Training kick to the head

Adrian took back her hands once they were fully bandaged up, a few red spots shoeing through and they still stung but to be honest, they didn't feel that bad. When she first came to Japan being hurt like this would have been cause to head home and watch TV all day, but now... she could still train. As long as no-one decided to break her fingers.

"Huh? A spar? Here?" Adrian blinked "Maybe check to see if there's any glass in the ring first?" She suggested, although training was probably a good idea. She'd seen enough of Heather's matches but never went against her in the ring. Ever. Maybe this would be good for both of them. "Sure, but go easy... don't wanna be hurt before the thing starts."

Heather would nod her head at Adrian's words, putting her hands on her hips with a big genuine smile on her face. Not only was it good to be rekindling a possible friendship that never really started, it also was a great chance to prepare herself from the structure that awaited the two of them and the four other women that were participating.

"Right uh..let's clear that out first then." Heather would say, nodding her head as she would walk over to the ring. "Ah you figured out my plan." Heather would say jokingly to the girl, laughing just a bit as she would continue making her way to the ring, clearing it of any broken glass remnants that might have made it's way in there. "Alright, come on, lets go."

"Gah! Evil! Eeeeeeevvviiiilll!" Adrian teased towards Heather, she kinda hoped that she was just joking around at least. "Besides, if you take me out now: Becks might have to replace me then you'll all be doomed." the cosplayer warned her before getting a broom out, trying to sweep any potential nastyness out of the ring before the two started.

"So... how'd you want to start this thing? Do we like, start in corners or grappling or..?"

Heather would let out a nice laugh at Adrian's words before she would start talking about Rebecca taking her place, causing her to shake her head. "Yeah..honestly if I can I would definitely avoid taking her on. Don't even want to know how that clothesline would have felt back in the ring."

As they got into the ring, finishing cleaning it out, Heather would ready herself, going to a corner. "Let's do it like a normal match. Since we don't have a ref, we'll just do first to give up loses"

"Yeah... she's really something isn't she." Adrian said rather distantly. The disasterous promo had been one of the first times she'd had a disagreement with the Amazon. Where she'd just pulled the cosplayer away from anyone with enough force to make sure she had no say in the matter.

"Okay, but don't be a dick about submissions. I tap, you let go. And visa-versa. No stretching or choking that we don't need." She said, a concept taught to her by Tina, that spars didn't have to be as intense as actual matches. If someone got you in a submission, you tapped out fast, no sense of hanging on where there wasn't much on the line.

"Ah heh..yeah." Heather would let out. She never had a direct altercation with Rebecca, other than dodging that clothesline attempt, but she's seen what the much bigger girl could do. Heather was quite cocky when it came down to it, but she wasn't stupid. If she didn't have to, she wouldn't mess with someone like that.

"Well sure of course...Though no one's gonna play by that rule in the chamber." Heather would say, shaking her hands out a bit as she eyes the girl, grinning a bit. "Wanna ring the bell?"

"Well duh, but that's then and this is now. Let's not... you know, think about what's gonna happen then." She said "Ding ding then!" Adrian shouted as she tried to dive behind Heather, hoping her speed was enough to get a quick waist lock on the high-flyer.

"...Well alright, I guess your right. It's better to make sure to stay 100% for the chamber. Im sure we'll both need it." Heather would let out, nodding her head before she would hear Adrian 'ring the bell', her grin widening a little as she would go to ready herself. She wasn't all too familiar with her fighting style, and that just made it more interesting, a new challenge.

Soon though, just as the girl made it clear the match had started, she would dive behind her, causing Heather to let out a little gasp, widening her eyes as Adrian would wrap her arms around her. "Ah..kh damn." Heather would let out in frustration as she went to grab the girl's wrists, trying to pry them off her.

"Heh..." Adrian chuckled as she trapped Heather quickly, catching the initiative, only to have her lead short lived as her wrists were grabbed and slowly but surely pulled off Heather.

As Heather started prying Adrian's wrists, she would take a deep breath, letting go of the girl's right arm before gripping her left with both her hands. If she could get a good grip, she would pull her forward, roughly bending down to aid her move as she would try to flip Adrian over with a hiptoss.
