Atalante Pallas Vs. Lucille Guillot

Once more it seemed as if Atalante was thrown against a fairly new wrestler her. After her encounter with the Captain, she was riding a bit of a high. Having found and faced off against a good rival, Atalante was hoping that today would be a similar situation, she had heard that this Lucille was a tough woman. In fact, she'd had a run in with Lucille's sister a few years ago in Europe, while they hadn't faced off in a match she along with a few other wrestlers had to pry Angela off of another wrestler after a match as she simply didn't release her from a Guillotine choke. While she'd heard that Lucille was nothing like her sister, it was difficult to not have that misconception  stuck in her head...that she'd be just as rotten as the other Guillot was.

Atalante's music would  start to play out of the speakers, and with it the huntress would step onto the scene, standing at the top of the ramp as she got a warmer reception than last time. It looked as if she slowly building up a bit of a fan base here in Friction. Walking down the ramp, the green blonde woman would make her way towards the ring, her hair fluttering in the air behind her as her tail swayed almost naturally looking to her movements. She would give the crowd a few high fives as she made her way towards the squared circle.

Once she reached the ring, Atalante would grab onto the ring apron and jump up with a show of agility and acrobatic before she'd grab onto the top rope and use them to pull up and springboard off of the ropes, jumping into the ring with cat-like finesse and then walking up towards her corner where she would turn around and stand with her arms folded underneath her chest. All that was left was to await the Guillot girl and see what she was like and what she was made of.

It was time for Lucille's second match in AFW.  This time she would be facing off against a wrestler named Atalante.  From what she knew, Atalante was pretty new to AFW, having done only one more match then Lucille herself.  As such, she felt this was a good matchup for her.  She was actually excited to get into the ring again and face off against someone.

Now ready for her match, Lucille stayed just out of sight and waited for her theme music to play.  It would only take a moment before her music started to play and she would make her way out.  As she got out, the crowd would cheer for her, it seemed she was also building up a fan base and becoming a favourite here.  With that, she would give high fives to the crowd and wave at them before making her way to the ring.

She would slide into the ring before pushing herself up.  She would then climb a turnbuckle and give another high five to the fans before jumping off.  She would then shift her focus to her opponent and give a nice smile as she made her way to the center of the ring as she would then extend her hand for a nice handshake.  "Greetings, I am Lucille, let us have a good match." she said waiting for Atalante response.  She would take a good look at her opponent and was a bit curious about the costume that Atalante was wearing, was she a cosplayer or something?

Atalante would keep her eyes on the ramp as Lucille stepped out onto the ramp, the green-blonde woman would narrow her eyes as she saw the twin of Angela Guillot, she looked quite similar but she had a lot of differing traits to herself, she was a bit less pale and she had a darker blond shade of hair, along with those blue eyes.

The Huntress waited for Lucille  to make her way into the ring, having seen her act a lot more friendly than that sister and she would watch her then  move up  towards her and offer that hand for a handshake. She would tilt her head a bit, this was  not what she expected from the sister of such an infamous woman.

Stepping up towards Lucille Atalante would try and grab onto Lucille's hand and give her a handshake. "Atalante." The Grecian answered stoically as she'd nod her head to Lucille, looking her up and down for a second. "Are you really related to Angela Guillot?" Atalante would ask with a raised eyebrow as she would pull her arm away from the handshake .

Lucille would smile as Atalante accepted her handshake and didn't try any dirty moves. This meant she could probably expect a clean match from her fellow European wrestler. Though it seemed that Atalante knew a bit about her twin sister, Angela Guillot. It seemed this had caused a bit of confusion, well Lucille could hardly blame her, Angela and herself were like night and day, two opposites. Still, there was no reason for her not to answer Atalante question.

"Yes, she is the reason I got into wrestling. Back when she was training she would constantly put me in all sorts of holds and hit me with a number of wrestling moves. That is actually where I learned the basics of wrestling and found out I had a talent for it."

With that Lucille would then back off, giving the two wrestlers some room. The referee would then signal for the start of the match and with that the bell would ring.

Now with the match underway, Lucille would extend her arms up and enter in a grappling position. She would attempt to start to circle and flank Atalante before then trying to move in and get her in a collar and elbow tie up. The French wrestler wanted to get a good feel and see how well the two of them stacked up against each other.

Atalante would listen onto the explanation that Lucille gave and would tilt her head a bit, she figured sort of how it was. Lucille seemed like a nice girl and with that she was somewhat satisfied, nodding her head as she would back off and give Lucille some room. Heading to her corner as she would wait for the bell.

When the bell finally rang, the Grecian would step out of the corner and start to circle the fellow European, moving in close  and closer with her arms raised. Seeing the French wrestler seem to want to go for a collar and elbow lock up, it seemed as if it would be a good opportunity to determine  the caliber of her opponent.

Stepping forward as she would accept the lock up and quickly try and use her incredibly powerful legs to try and bully her way forward and try and force Lucille backwards.

It seemed that the explanation was accepted by Atalante. That was good, otherwise, it would make things awkward. The match would then start and the two would enter in a collar and elbow tie-up. She could feel Atalante trying to push her back and forcing her back but Lucille felt that when it came to strength she had the advantage. The French wrestler would attempt to push forward, trying to overpower her opponent before attempting to step in and place her opponent in a headlock.

Atalanta met Lucille head one as they locked up in the collar and elbow tie up, narrowing her eyes as she felt Lucille's strength, the woman was a bit bigger than her, an inch taller and a bit more shapely and muscular. Though Atalante had a more wiry build that head lean but strong muscles.

Though it seemed that Lucille was still a bit stronger, while Atalante's legs managed to keep her from being pushed back much, flexing her strong limbs...Lucille was able to twist around in the hold and lock her into a firm side-headlock, grunting out as her face as mashed up against that covered sideboob of her European foe.

"Mmph..." Atalante grumbled out a muffled complaint into that side boob, though the Huntress was skilled, she'd raise her boot off of the ground and aim to stomp it down against the back of Lucille's knee, trying to force her to take a knee, and then try and slip her head free, looking to grab onto that arm and lock it in behind her back as she'd aim to transition the hold into a hammerlock hold of her own.

Lucille managed to step in and place her opponent head in a side-headlock, giving it a tight pull, trying to squeeze the air out of her. Though the hold would not last long as Atalante stomped the back of Lucille's knee, causing her eyes to widen and let go of the hold as she would then go down to one knee. Her arm would then be grabbed as Atalante placed her in a hammerlock hold. The French wrestler would grunt as she placed in the hold and felt the pressure being applied to her arm. Yet she would remain calm and attempt to send her head back, trying to headbutt her opponent with the back of her head, hoping it would free her from the hold. If the tactic work, she would make sure to hold onto Atalante's arm and try to pull her forward into a clothesline.

Slipping out of that headlock and pulling that arm back into a hammerlock hold, Atalante would start to wrench on that arm of the blond's. She'd soon get that head smacked into her chin though as the French wrestler nailed her with a headbutt, causing Atalante to wince out in pain.

Following which she felt Lucille pull herself free from that and then pull the Grecian towards the her with that arm out. Atalante would try to duck under that arm and slip in around Lucille to wrap her arms around that waist of Lucille, trying to yank her backwards and go for an O'Connor Roll. Trying to roll Lucille up into a pin attempt.

Lucille managed to hit Atalante with a headbutt, it seemed to be effective as she managed to get out of the hold. Still holding onto her opponent's arm, she would try to pull her fellow European wrestler for a quick clothesline. But Atalante managed to not only dodge her attack but also wrap her arms around her waist. Her eyes would go wide as she realized she was in a bad position. The French wrestler would then be rolled onto her back as the referee girl would quickly start the pin count. The referee would bring her hand down for the one count.

"ONE!"

With that though Lucille would kick out, not letting her opponent get a two count. Though the idea of being pinned to easily and quickly did shake her up a bit.
