Jean Grey vs Yatori - Wrestling match (archived)

Jean would let herself fall back as Yatori tackles her but then would plant her foot in Yatori's belly and pull on her arms as to monkey flip her off her.

"Oof!" Yatori doubled over Jean's foot before getting flung over the redhead. This time she braced herself and landed well, quickly rolling onto her front and getting up from there to have another go at Jean.

If Jean somehow is slow enough to still have her back to Yatori, Yatori would spring forward to go for a belly-to-back suplex, with the twist of holding on despite pulling it off, intending to do a Three Amigos.

Jean got up and as Yatori lunged at her Jean would go for an armdrag flip.

Yatori was starting to get used to getting slammed. She gripped Jean back by the same arm that had slammed her to pull her opponent closer, her legs agilely making to latch around that captured limb, dragging Jean down to the mat for a crucifix armbar.

Jean was dragged down to the mat but as Yatori was about to lock in the armbar, Jean's free hand grabbed the rope. She even wrapped a leg around the rope as if to get he rpoint across. This would cause the referee to try and force a break before Yatori could apply any pressure.

Seeing the referee gesture and Jean making liberal use of the ropes, Yatori immediately released Jean and moved back. "Afraid of that move?" she teased as she got onto her feet.

Jean smirked at Yatori's attempt to bait her and got back to her feet.

"A smart wrestler takes advanatge of everything, Yatori."

She then began to circle Yatori and size her up.

"Haii haii..." Yatori mirrored Jean, intentionally drawing closer and closer as they circled each other. She intentionally offered her left palm to grapple with...

Jean would go to lock up with Yatori but then immediately try to show off some mat wrestling skills of her own. She would go for Yatori's legs to try and tackle her down like a mat wrestler and take the action to the ground. If successful she would try and wear Yatori down with a headlock and perhaps even try to cradle her as well.

Watching out for a strike, Yatori didn't expect the takedown at all. She was easily put on her back and into the headlock, prying at Jean's arm.

"Mmhph!"
