SS 14 Best 2/3 Falls: Taylor Parker Vs. Adrian Kytes

Taylor was thinking about what to do, and what Adrian would do, once they locked up, and Adrian's kick caught her flat footed.

"Ooff!" She doubled over and went down on one knee, holding her stomach, and again she had to work just to get air. She pushed herself to keep moving regardless, and as she straightened up she began to take several steps back.

For Adrian to have Taylor backing up had to be some kind of moral victory for her, but at the moment Taylor was only concerned with staying upright.

It was a bit of a dick move to attack someone calling for a fair test of strength, but Adrian had enough of strength tests with the arm wrestling and the opening lock-up. Besides, she liked to think that the two of them knew enough about each other that neither one would just go for the pure strength method, the former cosplayer had just cut out the middle part and moved straight to whatever else she had planned.

Chasing down Taylor, the former cosplayer aimed to grab her by the arm and twist it around into a painful wrist lock and really wrench it down hard. She needed to keep side on or have Taylor doubled over so she could get a decent angle of attack on her true target, the back of Taylor's neck.

Taylor's escape was cut short, and she found herself forced over at the waist again, with her arm twisted up above her and her wrist bent painfully. Immediately, she was looking for the ropes, trying to drag Adrian with her while she pawed out with her free hand to grab on and force a break. Then Adrian jerked sharply down.

"Augh!" Taylor cried out, and dropped to one knee. Her free hand instinctively went to her hurting shoulder, as if she could somehow lessen the pain that way. She easily rolled forward, hoping to untwist her arm just like she did last time. This time, though, she grabbed Adrian's wrist and threw her legs up around Adrian's arm. She pulled the arm into her chest and rowed back, pushing her hips up against Adrian's elbow in hopes of doing some damage with a very spontaneous arm bar.

Adrian was feeling pretty good about how the second fall was going as she put the hurt on Taylor's arm. She already had found a chink in the blonde's armour: her neck, making a nice change from everyone who just tried to work Taylor's ribs, and was now setting on trying to sap away the punkette's offensive power as well with her wrist lock. She'd taken enough punches from Taylor to know that letting her keep her arms working 100% was not a good move and also had the positive side effect of opening up Taylor's neck for a sharp elbow shot.

But what Adrian hadn't learned from the first time she attempted the wrist lock, was that Taylor could still get out, even while she was hurting and start to put the hurt back on the former cosplayer. "Nonononofuuuuuuuuuck." She let out, wincing as her back hit the mat as she tried her best to resist her arm getting stretched out to little success. She was left to close her eyes in an attempt to shut out the pain as she shuffled towards the ropes, hoping to get a foot on before her arm broke.

Taylor bore her teeth as she strained to do as much damage as she could to Adrian's elbow. She didnt have the angles locked in, and she knew she couldn't force a submission. Even worse, Adrian was soon at the ropes, and the referee called for the break. Taylor complied without a fuss.

She snagged Adrian's ankle on her way up to her feet, and lifted the leg high to keep Adrian from getting up. She dragged her a couple steps from the ropes, and then fell forward to drop the point of her elbow into the inside of Adrian's knee.

Adrian breathed a sigh of relief as she got to the ropes, forcing a break and allow her to soothe her painful elbow. Could have been worse, something could have snapped but she was definitely going to be feeling that for a while, being down to one arm at full strength was never a good prospect in any match. Let alone one that might have another fall after this one Which there won't be because I'm going to win it! the former cosplayer reassured herself before she was dragged from the sanctity of the ropes.

Trying to kick away at Taylor with her free leg, she wanted to get back up and on the offensive, but Taylor dropping her elbow on the brunette's knee wasn't going to help that, earning a yelp of pain as she tried to roll away.

Taylor tossed Adrian's leg to the side as she stood up. As satisfying as it was to keep kicking Adrian around, Taylor was aware that she needed to get focused and start trying to really pick the girl apart. Adrian had already done a good job of beating Taylor's head in and hurting her neck, in just a couple well-placed moves. Knocking Adrian out was one thing...

As Adrian rolled away, Taylor spotted a good opening and pounced without hesitation. While her opponent came to her hands and knees, Taylor leapt from the floor to the top rope and landed with both feet, and then hopped off, positioning herself in the air to come down with one knee across Adrian's back.

Adrian kept her eyes on Taylor as much as she could, yes her arm and leg were both hurting right now, but she wasn't about to just roll over and piss away what semblance of a lead she had built up. As Taylor hopped up to the ropes, the former cosplayer stumbled forward and tried to push the blonde's legs away and leave gravity to do the rest of the work for her while she got to rest against the ropes for a while.

Taylor's feet slipped, and she hit the top rope on the backs of her thighs before pitching backwards and landing heavily on the back of her head. The crowd gave a disappointed, sympathetic noise, and Taylor rolled under the bottom rope.

With her feet on the floor outside and her hands on the back of her head, Taylor stumbled away around the ring. She couldn't help but note that it seemed like every time her feet left the mat, something terrible happened to her. So far, she was zero for... two, or one for... Anyway, it seemed like they always missed. Most of her prevailing memories of being airborne were of the other person evading, whether they were down like Adrian, or beaten half to death like Heather. It was a central part of her style, but she had begun to regret the countless hours she spent perfecting her technique.

What was worse, though, as she looked up at Adrian in the ring, was that they were part way into the second fall and she had still not managed to hurt the stupid Nintendo-cosplaying retard. She had only beat her up a little, but not in a way that prevented Adrian from doing much worse to her.

"Fuck..." She muttered. No time to doubt herself. She stretched her neck to the side and watched Adrian to see if she would give her room to get back in uncontested.

Meanwhile, the ref had reached the count of "Two!"

Adrian gasped for breath as she hung over the top rope for support, watching Taylor crash and burn before the blonde retreated to the relative safety of the outside. Top rope events for the both of them had to have something low as a success rate. Let's see... she thought My Elbow drop, her flippy kick thing in the corner kind counts... okay that's 2 wins. Then on the fuck ups its... her whatever the heck she was trying, my jump off the ropes clothseline... gah... the pounding in her head making it difficult to focus on things, even if the things were just random trains of thought and not what she was suppossed to be concentrating on: keep pounding on Taylor.

Stepping through the ropes and onto the apron, using her good arm to do most of the supporting for her while she hopped around, heading towards the corner to put a little space between her and the punkette before she charged somewhat awkwardly, launching herself off the ring Apron and essentially trying to roll into Taylor. Hey it wasn't a top rope move so it still had a decent shot.
