Catchin' up (for Lobo)

Today was a rather special day for Kagami as she walked through the friction dorm halls carry a bag which Kagami was hugging around her chest. Kagami was smiling ear to ear even though because she hadn't had a match in forever she was forced to sell her T.V. to aquire her special package but Kagami didn't care as she finally reached her dorm door. Kagami immediatly opened her door and and immediatly went to her rather small desk in her room where Kagami opened her bag and took out its contents and spread them out over the wood surface "Yay i can finally paint what i have always wanted too" KAgami said as before her lay a set of brand new paintbrushes, a few small bottles of paint, and a few Warhammer 40k minis. Kagami has always wanted to paint minis's but this was the first time she has had the chance. Now as Kagami began to set up her supplies she had completely forgotten to shut her door and soon she reached over and turned her ipod/radio up full blast so that anyone who was around her door would likely be defeaned by the loud metal music which was playing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KeszIVnvo6o.

Not too far off from the AFW Owned mini-apartments in Tokyo was Bonnie T. Gastin, cruising down the road in her big blue ford F-150, unable to keep herself from grinning widely as she took the day to visit an old friend whom she really wanted to see again.

Parking her truck, Bonnie closed the door and began to tread into the building, taking the stairs up the large dormitory until she reached the correct floor and made her way down the hall, noticing that one of them was open and blaring out some rather epic sounding metal with kick-ass drums, giving off a rhythm that took over Bonnie as she made her way down the hall, bobbing her head all the way until she reached the door and saw her good ol' friend Kagami.

[size=50:2axpcbdd]"Kagami! Heey! Kay-Kay!" She'd yell in the doorway at Kagami to try and say Hi, her voice being drowned out by the music. Finding the scene of her surrounded by paint and brushes to be rather adorable.

Kagami had just finished setting up her paint station when she heard someone screaming "Huh who's there?" Kagami said as she stood up and moved towards her open door to see Bonnie "Bonnie its been awhile." Kagami then lunged at Bonnie to give her a big hug "How have you been?" Kagami said even though it might be hard to hear because she forgot to turn down her music.

Bonnie's grin would widen once she saw that Kagami finally spotted her, watching as the smaller girl with the eye patch suddenly lunged from out of her doorway to initiate a big hug between the two, which Bonnie eagerly expected with an almost motherly looking smile upon catching Kagami in her arms, hugging her friend tightly after not seeing her for quite a while.

"WHAAAAT!?" Bonnie would call out within the hug as she could barely comprehend what Kagami was saying. "Naw! I ain't got a pen!" She'd exclaim, thinking Kagami was asking if she had a pen.

Kagami hugged Bonnie tight but as her friend started talking Kagami realized she couldn't hear a thing "Hold on Let me turn down the music." Kagami said as she would let Bonnie go and movie over to her ipod and turn the music way down.

"Now don't just stand there some on in." Kagami would say as she invited Bonnie into her meager apartment "Uh sorry i don't have a couch or any actual chairs but you can sit on my bed." Kagami said as she motioned towards a matress that was just laying on the gorund surrounded by manga and books and one stary milk carton that used to have her T.V. sitting on it.

Hearing the music finally turn down, Bonnie was now able to clearly hear Kagami and avoid any misunderstandings between the two in conversation. Which would begin with Bonnie being told to come into Kagami's humble little apartment, which Bonnie thought was very clean but felt very bad for the girl who had so little here.

"Nah it's Cool, hun." Bonnie would reply to Kagami's apologies with a dismissive wave of her hand as she looked around the place, about to sit down on the bed before she looked down at the figurines on the table.

"Hey whatcha got there!? Transformers!?" Bonnie would ask excitedly as she reached for a space marine to examine it up close by holding it up to her eye like she was expecting to find finger prints.

Kagami smiled as Bonnie came into her room and sat down "Uhhh, no, its um from Warhammer 40k." Kagami said feeling a little embaressed as her friend was looking at her hobby. "They are not painted yet." Kagami said as she moved over to her desk.

Kagami them moved over and sat next to Bonnie "So uh why are you here?" Kagami said as she wondered why her friend just suddenly showed up.

"Warhammer Forty-Whaty?" Bonnie would ask as she titled her head before she heard Kagami continue. "Oh! So you gon paint these lil doohickies! Cute..." Bonnie would add with a cheerful smile as she set the marine down, listening to what else Kagami had to say.

"...Hm? Oh well I just figured it would be nice to stop by and say hello... See you holdin up 'round here... It's been a good while since we talked, ya know? Figured I'd check on ya..." Said Bonnie casually to explain the reasons behind her visit. "How ya been?" She'd ask.

Kagami looked at bonnie and smiled "WEll i won a match recently." Kagami said with a smile before looking at the ground "But it was only because someone distracted the other fighter." Kagami said with a bit of disappointment in her voice "I don't think i will ever be as good as you Bonnie." Kagami then stood up and asked "Do you want a drink. I think i still have some pop in my mini fridge."

Hearing Kagami report that she had recently won a match, Bonnie's eyes lit up. "Oh! That's good! That's real good!" Bonnie would say cheerfully before watching her friend's head lower, going on to say that her victory was only because of a distraction and that she would never be as good as Bonnie, making the Texan frown. "Hey now don't you go on sayin' things like that... You keep on thinkin' like that and you ain't ever gon' get any better." Bonnie would say with a stern but caring look on her face, appearing almost motherly.

"Oh sure! That'd be cool..." Bonnie would respond politely to Kagami's offer of soda, but honestly wished she had some beer, but wasn't going to be rude by being picky about it either so soda was fine. It was a lot healthier anyway.

"You know... If you wanna learn how to fight better I could always teach ya how..." Bonnie would add.
