When the ref-girl came in with the microphone and the cage had started to be raised off the ring, Cecilia would grab the microphone and move it down with her other arm to Karina's face.

" I want you to tell everyone who you belong to and who your Queen is." Cecilia let out with a wide smug grin on her face, it was a bit demand to make of her rival, but she figure that Karina would be more than willing to do so as the girl was a proud and powerful fighter...but she knew when she had been beaten and knew very well what the price was for that defeat.

Finding no way out of this, the beast had to choose between being stubborn and perhaps gain more punishment to her exhausted body, and submitting vocally to Cecilia and letting everyone know that the blonde beauty had claimed the once dangerous Beast.
