Kena was surprised that Hina actually took the kick. Not so much the fact it landed, but how she used her body to stop Kena's momentum. She was wondering why, Hina obviously had enough agility to dodge it, but she soon found her answer as the ninja grabbed onto her leg. Shit. With Kena's leg already out and immobile and unable to defend against Hina's dragon screw, she was sent spinning into the air and slammed flat on her stomach. "Gaah!" The impact had left her dazed and helpless. This opponent wasn't anything like Maddie. Hina was balanced between offensive and defensive tactics, being straightforward and obvious would mean some brutal punishment.

With Kena on her stomach and Hina still with a hold on her leg, Hina stepped over Kena's leg and went to lie on her back as she would try to lock in a STF. With her head beside Kena's she started to talk again.

"I have trained myself in the arts of traditional wrestling and professional. So please do not think that don't know more than a few simple holds." Hina reached around Kena's to try to lock in the move.

Kena fought back the urge to cry out in pain as Hina started to lock her in the STF. She could already feel her leg start to burn from being pulled. However, it wasn't the pain of the hold that spooked the martial artist. What really riled Kena up though was Hina's words. She wasn't a pure striker, she was an all-rounder with as much training in submissions as striking martial arts. Kena knew a few judo and akido moves, but fighting someone skilled in submissions and grappling would be a nightmare for Kena. "N-Ngh..." Kena wanted to move, but Hina had her locked good. She was just thankful all her martial arts training had made her flexible enough to handle a few holds. Dammit...

"It isn't wise to just sit here, because the longer you do the more damage that will be done to your body." Hina used one hand to hold Kena's chin and she turned her head one way to apply more pressure on her spine from a different angle. Her other hand was pulled back a bit as she tried to snake her arm under Kena's and apply a half nelson. If she is able to do so, she would do the same with her other arm and lock in the complete full nelson.

Kena let out a pained groan as Hina's hold continued. "I know..." She growled out. Truthfully, there wasn't much Kena could do at the moment. While she was stunned Hina had locked her legs nicely, and Kena was just now getting out of her daze to push herself to the ropes. Of course, that task in itself was going to be a difficult task with Hina getting a hold of her head. "A-Ah...!" The pressure was starting to get a lot more painful now. Damn these wrestling holds, they were starting to prove to be a weakness for Kena.

She wasn't going to just let Hina do as she pleased anymore. As the ninja's arm started to make it's way to Kena's arm she fought
back, tightly grabbing onto it with her free hand, trying to keep it from going further.

Hina didn't fight too much for control of Kena's arm as she stopped it with her other hand. She may have stopped her complete hold for now, but the odds were still in Hina's favor. With both of Kena's arms busy and only one free leg, her escape wasn't really guaranteed. Not to mention Hina still hand a free arm to use.

Hina made a 'V' with her free arm and forced it against Kena's throat and pulled her head back. She also leaned back to add more power as she started to pull Kena's chest off the mat.

With Kena as twisted and contorted as she was, she was helpless as Hina began pulled her back by her neck. Not only was the hold growing more painful, but it was also starting to cut off her air supply. Shit, is this a clutch? Internally, she was scolding herself for underestimating her opponent so soon and getting caught in this situation in the first place. But more than anything she just wanted to get one good punch in on this girl for making her into a practice dummy.

Kena had a feeling Hina wasn't going to play around with her. She'd probably try to end the match as quickly and efficiently as she could. Kena wasn't going to let that happen if she could help it. With her free hand, she would claw at the mat and try to drag herself to the ropes with Hina on top of her.

Hina was pretty comfortable with her current position on Kena's back. She kept her hold on her and didn't let up on the hold even though Kena started to claw her way to the ropes. When she finally reached the ropes, Hina didn't release her and used the full 4 count before letting her go.

Rolling away from Kena, Hina got to her feet and gave Kena some space. She placed her hands together and formed the dragon hand seal. She then followed that up with the dog, snake, ram, and then the dragon again. "On your feet, your body is not finished from such a hold."

It took a lot of effort to do it, but Kena had finally made it to the ropes. However, Hina didn't let go, not immediately anyway. That made Kena sweat a little. The hold was both painful and sufficating, and it wasn't excruciating, it wasn't exactly a good position to be in either. It wasn't until the full count that Hina had let go. That was aggravating, and it made her panic a little for a moment. "Gr..." Really, it was starting to feel like Kena was just being toyed with, and that was an insult to her as far as she was concerned.

At Hina's words Kena shot a sharp glare at the girl, holding back her anger for now. Nothing would please her more than breaking this girl's spirit right now, but it could wait until she had Hina in a good position to really wail on her. Kena rose as the ninja commanded, her eyes locked on to Hina's as she was giving off a good amount of bloodlust. She didn't want it to be a secret she was out for blood now.

"I wouldn't be much of a martial artist if it did." She said venomously as she quickly got into her fighting stance. After saying that she made a dash for Hina, doing a quick turn to give herself some momentum to nail the ninja with an elbow strike to the gut.

Watching her opponent get to her feet and give her a nasty look and no effect on Hina. This girl was upset despite, Hina not actually trying to hurt her. After hearing Kena's words and watching advance, she did the same. "If you were a true martial artist you wouldn't let yourself be consumed by rage."

Hina said this before she did a low kick at Kena's left ankle around the same time Kena threw her elbow. Kena's elbow connected and knocked Hina off balance since her foot was still out with the kick. Hina stumbled back, but she was able to recover and fell to one knee and not flat on her back.
