How hard is it to understand whats going on in Batman, even as a kid?

"Bad guy does something, Batman beats them up, they get away, Part 2, Batman finds them and beats them up. Mentions Dead Parents sometimes, Robin acts annoying, we put up with it because he's wearing pants, Alfred says "Sir". Joker terrifies everybody, Mr. Freeze makes us all sad."

Not exactly rocket science there Mr. Bay. We all loved Batman: TAS as children, and we didn't need your CGI fire and explosions and robots peeing on people and more fire and explosions to enjoy it.

Willing to give it a chance, despite the moronic idea of killing plots in movies for the sake of action scenes. If he had his way, the Autobots and Decepticons would probably have numbers instead of names, and Starscream would howl at night...
