Kira Vs Carmen - Somewhat of a revenge match????

The punch went right into the face, his head snapping back as his body went into the turnbuckle. Thankfully he was saved by the bell and the round was over.... At least he didn't have to walk to his corner

while in the corner he had a think.So far he had mostly been defensive, trying his best to find counterattack chances. However Carmen was too skilled and too fast to get caught out. So the only way to stand a chance is to lose the defensive and go all offensive.

"The fuck was that?"

Carmen had to admit - she was thinking pretty much the same thing. That had to be the most unsatisfying round she'd ever been a part of. No real defense, no real skill - she was reminded of that idiot reporter who came to the games and tried to playfight her in the ring.

...okay, he wasn't that bad, but not all that far off. She just rolled her eyes at Army. Shook her head. Said nothing.

"Yeah. Just knock him and out and let's go home."

And there went the bell.

When the rang Kira was our of his corner like a bullet. Not even giving Carmen the time to get into the centre he would throw a jab right at her face as payback for her last punch of the 1st round. His footing was slightly better now, allowing him to move yo the left slightly to try and follow through with a hook into her gut, provided that Carmen had managed to weave her way around Kira

Much as she hated - really hate - to say it, Army was right. There wasn't any point in drawing out the agony - she'd just wail on Kira, drop him hard and fast, and spend the rest of the night watching Breaking Bad DVDs. Easy.

The plan was smashed, though, when she turned around to see Kira coming at her full blast, his jab earning the first real hit of his for the night. Her head snapped back, and she came back looking at him with quite a bit of bewilderment - looks like someone slipped him a pair of balls while he was in that corner.

Kira didn't want to lose time, he had to keep the pressure up, he had to. He would try and throw another jab into the females face, eager to try to get her into her corner. He would throw a couple of left and right hooks at the chest to try and keep the pressure on her. He needed to hit her now, as soon as she started to fight back the round would be over. She would get a combo of hits on him because his guard was down while on the offensive

The kid was going balls to the wall - working himself into a frenzy, dedicating everything for the frontal assault. It wouldn't be a bad strategy...if he'd been a power puncher, if he'd had more force behind the hits, enough speed to dazzle her - he didn't. At all.

Still, there was no reason to break out just yet - she kept her guard tight, let him wail away for the moment, seeing how long it would take to tire him out - a lot of people underestimated just how tiring throwing punches could be, and she bet he was one of those people.

Kira would carry on, slowing down somewhat, his arms complaining after the battering they took in the last round. He would keep aiming for jabs and hooks to the chest, surely her guard couldn't withstand this. What could she be planning? Kira started to get this sinking feeling; as if he was walking right into a trap.

Sure enough, he was wearing himself out - burning himself out like a candle in the wind, expending all his energy in the second round. Not even a rookie mistake. Just...plain wrong.

And...now the pain starts.

Carmen dropped the rope-a-dope and burst out, weaving around, dropping to the side, the rising up face with a right hook to the side of his head.

Kira kept going, he had to break or at least heavily damage her guard. Things did not go well however as in a couple of seconds Carmen had managed to escape and smash her fist into the side of his face. He would stagger back from the sheer power of the punch and would end up in the centre of the ring, at least his footing was right this time.

Wide-open - he might as well have been holding up a 'BEAT MY ASS' sign. Carmen gladly obliged.

Moving in, snaking her way around the ring, she threw out a light right hook, just enough to push him to the side - and right into the line of fire for a massive right hook, looking to cave in his skull and knock some sense into him.
