Rainbows and Roses: Dixie Clemets vs Rainbow Mika

Dixie, however, would find that Mika was still on the mat, still curled up in pain after being nailed by the atomic drop. The Rainbow Warrior's face was contorted in an agonized grimace, and she was clutching her lower thighs in pain.

As the ref leaned over Mika to check over her, she shook her head and used one arm to wave the ref away. Slowly, she rolled over onto her front, kicking a little at the mat as she tried to muster the willpower to stagger back upright.

Seeing Mika still on the mat, Dixie decided to take it slow, taking her time to get back up onto her feet. There was no need to rush back up when Mika was still lying there in pain, after all.

When Mika rolled over and began to push up, though, Dixie decided to give her hand, to 'help' her back up to her feet like she had done before. This time, though, she grabbed for Mika's wrist, giving the woman a sharp tug back up to her feet, and once the two of them were standing, this time she would try to throw her around and towards the ropes with a big Irish whip.

Mika was still sore from the atomic drop, and still fighting off the lingering pain, when her arm was grabbed. Wearily, the masked girl was pulled stumbling up to her feet as she was womanhandled by Dixie, her cheeks rosy from the intense match and her breath heavy.

She was unable to resist as Dixie whipped her across the ring. Alarmed, the best Mika could do was maintain her balance and keep herself upright as she hit the ropes and came bouncing back to the Texan...

...and as Mika came flying back towards Dixie, the cowgirl braced herself. She waited until Mika came closer, waiting for just the perfect moment to strike. The moment Mika came into range, up came Dixie's leg, her heavy boot aimed straight for the woman's face with a sudden big boot attack.

Mika was unable to stop her own momentum, and wound up running right into Dixie's extended boot with an audible thump of leather heel on skull.

This was followed by a crash as Mika was flattened onto her back. The masked girl lay sprawled at Dixie's feet, unmoving save for the slightly twitch of her foot or arm. The portion of the crowd that wasn't going wild at this point was murmuring in concern, for Rainbow Mika was definitely in trouble now.

The impact of her boot colliding with Mika's face causing tremor to run up Dixie's leg, a smug smile appearing across her face at the feeling. Mika was down, and from the looks of things wouldn't be getting up anytime soon.

Dixie stepped towards her, towards Mika's fallen body, and let herself drop down towards the mat by her. She moved to slide onto Mika, her body rubbing slowly against Mika's as she moved herself into position, lifting up one of the girl's legs to try her luck at getting a pin now. The referee girl dropped down by the two blondes, quickly slapping the mat and yelling out the first count. "One!"

Mika's head shook from side to side as it still rang from Dixie's powerful kick. For all the hardness of her head, the blow had still left her pretty disoriented, and it only took her a few seconds to realize that she was flat on her back. She groaned a little, too dazed to move at all, and the throbbing, drum-like pain in her head didn't make things very pleasant either.

She then felt Dixie's body pressing down against hers, causing her to blush involuntarily as her thigh was grabbed and her leg hooked back for a pinfall. Rainbow Mika was nothing if not tenacious, however: even as the ref's count reached two, she groaned and willed herself to move, twisting her body to the side and getting a shoulder up just in time.

"Dangit!" Dixie cried out when Mika broke the pin, annoyed to feel Mika kicking out but inwardly knowing that the big boot alone wouldn't have been enough to put her down. Dixie sighed under her breath, glaring first at the ref then down at Mika. She wasn't about to let the woman get a chance to turn things back around however; once she broke the pin, Dixie would wait but a brief second, then try to slide back onto Mika, trying to straddle her body. Then, forming each of her hands into a tight, hard fist, she began to strike down towards Mika's face, going for the simple, yet quite strong coming from the cowgirl, mounted punches.

"Hffff...mmmuhh...." Mika was breathing heavily now that she had broken the pin attempt, her fighting spirit back up and running even though there were still dazed colours swirling across her vision. Her chest rose and fell as she shook her head and, with a groan, mustered the strength to try to sit back up.

She probably would have sat back up, too, if Dixie hadn't suddenly forced her back down by straddling her waist. The Texan dominated her view, an annoyed look on her face.This, however, was just before a barrage of punches rained down on the Rainbow Warrior.

"Guhhh--" Mika gasped as a punch slugged across the side of her face, snapping her head to the side...just before another punch slammed her from the other side. Mika's head was batted left and right as Dixie wailed on her, the Rainbow Warrior's legs jolting painfully with each punch. The crowd showered the arena with a mixture of cheers, boos, and shouts as Dixie used the Rainbow Warrior as a punching bag.

Dixie kept up the pace, raining blow, after blow, after blow, down upon Mika. Perhaps it was a bit dirty of her to do, but winning this match was important to her. She needed to know that she could pull off a win still and wasn't already slipping back to her old ways.

Besides, she knew Mika wouldn't want her to go easy on her, and the cowgirl sure as hell didn't want Mika to do the same to herself.

Left and right, left and right, her punches rained down on Mika, until Dixie finally decided the masked warrior had taken enough. With a hard gaze in her eyes she moved to stand up, actually taking a step back from her fellow blonde, willing to give her a chance to try and rise, to see if Mika could will herself to get up after that beating. She stepped back, raising her arms up in front of herself, waiting to see what the Rainbow Warrior would do, waiting for her perfect moment to continue the assault.
