SS 18 Hardcore Title: Silver Ace (c) vs Jessica Wright (Monsters Ball Match)

Silver Ace had just nearly had her body snapped in half, and Jessica rose. She watched the champion in the sand, writhing around in pain as if she had just been run through with a sword. Truth be told, she did not imagine that what this woman was feeling was too far distant from that sort of pain, and smiled a very self-satisfied smile at the woman on the ground. Just for good measure, she lifted her leg up and slammed it into Ace's corpse with a stomp that would rattle the entire arena. That was good, sure, but that was only the prelude to what was coming next.

After the stomp, Jessica raced to the ring, and frantically searched under the curtain with only her hands and her burning desire to win to guide her. She landed upon something hard and metal, and seized it. Before even trying to figure out what it was, she was already half to Silver Ace. As it turned out, it was a steel chair, classic wrestling fodder. The simple joy and simply violence of the chair was not lost on her, and she brought the chair down with as much force as she could muster.

Everything hurt. Everything was pain, and fire, and blood, and dirt, and more pain. Backbreakers fucking SUCKED.

But...as Ace writhed on the dirt, she bit her lip, eventually rolling over, panting heavily, sweat and blood dripping into the dirt. This hurt, this sucked, but she hurt before, and she had worked past it before. She could still do this, she wouldn't let some War dog stop her, she just had to get back up and-

"THWACK"

She didn't even scream, dropping flat onto the dirt on her front as the steel chair was brought down upon her body, aided by Jessica's impressive strength, the opposing gladiator having found a weapon of her own to use.

Jessica loved that sound. It was so pure. Of all of the sounds that she had collected in her two or so decades on the earth this was one of the nicest. There were few things like it, and Jessica was going to cherish it for all that it was worth. She looked down at her works, and heard the last echo die. The Violent Violet was going to savor it for the brief moments that it lasted, just as she was going to be delighted at Ace's suffering.

Jessica looked at the chair for a second, and then tossed it aside. Time to take this match into her own hands. Jessica walked over so that she was straddling Ace's lower legs. From there, she would grab Ace's middle and would attempt to lift her up. All the way up, and then over. Jessica was going for a German suplex, right into the sand. One good turn deserved another, she reckoned, so she would go straight from that one to the next, going for a double that would hopefully ruin Ace's entire evening.

By the time Ace even realized she was being lifted up, and recognized the move as a german suplex, she was already airborne, and coming down fast. She hit the dirt with a solid "thunk" of flesh and bone hitting solid ground, and at that point, her vision of the crowd was instead filled with stars and flashes of bright color as her head collided.

That...that hurt. Holy fuck that hurt. Far worse than the chair shot did. But as that if wasn't enough, she felt herself being lifted a second time. "Nononono-UGHH!" She cried out as she smacked into the dirt for a second time, legs flipping over her body so she landed on her stomach, a dirt cloud rising from the impact of her body.

The crowd let out a mixed reaction, some enjoying the absolute brutality on display, while others booed Jessica for daring to hurt the Canadian hero!

Jessica was not tired yet. At least, not really. But she had to say that picking Silver Ace twice in a row and then slamming her back down again took a concerted and exhausting effort. So when she sat all the way up and looked at her opponent, some of it was from how tired she was. But most of it was due to the fact that assaulting the current hardcore champion in such a fashion deserved a good look. The Violent Violet smiled as she gazed upon her opponent.

But she was not vanquished yet. Jessica planted her hand on Silver Ace's firm rear and used the to pull herself up. She sent a quick kick into Ace's ribs to ensure that she stayed down, as if the double German suplex were not sufficient to keep Ace down for a while.

Once she did that, she was off to the races. Jessica tore across the sand until she was ringside, and once again she groped under the mat to find something hard or sharp or painful. There was something at the tip of her finger, and she seized it. Her purple eyes did not once look down before she started tearing back towards her opponent.

It was light, whatever it was. Usually that was a bad sign, but as she was halfway between the ring and Ace she realized that it was a light tube. With a confident grin she reared back and then released her pent up fury on her opponent, not even slowing down in her dead sprint.

Bad. Very bad. Silver Ace wasn't sure how things had turned against her so severely, but she was getting her ass completely handed to her. Something had to be done, she had to do something, or her title run, her two year vendetta against River Styx, her chance to get rid of WAR... it all came to an end here.

She could get back up. She could do this, she could overcome this, she just needed to push herself back up...but Jessica was quick. Fast. Unrelenting, and vicious to the core. While Ace certainly didn't NEED one, she was given another reminder of that, as she heard the "woosh" of something being hurled through the air, before...something smashed against her back, literally smashed, as a sharp pain went through her...and several other sharp pains following. In pain and confused, she let out a cry, before noticing, with a start, that there were bits and shards of glass around, her...including the base of a light tube in Jessica's hands.

The crazy bitch had hit her with a goddamn light tube!

Still, while it stung like a motherfucker, it lacked the sheer impact that a steel chair or pair of fists would have, and she stayed on all fours, before she tried to lash her leg out and kick Jessica back from her!

The whoosh of the light tube through the air was poetry and power. When the final crash came, it occured to her that she ought to give out a war whoop or a maniacal cackle or something, but she didn't. Her eyes told the whole story. They were wide with adrenaline and anger and the notion that if she kept going as she was going now, soon she was going to have the belt around her waist. The sight of broken shards of glass on her opponents back was amazing. They all reflected the light, shining a thousand stars up into the Violent Violet's face. She clenched her fist.

Ace lashed out at her with a kick that was as desperate as it was anything else, and Jessica was too distracted. The low kick slammed into her shin, causing her to wince in pain. She stumbled back a little bit, letting every swear word she knew fly out. She regained her composure after a bit.

And then she came flying forward. It was a bad move to piss off someone who had just slammed a light tube into your back, she reckoned, and if Jessica had to teach that lesson the hard way she was more than happy to. She swung a massive kick towards Ace's back. Sure, she was going to get some shards in her boots, but she reckoned that it was going to be worth it.

Jesus christ

The kick hurt, as with everything Jessica did, but feeling dozens of small shards get pushed farther into her skin, feeling tiny rivulets of blood start pouring down her back, mixing with the dirt, hurt far worse.

She rolled away, scrambling to get purchase in the dirt and get back to her feet, she even grabbed some dirt and threw it towards Jessica's face, trying to buy herself time to somehow get back into the fight!

It was quite the sight. The red blood, dripping from Ace. Jessica was hoping for a great stream, but the quiet trickle that came out made her happy. But moreso, it made her thirsty. She wanted see more and more of it until Ace could not take any more, and she had the belt around her waist.

She approached Ace once more to inflict even more damage on her, when Ace pulled a card from her sleeve. A patch of dirt came up to her eyes, causing Jessica to cry out in surprise. Her pretty face became bespeckled with the sand that had been there for centuries. Her purple eyes watered as she stood there, desperately trying to get the dirt out of her eyes.

After a second, Jessica could mostly see, and she was livid. The Violent Violet was used to dirty tricks in that she employed them with alarming frequency, but she always felt it unjust when she had it done against her. That was just wrong, she thought. So when she came back, she came back with great fury, ready to go an eye for an eye. It was hard to see, but she sent something that approximated both a kick and a stomp towards Ace's sex.

Ace got lucky. That dirt throwing tactic, while dirty as fuck, or would have been if not for the match type, had bought her the time she needed to get back up to her feet.


Just in time to see a pissed off Jessica closing the small distance between the two fighters, throwing up dirt as she kicked up high and hard.


Ace, no stranger to playing dirty herself at times, recognised the attempt at a low blow, and, just in time, thrust her hips back, narrowly avoiding getting a kick in the cooch...but taking that kick to her stomach instead, leaning over and letting out a pained grunt as the hard kick stunned her.
