have to act on adrenaline. She had Cassie right where she wanted her...but she wasn't sure precisely what that meant. What now? Pinning...or submission holds...none of that really mattered in this type of match. She had to injure Cassie to win. Suddenly that made her stomach churn. There was always some logic...flawed logic at times...to her madness. There was always a reason why she attacked and sought people out.

But this was different. This was all Cassie's setup. If Angel had injured Cassie naturally during the match from an irregularly hard kick or from a particularly nasty fall then it would've been okay. The fact that Angel actually had to envision exactly how to hospitalize Cassie made her hesitate. And she never hesitated before. She wasn't sure what to do. And she had to do something. The masked girl looked to her side at the announcer's table. Then back at Cassie. She could think of one way to win the match. "Just remember..." she whispered to Cassie as she dragged her up and threw her atop the table. "...that this was all your idea." It came off mockingly but Angel had to say it. It diffused the responsibility off of herself and onto Cassie as if it was entirely the orange-haired girl's fault. Angel had to do this because of her.

The masked girl rolled back into the ring. People looked around confused by what she was going to do but it was all answered when she climbed the nearest turnbuckle. People gasped at how high and far the distance was from Angel to Cassie. But unbeknownst to them, Angel knew she could make it. She use to be an expert on high flying maneuvers and knew her limitations. It was Talia's specialty after all. And the idea that she was about to win the match using one of Talia's moves made her feel proud of herself. Even after all she had done, there was still that optimistic risk taker inside of her. The one that wasn't afraid to leap into things regardless of the danger. Angel took a deep breath and bent down. Then, with a remarkable bound, she jumped off the top turnbuckle and towards Cassie on the announcers table. She pulled her arms and knees inside of her and then out in a Frog splash. Her old finisher.

Cassie groaned, and sluggishly brought a hand up to her aching head. She blinked repeatedly as if she could wash away the glare from the lights, and she blindly obeyed when Angel dragged her over to the table. She flopped onto it and laid flat on her back.

She was vaguely aware of how badly she'd been beaten up, and the knowledge that it had happened again stung her pride. She found a larger bloody smear on her hand from her forehead, and knew that the chair had made things worse on her forehead. The warmth of the trickle of blood that ran down into her hair was oddly comforting.

When she heard the crowd gasp, she picked her head up to see Dark Angel poised to jump. Was she insane? That was just as dangerous for her as it was for Cassie. Without thinking too much about it, Cassie reached back and put her hands on the table above her shoulders, and as Angel jumped she coiled up her legs, pulling her knees up into her chest.

When Angel was airborne, Cassie kicked out, straightening her body up into the air to spear both feet into the masked girl's unprotected midsection.

Angel had felt at home on top of the turnbuckle. The sheer excitement of the jump could have provided enough adrenaline for the rest of the match. There weren't any feelings of anxiety or fear as she leapt into the air and down towards Cassie. Despite how dangerous and risky the jump was, Angel felt herself smile under the mask. And then she frowned. And all the feelings of fear surged into her as she saw Cassie's knees tighten up against her. Angel tried to bring her forearms and knees up to protect herself but it was too late.

Cassie kicked up into her abdomen just as Angel got close enough. Her body folded in half over Cassie's for a second then flipped over her and to the ground below. The table broke but only slightly. As she landed, the girl immediately crossed her arms over her abdomen and ribs. She screamed out in pain. And it wasn't one of those suppressed groans of discomfort. It was a scream. She couldn't breath. Every time she did breath it felt like she breathed in shards of glass into her lungs. She couldn't even think about regret and mistakes. All she could think about was how much pain she was in.

Her eyes swelled with tears. She couldn't remember the last time something hurt as much this. She couldn't even hear the cheers of the fans immediately beside her who were now happy that Cassie had a chance to comeback.

For as much damage as the kick did, Dark Angel's weight falling on her jammed Cassie's knees down into her chest and crushed the wind out of her. There was a crunch as the table gave way, and she rolled off of it and onto the floor clutching her midsection.

She repeatedly kicked her foot against the floor while the pain washed over her, and for a while she couldn't move, let along get up. She heard the crowd, and she picked up her head enough to see her opponent, obviously in much worse shape than she was at the moment. But still, she would begin to recover, and Cassie was still badly hurt. She couldn't stop there.

With great effort Cassie got back up, and the crowd cheered. She moved slowly over to Angel, and grabbed hold of her wrist and her hair. She tugged at her, nearly dragging her back over to the ring, and then got low, to get under Angel's weight, and shoved her hip to roll her back up onto the ring apron.

Cassie followed a moment later, rolling slowly under the bottom rope as her body protested. She picked up Angel's hair and wrist again, and this time led her off to the corner to stuff her against the turnbuckle. For good measure, just because she'd seen it done and didn't want her going anywhere, Cassie reached across and gave Angel a stiff chop across the chest.

Angel groaned in misery as Cassie dragged her up. The simple action of standing up caused pain. "N-no..." She muttered as Cassie rolled her into the ring. Angel rolled to her back, doing whatever she could to stay off her abdomen. Every breath felt like it was driving a knife deeper and deeper into her. The masked girl beat the back of her head against the mat. She was afraid that something had been broken in that jump. Cassie picked her up and tossed her in the corner.

After a single powerful slap that made the audience uniformly shout "Ohhhh!" Angel slid down the turnbuckle until she was sitting. Her arms pulled away from the ropes and crossed over her front trying to protect herself. She practically looked like she was huddling in the corner. She had her eyes tightly shut as she struggled to breath.

Cassie stolidly reached down for Dark Angel's arms. The sheer violence had her own stomach fluttering, but she justified it in her mind because of what Dark Angel had done, and what she was going to stop her from doing in the future. This was her punishment for not behaving.

She pulled Dark Angel's arms away from her body and hooked them over the top ropes, and then grabbed her wrists under the top rope. She pulled them tight, tying Dark Angel upright against the turnbuckles, and stepped back as far as she could until her arms were straight out in front of her. Then, with all the strength she could find, she slammed her boot into Angel's gut like she was kicking in a door. She held her wrists tightly to keep her from falling.

Angel shook her head as Cassie gripped onto her hands and pulled her up. It hurt so much just to stretch up straight like that. But at the same time, the pain in her torso was so immense that she really couldn't care less if Cassie wanted to hurt her hands. She finally managed to open her eyes right before Cassie drove her foot into her abdomen. She would've screamed if she had the lung capacity for it. But she didn't. What little air there was left in her lungs all left and she slid down the turnbuckles and back to her butt.

The masked girl's hands and arms tensed up then released. She felt like she had been run over by a truck. Every breath left her body as a pained moan. Something else wasn't right either. External pain had its limit and this felt a world beyond it. Without even a care as to who she was fighting, Angel whispered a breathless, "Stop," as she once again crossed her arms over her abdomen. It hurt just to touch them with her own hands. She was in hell and wanted to escape it somehow.

Cassie didn't hear Angel, or at least pretended not to. She wasn't finished. For her to say anything at all was reason enough for her to finish the job. She had to shut her up for good.

She picked Dark Angel up and shoved her chin back, bending her neck back over the top turnbuckle, and while she was stuck upright in the corner Cassie climbed the ropes. She stepped first onto the bottom ropes, straddling her, then the middle. Finally, she jumped up and clamped her legs around Angel's neck, and threw her upper body back to fling Angel spectacularly head over heels and plant her on the mat.

Cassie landed straddling the masked girl's chest, and quickly transitioned to a submission, a specialty of hers. She picked up a leg to lay her shin across what was supposed to be Angel's throat, but it ended up over her mouth, on top of the mask. She laced her fingers behind Angel's head and pulled up as hard as she could while putting all of her weight onto her leg, on Angel's mouth, crushing her jaw.

Her voice quavered. "Not another word."
