Rebecca Tomko vs. Armando 'Army' Rodriguez - Unstoppable Force

Army was giddy. Hated using that word, sounded too girly, but fuck it. It fit.

He stood in the back, bouncing on his toes, left and right and left and right. Decked out in his usual attire - the boxing shorts, red and black, the matching boots, the tape. There was a crazy smile on his face and his heart was beating fast, feeling more excited for this match than anything since...well, his match with Hana Fujioka, really. But this was different. Then, he'd only gotten into the match when he realized how big she was. Now he was hyped up right from the start. He was taking on Rebecca Tomko, one of the oldest wrestlers in the AFW, the biggest dog in the yard, and a woman he was a pretty big fan of. Not that he'd tell her that.

Carmen wasn't quite as enthusiastic. "You're going to get stomped if you don't take this seriously." She stood off to the side, watching as Army broke into a few stretches. "You'll probably get stomped regardless, but it'll definitely happen if you underestimate Rebecca."

"Nobody's underestimating anybody." Army broke into his orthodox stance and rattled off a few quick jabs. "I know what I'm getting into, believe me. And besides, you're the one who started this." He shot her a quick raised eyebrow, before going back to his routine. "Train's already taking off, too late to stop."

"Yeah." She cocked her head to the side, watching his form. Not bad, he'd been keeping up with his practice ever since he started hanging around with Amy. "Getting taken down a peg is always good for you. That doesn't mean I want to see you get planted in the middle of the ring."

Army had just opened his mouth to speak, when a member of the ring crew stepped over and gave him thumbs up - game time, coming up.

"Thanks." Army started to make his way to the curtain, walking backwards and giving her the thumbs up as he went. "Have a little faith, sis. Watch and be amazed."

His music started up and Army came in right behind it, stepping out onto the ramp with his arms spread out. He got some decent applause back from the audience - he'd had a love/hate relationship with the Tension crowd, but after seeing him around for over a year, they were starting to warm up. It helped that they were loyal Tension fans, and Army was one of their guys taking on a star from the other show. Home field advantage. Always nice.

Army bounced to the music for a few moments, then took off to the ring in a wild sprint down the ramp. He slid in under the bottom rope, popped up to his feet, and hopped up to the middle rope of the turnbuckle, pumping his fist out to the audience to try and get them as pumped up as he was. "Make some noise!" He threw out a left and right hook, doing some quick shadow boxing and giving the crowd a few photo ops. "Come on!"

The dark skinned giantess sat backstage, stretching her neck around as her girlfriend tried to rub her massive shoulders. Rebecca had been looking forward to returning to the ring after her last match left her buried in a hole in the ring, eager to prove she hadn't lost a step, that she was still a force to be reckoned with after four years in AFW. "Okay, remember that while he is still smaller than you, he's not that much smaller so you can't just walk into him an he'll bounce off. He's big, strong-"

"Been watching him closely?" Rebecca asked, keeping her eyes closed as Adrian massaged her back. "Should I be getting jealous?"

"-HEY!" The cosplayer yelled out, blushing furiously. "I only recorded guys taking a shower once and that was before you and me were officially a couple!" She said defensively as the amazon chuckled.


"Relax Adrian, I know what you mean. So what's your idea for taking him down?"

"O-okay. He's a trained boxer so you're not gonna be able to just tank shot after shot without something really bad happening, so keeping a guard up is important, but try and force him to grapple you. I don't think he's as good at lockups but he's strong enough to where he can just brute force his way through against smaller women, and men. Anyone trying to out muscle you is just going to tire themselves out. Get him in the corner, keep him close, grind him down then stretch him out and it's Gee Gee." Adrian explained, going through a quick strategy that she cooked up for the match as the big woman stood up. Her lightly oiled muscles shining in the low light.

"Thanks Adrian," she said, doing a few last stretches before heading out to the curtain. It was a decidedly mixed response as Rebecca made her way down to the ring. Some people remembering her campaign against Akashi with a degree of venom, others cheering in awe as the giantess made her way to the ring. Sometimes just watching her on a screen didn't do justice to the size of her, you had to be in the front row looking up as the two meter tall amazon stepped up to the ring and over the ropes. "Hey Army," she said, her smile mirroring his as she walked over to the center for one last face off."Ready to get wrecked?"

By the time Rebecca came out from the back, Army had taken up position in his corner and grabbed the ropes for some stretching. He had his back to the entrance for it, wasn't watching her come in. He'd seen The giantess up close, already had the firsthand experience, and on top of that, he didn't even need to look her way to know she was coming in the ring. He could feel the canvas shaking.

"Impact tremors." Army chuckled under his breath, turned around, and made his way over to the center of the ring, facing off with Rebecca head on as an extremely nervous referee got between them. He seemed fully cognizant of the fact that he was standing between two of the biggest wrestlers in the league, and so did management. They usually went with lady refs in the AFW, but for this one they'd dug up a guy to do the job. Smart move.

"Oh, I fully accept that this is about to hurt, Giganta." He stepped back at the referee gave them both a quick pat down. "But I can give as good as I get." Army popped in his mouth guard and smiled as best as he could with it stuffed in between his teeth. "'Bout to get your own medicine rammed down your throat."

Usually, Army liked to start off slow in a match, work opponents over and let his strength be the main factor, but this was King Kong vs. Godzilla in a wrestling ring - no point in subtlety. He went on the attack the second the bell rang, getting in close andsending an uppercut towards Rebecca's iron stomach.

The bell rung and the referee smartly got well clear of the potential crossfire, he might have been bigger than the ref girls but he still looked like he'd go flying if one of the two heavyweights brushed up against him and was fully aware of the situation he'd been dropped in. At least Hana kept it clean against Army, but Rebecca had a reputation for being a bull in a china shop and had left a trail of broken cages, rings and announce tables in her wake, and Army was the kind of man who would give as good as he took. Bad place to be caught in the middle of trying to control the two.

The amazon lunged in, trying to catch the Puerto Rican in an early collar-and-elbow lock up but the boxer was clearly having none of that if he could avoid it, instead drilling his fist deep into Rebecca's tight abs. "Gah!" The giantess coughed out, that hurt a lot. It was one thing for Adrian to say "don't try and tank shots" and another to feel just why that was a poor choice of actions: leaving Rebecca haunched over trying to get a hand on Army's shoulder.

Lucky. Very lucky. Army trusted in his abilities, but he couldn't deny that the draw came down on a favorable side for him. If Rebecca had managed to get the tie up...well, he wasn't at all sure if he was more powerful than her when it came down to pure brute strength, and if he could get through this match without finding out, he'd be satisfied. As much as he was trying to improve his grappling skills, this probably wasn't the match for experimenting.

While Rebecca was dealing with the pain, Army decided to make it worse - it wasn't often that the Mighty Rebecca Tomko was on the defense, and he was taking full advantage. He dropped down under her grabbing arm and plowed forward, trying to drive her towards the corner and ram her in there. The match had just begun, but if he could pile on the power shots right from the start, he could make a lead that she'd be hard pressed to catch up with.

Rebecca managed to get an arm over top of Army, but didn't have time to grab hold of anything before being shunted back into her corner. The explosive start to the match really not going in the amazon's favour as she was rammed into the turnbuckles. "Tch... dammit..." she grunted. Not to be deterred, the dark skinned giantess stuck to her initial plan and tried to wrap her arms around Army, if only to hold him still while she sucked some air back into her lungs.

Army felt Rebecca's arms come around behind him and he knew that he was getting close to the danger zone, but he wasn't backing out. Not know. Not when he had her deep in his comfort zone. This was a prime position, worth the risk as long as he could maximize the damage, and he fully intended to.

He brought his head against her chest, pushed into her, and started to unload into her midsection, drilling her with some rapid fire hooks, lefts and rights, punishing blows..

"Off the ropes! Off!" The referee called out behind them, but Army didn't pay him much mind for the time being. "1! 2!"

Well that didn't work. Rebecca's rock solid abs were being worked over like a heavy bag, forcing her to abandon her plan of trying to tie up Army and instead dropping her arms down, trying to get some defense on her body before she ended up tenderized. Even if the ref was trying to get the boxer off the amazon she was still left sore and sucking wind. Trying to last out the referee's count.

Army let the count get all the way to four before he backed away from Rebecca and gave her space, hopping back towards the center of the ring. He kept his fist up and his guard tight, stayed focused on her, but inside he was starting to feel confident. Cocky. Even calm. That little exchange earned him a few boos, but he wa in a good zone, so far. Setting a decent pace with Rebbeca. He could do this.

He kept bouncing and waved her on, motion for Rebecca to bring the fight to him. "I'm ready, I'm ready..."

Rebecca breathed a sight of relief as Army finally broke away from her, the boxer making sure to use all of the count before stepping away from the big woman, leaving her to rest in the corner, hanging over the top rope as she sucked her breath back in and tried to focus out the pain in her sides. She'd need to find a way to counter-act that close range rush or else. "You... you just keep doing your thing... I'll be with you in a minute." She joked, waving Army off as she staggered out of the corner, idea in mind.
