Jean Grey vs Yatori - Wrestling match (archived)

Jean is brought down hard on her chest giving a very loud "oof!"

She lay there moaning clutching her chest a bit.

(OOC: Yep, save for the double underhook part.)

Yatori dropped onto her knees with a loud huff. That slam took a lot out of her. She took several deep breaths to compose herself. I need more training...

The Mafiosi found herself straddling Jean's head in between her folded legs. She got up to sit on Jean's back, making sure to hook Jean's arms onto her legs before putting a chinlock on Jean, effectively completing a camel clutch.

Gotta keep her down and wear her out... she's tough, Up Close won't work easily on her... I'll keep attacking her throat, then use Haruka-chan's finisher instead of my own.

Jean felt her head and upper body being clamped painfully upwards as Yatori applied the camel clutch. She started grunting in pain. Those grunts started to quickly turn to yelps.

"Ah....ah......ah....no.....No!..."

She sounded like she was really in pain. She was trapped like this for a while. The ref came over to ask Jean if she gave up. Jean furiously and angrily shook her head.

When Yatori yanked again Jean let out a scream of pain. Again the refereee asked Jean if she wanted to submit.

"Noooooo!!!!!!" Jean screamed in frustration. Her voice was muffled from the hold Yatori had locked in.

At that moment she would seem to go slack as if Yatori's hold had incapacitated her. She seemed to droop and her body went slack. Was Jean done for? The ref would go to check on Jean's hand. She lifted it once and it dropped like dead weight.

"!1" The ref shouted. The ref lifted Jean's hand a second and it again dropped. "2!" The ref went to lift Jean's ahnd for what seemed the second time. Suddenly Jean's ahnd stood firm. her green eyes popped open and looked hard as emerald. her face flushed red and her body started to tremble aggressively. She seemed to be getting a second wind similar to a Hogan resurgence.

She would try to work her feet under her so she could stand. Once she got up she would first go for some elbow strikes back to Yatori's side. Then she would reach back. If she grabbed an arm she went for a flip, if it was the ehad then a snapmare.

Knowing better than to let go of Jean (having remembered the redhead's dislike for not going all out), Yatori kept on cranking Jean's neck and torso despite the screaming. When her opponent finally went limp, she relaxed a little, letting the ref do her job.

Whew...

And then she gaped as Jean not only recovered, but began getting up with Yatori still mounted on her back.

Sonna... there are really people who Hulk Up in this fed?!

She was jolted out of her shock by the elbow strikes to her side. "Guwah!" Realizing her danger, the wincing Yatori uncrossed her legs and dropped to her feet behind Jean, standing now but still holding the redhead's chin.

As Jean reached for her, Yatori would twist to her left and sharply yank down on Jean's neck to try and slam Jean onto her back before she herself could be slammed.

Jean was slammed down on her back and lay there catching her breath. She had just endured a grueling hold and took the time to rest as she waited for yatori to make her next move.

Yatori let out a rather loud puff of relief, though that made her wince and hold her side. For a moment there, she scared me...

She grabbed Jean's ankles and made to put her opponent in a Boston crab, Yatori looking over her shoulder to keep an eye on Jean.

As Yatori grabbed Jean's feet to try and turn her over for the crab, Jean again seemed to spring to life. If Yatori's head was close enough Jean would reach up and attempt to counter by rolling Yatori into a quick package. Otherwise she would settle for bunching both her feet up and trying to shove Yatori away forcefully.

The watchful Yatori just barely snatched her face away from Jean's grasping fingers. She released her opponent's kicking legs and scrambled out of range, grinning madly despite getting grazed by a boot.

"Wow," she approved, "You've really got a lot of fight in you... I like that!"

Jean lay there and bent her head abck with a quick laugh at Yatori's comments. Then she would kick up to her feet like the Rock.

"If the others in this fed fight as well as you do I think I am going to have fun here after all."

With that she lifted her arms and gestured at Yatori with her hands to come and get some.

Yatori chuckled. "They fight better!"

With that she burst into a low lunge, trying to shoulder tackle Jean to the ground, so that she could go for the aborted Boston crab.
