The Bond that never breaks

She figured it wouldn't and even though she herself was content with the words she pilled, her mind was not. This was Lucy after all, who had become a close and dear friend to her and eventually, she knew that if she wasn't honest to Lucy now, she would never forgive herself if the girl left her, so instead she closed her eyes and mentally prepared herself for what she was about to say.

" I left because.. I became dangerous. I was manipulated into doing things I didn't want to and in the end, I was send to attack my sworn sister.. It almost ended up with me dieing if she hadn't caught me from falling off the roof... I was mentally broken after that.. Trying to pick up my pieces and cut all connections with everyone else untill I would be ready to face everyone again.. It's hard.. And I'm still trying.. My mom found that it was best if I did this alone but.. " Her head tilted to the side and she opened her eyes to look up at Lucy, giving her a faint smile. " I love you so much, that I couldn't bare it any longer.. And then I heard your voice outside.. I just had to make sure. "

Lucy had no idea about the internal struggle that Sindel had been going true, and perhaps the same could have been said for Sindel about Lucy, memories of the past had broken through for Lucy, but she could handle it...at least she hoped, she just wanted to be with one of her friends and loved ones to re assure her own strength and the light that was in her heart could be able to defeat the darkness that was spreading, she did find that with Sindel but even though she loved her mentor and cared for her deeply she felt as if she was almost being pushed away with the words she was given earlier.

Then came Sindel's voice again, filling Lucy's ears with the words that almost caused her to tear up from sadness as she didn't know what to do, she wished she could have been there for Sindel as this happened, maybe she could have helped her or something...she just wished she could have been there for a person that she cared for more than almost anything in the world, in her own mind she would easily give up everything that was hers for Sindel or Cerbera, even Alessa, if they asked for her life she would have giving it to them, these were the people that had given her a life worth living after all.

When Sindel said that she loved her, Lucy blushed a little as she eyes teared up with joy, she turned around and looked on at Sindel as she then jumped for, to give her Sensei a hug, " Sindel!" Lucy shouted out in a teary voice of happiness and yet sorrow, sorrow for not being able to be there for her, and happiness to know that she was loved by her teacher.

Although she was taken back by that suddenly hug, she did not relinquish it, she wrapped her arms around Lucy's waist and pulled her for a close and affectionate hug, pulling the kawaii ontop of her and brought one hand up to soothingly stroke through Lucy's hair, her eyes staring at those marvelous color that Lucy's eyes possessed.

" Everything will be okay.. " She spoke with a motherly voice, like she was trying to make Lucy calm down, those tears were enough for Sindel to know that she made the right choice, that Lucy went from her student, to such a dear friend that Sindel knew would give a piece of her heart to, nuzzling Lucy's cheek to try and calm her down.

Lucy's body warmed up out of joy as she was being held tightly by Sindel's close and affectionate hug, she had been so lonely but finally she had someone once again the voices were like a distant memory to her right now, and she was only thinking about the joy that she had within herself and that Sindel was filling her with, she looked deeply into Sindel's own marvelous eyes as she felt her teacher nuzzle up to her, Lucy's cheek flared up a little as she felt quite embarrassed in the position, but it was a good kind of embarrassment and one that she wouldn't trade for anything in the world.

" O..o-okay" Lucy said through teary voice as her eyes ran with tears of joy and loneliness that was now disappearing from her heart and her mind, she held Sindel close for a moment before she would ask, " What......what happened to Sis..I mean Cerbera."

Sindel removed her arms from the hug and pressed her hands down upon the bed, forcing herself to sit up and to bring Lucy upon her lap. Giving her the warm smile she always gave Lucy and couldn't help but giggle when she watched Lucy blush, she was always so cute when she did that!

" I think Cerbera went back to Russia to spend Christmas and New Years with her family. " She would bring one hand up to pat Lucy on the head, teasingly as always. " Now wipe those tears and let's think of something to do, alright? "

Lucy looked on at Sindel as she brought herself up and this forced Lucy to sit on her lap, blushing a little at Sindel as she just couldn't help it, it wasn't just cause she was slightly embarrassed from the close and cuddly situation that they were in, but also because she was so very very happy, that she was able to meet her beloved teacher, and even to be this close to her again, hearing her loving voice and hearing her say that she was loved by someone, that was something that Lucy really didn't hear that often, it warmed her heart greatly as she couldn't think of a better moment than this one.

" Oh...okay, I miss her a little...BUT I have my wonderful teacher instead" Lucy said with a smile, deep down she wanted to be more like Sindel sometimes, while she loved Cerbera, she didn't want to be like her, Sindel was a person that Lucy looked up to and couldn't help but admire.

Lucy's face went into a bit of a silly pout as Sindel patted her head, she shook it a little after the patting, causing her hair to ruffle around a little, and possible whisk Sindel's face, as well as coved her own face, "...Okay....what though ?...I-I have been training hard for a while now...like you thought me " Lucy said as she was a bit unsure what to bring up, a suggestion was a friendly little spar as she wasn't sure what to make of the situation still.

" You have? That's good! " Sindel smiles mischeviously, it was just too adorable to see how Lucy acted. However, she wanted to see how much this girl progressed and finally, knowing that it would help them both, she had an idea. " Well then! Let's put that training in good use! " She suddenly push Lucy onto her back, crawling onto her hands and knees over her and stuck her tongue out of her and giving her a wink before she would hop off the bed to do a few stretches, getting herself warmed up while keeping her eyes on Lucy the entire time.

" Let's have a fight! I wanna see how much my cute student has progressed! " Sindel was happy again, not only did she have company, but she was with Lucy, her student and best friend, they were going to have fun and they were going to enjoy themselves.

Lucy looked on at Sindel as she praised her for keeping her training up, which caused Lucy to shy away a little, her eyes looking off away from Sindel as she pouted a little, " you don't have to sound so surprised you know....you told me to train " Lucy said as she was slightly pouting a little, that was until she was pushed onto her back and Sindel came up over her, Lucy looked up and Sindel, gazing into those orange colored pools that were Sindel's lovely eyes, since long ago had Sindel's eyes entranced Lucy with their lovely sheen.

" Really? " Lucy asked as she sounded very happy about it, her eyes lit up and so did her face as she looked up at her lovely teacher, and then Sindel jumped off the bed, Lucy rolled over to the other side of the bed and got up, she looked over at Sindel as she began stretching and Lucy did the same, " Oh...Sensei you don't have a clue do you, Maybe now you will be the student " Lucy said with a little snicker as she licked her lips a little, Lucy began to move her hair back and pulled out a stretchy from her coat pocket and put her hair up in a pony tail, a red and quite long one at that, " so where do we play ?" Lucy said as she sounded quite excited.

" Hmm.. " Sindel thought about it for a moment, there weren't really any training rooms here.. But! She quickly turned around and ran to the closet, opening it and bending over to take a good look inside before she started dragging matrasses and blankets all over the place, about six matrasses and dozens of blankets, throwing it about. " We can use this to make sure we don't get hurt! " She said quickly while she started to seperate the matrasses to put them all neatly on the groudn to make some sort of ring.

Lucy looked on for a moment as Sindel ran over to the closet and started pulling things out, like mattresses and blankets, Lucy looked...for a lack of better term, quite puzzled at this and wasn't sure what Sindel was doing before she had already done it, pulling all the things out to make a soft floor for them to have their little spar, Lucy looked on at Sindel for a while as she then told her that it was for them, so that they wouldn't get hurt, Lucy began to head to the little makeshift ring that was for the two of them only.

" Wow...Now I can show you how much I have progressed " Lucy said with a cute little smile as she then looked on at Sindel, getting onto the mattresses and then making her way into a stance, " You sure that this won't be a bit...uhm unstable ? you know mattress's sliding away and stuff ?"
