Aisha vs Tiffany Laurence: The Fighting Temptations

Tiffany let out a brief, sharp gasp of pain as Aisha went after her ribs. Although they were quick punches, they were thrown with an expert striker's precision and power.

*Don't get into a freaking toe to toe fistfight, stupid!* the cowgirl mentally reminded herself, harshly. *Keep wrestling, work the back!*

She brought her arms up between Aisha's, and then flung them open, trying to break the diva's clench. Then she would try to seize her foe around the waist and barrel her backwards to try and run Aisha back first into the corner and it's turnbuckles!

Aisha remembered the street fights Rumble Roses used to hold in the waning days, when the company was circling down a muddy drain. People hated them. The other Roses hated them. 'Not wrestling'. 'Not sexy'.

But not Aisha. She loved them. For her, it was like getting back to her roots, and she never lost a single one. In the ring, the others could hang with her. In the street, not even close. When it came to fistfighting, they just didn't compare. She didn't know of any current wrestler who did.

If there was a wrestler like that in the AFW,  it wasn't Tiffany. That was made really clear when Aisha landed her shots and started to press her advantage, sliding in for a hard right hook to the face. It would've done great damage if it'd hit. It didn't. Not even close.

Instead, Aisha was hurled away and slammed into the corner, rekindling the painful sensation from Tiffany's other slams. It was sheer agony, and it locked Aisha's body up for the moment - all she could do was lean in the corner and wait for Tiffany to follow up without whatever crazy thoughts were going through her head.

Tiff held her side for a moment after ramming Aisha's back into the turnbuckles. It was rare that she ran into striking power thought could do lasting, lingering damage to her. With her body's muscular structure acting as a sort of defensive wall, as well as the Texan's personal high threshold for pain, Tiffany generally would shrug the effects of blows off pretty quickly. But Aisha's strikes were up there with punches and kicks from some of the harder hitting martial artists of the league. And since Tiffany reasoned that since she didn't dodge much, the longer the match went on, the more likely it was that Aisha's strikes could eventually put her down. She needed to start putting Aisha away, sooner rather than later.

With that in mind, her eyes settled on the top turnbuckle.
"Oh....yeah." Tiffany said softly, a grin starting to form on her face. With her back already softened, a drop on it from that height might actually finish this!
Still holding Aisha by the waist, Tiffany would lift her up, looking to make the pop star to straddle the top turnbuckle. Then she would climb up to the second turnbuckle, making the crowd mutter nervously, knowing the cowgirl rarely had anything to do with top rope moves, unless they involved flinging someone from them. Then, to everyone's further surprise, Tiffany would hesitantly take the steps to get to the top rope. Once there, Tiffany would place Aisha's head under her arm, the crowd recognizing the start of a suplex and either yelling warnings to Aisha, or encouragement to the usually more grounded Texan.

*I think I've must've lost my damn mind....* the cowgirl thought as she managed to balance herself. 

Taking a brief moment for the crowd, Tiffany raised her other hand, giving the crowd another hook 'em horns/rock and roll gesture as she called "Let's rock!" as she got ready to lift Aisha up for a bone rattling superplex!

Aisha was in the corner, against the turnbuckle. This brought back memories, and not a single one of them were fond. More than a few of them involved an ass getting shoved in her face.

Just being in this position was bad, but Tiffany seemed to have something in mind. She wasn't going for the usual stuff - Aisha expected her to do something like a splash, maybe just kick away at her stomach and suplex her out to the middle of the ring. No such luck - this cowgirl was going up. She was taking Aisha higher. She was setting her on the top rope, and judging from the way the crowd was reacting, it was a big surprise. Which meant that Tiffany probably had some crazy in mind, something painful, something that would utterly wreck Aisha's shit if it wasn't immediately dealt with.

Fortunately, Aisha had some ways of turning the tide in her favor, and it was all about timing. She waited for Tiffany to get up there along with her and start rallying the crowd, setting up for suplex, and that was the moment she picked for a counterstrike. Aisha burst back to life and started throwing hook after hook after hook into Tiffany's stomach with her right fist, trying to rattle her guts and send her and her little ambitions crashing back to Earth.

Tiffany let out a startled "Whouf!" as the first punch from Aisha landed.
"Stop that!" she yelled inanely at Aisha, clenching her own fist and clubbing the older woman across the back in an attempt to get her to do just that.

However, Aisha kept punching away at her battered midsection, a salvo of well placed hooks that left Tiffany gasping for air. She weaved slightly....then fell backwards from the top rope, landing on her back down on the mats below!

Although the impact rattled her back quite a bit, as Tiffany looked up at the lights, it was her midsection that was really starting to hurt. Her chest heaved as the Texan laid on the mat, desperately trying to get air back in her body.

Aisha hated going airborne. She'd done it before with the Rumble Roses - a few times, actually, during her many matches, and she count on one hand all the times it actually worked, without even using all the fingers. More often than not, it simple resulted in her missing the target completely and faceplanting on the mat, earning her a busted arm and a sore ass from the botched landing.

But not today. This time she had the target well in her sights. This time it'd work.

Aisha threw out a fist to the audience, getting them behind her. She crouched, taking careful aim, going through the details in her head, building suspense. After the moment passed,  she took a deep breath to steel herself, then leaped off the turnbuckle into the empty air, commiting herself fully. "All or nothing!"

Aisha twisted around in mid-air, kicked her legs out, and came down on Tiffany with a flying elbow drop!

Still lying on her back, eyes closed, Tiffany was blissfully unaware of the impending air strike heading her way.

When Aisha's elbow struck home, deep in heart of the Texan, her eyes flew open in surprise and pain. It was like a comet detached itself from the heavens and struck her square in the chest.
"Ahhhugh!" Tiffany cried out, thrashing and jerking about on the mat spastically for a long moment before coming to a rest on her side.
When she stopped, the cowgirl groaned softly "Holy...fuck."

Aisha watched Tiffany's body go into a spaz fit with a small, satisfied smirk on her face. Sure, Tiffany wasn't Dixie. That much was abundantly clear now. But all the same, the sound of her wailing in pain was close enough that it filled her with a fresh dose of nostalgia. And someday soon, she'd get the real thing. Comforting thought.

As soon as she stopped thrashing around, Aisha reached over, grabbed Tiffany's leg, and secured a leghook pin, holding it tight as the referee dropped for the slow count. It was time to see how well Tiffany's guts compared to Dixie's.

"Unnnh..." Tiffany groaned as Aisha floated over, hooking her leg to secure a pin. Stunned, she was only dimly aware of what was going on....

The ref began her count, slapping the mat and yelling "One!"

Aisha kept her hold tight, pressing her bare back against Tiffany's pillowy chest. Another little thing she and Dixie had in common, though she'd keep that little obseration to herself.

"Put up a good fight, cowgirl." Aisha nodded. "No shame."
