SS 14 Best 2/3 Falls: Taylor Parker Vs. Adrian Kytes

"Yeah?" Adrian asked, somewhat groggily, before Taylor charged in, looking to annihilate anything that was above 2 feet up with her knee. Adrian didn't have a lot of options, get her face obliterated or do something about it. Being on her knees like this meant she couldn't roll to the side as she did before, and with that level of momentum behind it getting her arms up wouldn't have much effect. The only way to go... was down.

Pressing herself flat against the mat, Adrian braced herself for any chance of getting stepped on as Taylor went overhead. It wasn't the most graceful of dodges but it was what she had to work with right now.

Taylor's knee missed, and she nearly tripped over Adrian's legs. Finesse was a thing of the past. She relentlessly pressed the attack, spinning to face Adrian and taking a long, loping step in to send a savage soccer kick into her side.

She bent and grabbed hold of Adrian's hair with both hands, and backed up as she dragged the girl to her feet, keeping her bent over with her head at waist height.

"We get to do this twice. Isn't that great?" She growled.

Adrian's dodge bought her all of 0 seconds respite as Taylor just looped around while the former cosplayer was picking herself back up, knocking her onto her back from the kick to the ribs. "Nghhh..." the brunette groaned as Taylor picked her up "You... you haven't even done it once yet..." She cought out in retort as she was forced up off the ground, still doubled over and still trying to get her breath back.

"Oh, right. One sec."

Battering Adrian was fun and everything, but Taylor wasn't very interested in just beating her up. She only wanted to win. And to do that, she needed to do something to keep her down long enough for those three precious seconds to tick by.

She grabbed Adrian by the wrist and pulled her arm around her shoulders, and then ducked down to shoulder into her midsection. She picked the brunette up over her shoulders, and the cheering in the arena grew to a roar. Enough fans had seen Taylor's match with Iron Maiden and Uncharted Love, they knew what was coming next.

Not only did the crowd know what was coming, so did Adrian and unlike the paying audience she wanted no part of this. Squirming around on top of Taylor, just to make it awkward for her, she started firing some vicious elbows at the side of the punkette's head attempting to weaken her grip enough so she could slip behind her and really get going.

Grabbing Taylor's head from behind, Adrian twisted her own body and dropped down to one knee, bringing Taylor's neck down over her shoulder harshly and held it there as she stood back up. Adrian was close to her own stomping ground, and was bringing back a blast from the past to blast the blonde.

Taylor struggled to keep Adrian's weight centered on her shoulders, but she couldn't hold her. The brunette slipped off behind her, and the Taylor found herself bent over backward, her arms flailing awkwardly at the air as she fought to regain her balance. Then she fell.

"UNGH!" Adrian's knee hit the mat with a bang as the back of Taylor's neck hit her shoulder, and she cried out in pain. She was paralyzed in agony, and would have dropped straight down if Adrian had let go. Why hadn't she let go?

Adrian winced as Taylor cried out in pain, no matter who it was crying out: valued friend or hated enemy, that was never a nice sound to have right next to her ear. Still, this was no time to feel sorry for anyone, let alone Taylor, the former cosplayer still had a job to do and the more she messed around and stalled, the more difficult she was making it for herself. And it was already difficult enough.

Standing back up while keeping hold of Taylor as though she was going to hit her with another neckbreaker, Adrian twisted herself and the punkette so that they were front to front again, with the blonde in a tight front headlock while Adrian fell straight back, pulling Taylor into a DDT and completing one of her mentor's signature moves: the '68 comeback special.

Taylor was in no shape to resist as she was turned over. The top of her head crashed into the mat with a heavy thud, and the rest of her body collapsed just as heavily. She was dimly aware of the mind-numbing pain that consumed everything above her shoulders, but that was all. She lay sprawled out on her stomach while one hand slowly found its way up to the back of her head.

She groaned, and slowly turned over onto her back. Her body naturally wanted to stand up, but at the moment all she could do was kick one foot against the mat while she waited for the worst of the pain to pass.

Adrian lay on her back for a moment after planting Taylor, trying to get some breath back in her system while she surveyed the scene, her head pounding as she thought of what to do next. Go for the pin? the blonde was down and hurting pretty badly, this seemed like a good a time as any to roll her over and end the first fall here and now but part of her wanted to do more, really put the exclamation mark on the match somehow and after one tribute move to her mentor she knew exactly what the follow up should be. Rolling Taylor onto her back, the former cosplayer crawled to the ropes so she could stand, her legs wobbling a little as she walked over towards one of the corners, a little strut in her step as she felt more confident walking about before stepping to the ring apron and climbing up the turnbuckle.

Looking up into the lights for a while, she stretched out both arms, pointing to the sky before she looked down at her waiting victim in the center of the ring and launching herself off the turnbuckle. There wasn't any flips or spins for this dive, what Adrian was trying to do was simple yet beautifully effective, a picture perfect diving elbow drop, landing her arm straight on Taylor's chest.

Taylor laid flat on her back, her hands to the back of her neck and her eyes squeezed shut in pain. She could barely think. She tried to filter through the chaos in the arena for the sound of her manager and mother-in-law's voice, to have something to cling to, to help her focus.

She tried to look for Adrian, but the pain in her neck didn't allow it, and the blunt force trauma to her head made her eyes blurry. She didn't even see Adrian coming.

"Nyaaaahha!" She screamed as Adrians elbow impaled her i
solar plexus, paralyzing her diaphragm. Her body jackknifed up from the mat before falling back down, and she found herself gasping for breath.

"Ng... Ghk..." Try as she might, she couldn't make her lungs work. Her chest was stuck, and she felt like she was suffocating. Her hand automatically reached out as if for a rope, and her feet weakly rose and fell against the mat.
