Domino vs. Kira "Wild Card" Malcolm

Kira groaned as she was rolled into the ring. She clutched her battered stomach. Gritting her teeth, she tried to fight through the pain and rise, but she had trouble making it past her hands and knees.

Domino's condescending remark gave her just the jolt of anger-fueled adrenalin she needed to overcome this pain. She felt herself lifted to her feet, and she was just lucid enough to make an attack but nowhere near lucid enough to choose a smart one. With a roar, she reared back and tried to deliver a headbutt to Domino's head. If successful, Kira would immediately regret rattling her brain around after having already been battered pretty severely. She would stumble back several uneasy steps before catching herself on the ropes, trying to stop the ring from spinning all over again.

Finally, it seems that Kira is becoming manageable. Domino is ready to bring her down with a powerful shot, his stance squaring, when suddenly something crazy happens. The chick suddenly bashes her head to his!

"AGH!," yelps the model as the world briefly flashes white. Both hands set to his slammed forehead, fingers weaving into his hair, and he finds himself on the mat in a seated position. Those amethyst eyes cast a dark look up at his foe, noting her against the ropes. "Stupid! No one wins with a headbutt!"

But he can't let this opportunity escape him. He can't see or think clearly, but that one thought is still prevalent on his mind: he has to pull through. He has to make up for that humiliating loss. He has to win here tonight. With a pained grunt, he turns over onto hands and knees, slowly dragging himself to his full height. But should he manage to make it before she recollects her senses, the young model will come at her with his right arm drawn back, aiming to collide his forearm across her collar.

The Wild Card had had better days, to be sure. That headbutt rattled her already shook up noggin. She felt like she was in three different rings simultaneously and each one of them was spinning at different speeds and on different axes, each radiating a different, awfully bright color, and each containing an asshole pervert who wanted to beat her senseless. At least one of them had already halfway succeeded.She might have lost her lunch but her stomach hurt too much to even consider expending the effort.

Kira's head was hard, to be sure, but this was too many frightfully hard blows a bit too fast. But she was not going to let this pervert beat her. She would tear him to shreds. HOW she would do that did not matter. She simply would. And to do that, first she had to stand on her own two feet...

That was hard. Getting off the ropes was extremely hard. There were two rings, and at least one Domino was charging at her. "I don't CARE if no one wins, just so long as I beat you, you fucking pervert freak!" She howled in rage. It burned her abs up to do it, but she hurled a leg up, aiming to knee Domino right in the stomach as he got close. The timing would have to be just perfect, but there were not enough Dominos yet moving to throw her off.

Domino's body is aching. The match has gone on for a little while, and he's taken a heavy beating, himself. That splash from earlier has done a number on his hard abs. Moving hurts, but he's not willing to stop yet. Play through the pain. That's the plan. Play through the pain and prove he's a real contender. And this Kira girl, she's tough. She's bound to have a good record in Friction. Beating her will be a strong stride in the right direction!

Wait, pervert?

Domino's expression contorts in confusion, and he hitches a step as he closes in. His face then contorts in pain as her knee plows into his sleek midsection, forcing his body to jolt into the air on impact. When his boots touch mat again, he's doubled over, abs caved in pain and arms looping his midsection. "Nng..!," he groans, ebon bangs hanging. He knows he's in a vulnerable position, but he can't get his body to uncurl yet! He wants to protest what she's accused him of, but his breath hasn't returned. All he can do is cough and groan.

Kira's abs screamed in protest but satisfying smack of her knee against Domino's midriff made all the pain worth it. She was back in one ring now, with her opponent oh-so-satisfyingly laid out before her in pain. It was still agony to breathe. Inhaling felt like she was shoving a basketball out through her stomach. Exhaling seemed to make her teeth rattle, sparking an awful wind-chime of pain through her head. But she was the Wild Card. She LIVED for this. With a roar, she stepped off the ropes, unsteady, but she stood on her own two feet. "I am going to beat those creepy mutant purple eyes right out of your pervy head!" Her trash talk was becoming less coherent, which was a good sign for the pure adrenalin but a bad sign for the damage she had taken so far. She lurched forward, stepping up to Domino. She would try to hook his head under her arm. Kicking her leg forward for leverage, she would try to fall back, driving his head into the mat with a DDT.

There's that moment of 'peace' between them as they both try to focus through the pain. The only problem is, Domino's pain is more recent, more fresh. But his breath starts to come back in strained gasps, just as she's knocking on his eyes.

Oh, she did not call his dark eyes creepy!

His teeth grit, and he tries to come up with some witty retort, but nothing comes out. His ability to focus on their verbal back and forth is failing him. Instead, he just finds his head tucked under her arm. His arms loop her waist, shoulder pressing to her stomach. If he can just arch his back, he can reverse what's bound to be- Nope! As her leg swings forward, Domino is yanked down sharply to the mat, the top of his head colliding with the favorably springy material. But no amount of spring can spare him the dizzying impact that immediately follows.

The teen's body slumps against her, arms slack. He can't focus. He can't think straight. His head is splitting. All he can do at the moment is lie there, panting, lean, battered body coated in a sheen of sweat.

Even falling hurt. Even WITH a pervert's head to take the blow, it still hurt. Those awful bright ring lights hurt most, with her tenderized midsection just behind. She closed her eyes and turned her head to shield them, only to notice the pervert lying next to her. She had a job to do. She was going to show this league that she could take anyone. And to do that she just had to will her body into action. With a grunt of effort, she rolled Domino over. With a second jolt of effort, Kira hurled herself atop her foe. She knew he LOVED being this close and he probably was sandbagging just so she would pin him but she was too tired to punch him again, so she just let the ref girl do her job. "One!"

Domino's body is easily rolled over at the moment, and Kira's weight immediately registers. Normally, he might not mind this kind of proximity to a hot chick, but this one's really gotten under his skin.

Creepy! Creepy! Tch, jerk.

He knows he needs to work himself free. He knows he doesn't have much time. But his mind is still reeling. He's having issues sorting out exactly how he's being held. All he can feel is the girl's modest weight settled over him. The one count sharpens his focus, spurring him to test the constraints of the pin. His back arches inwards, pressing a little more against Kira's body. One knee steeples, his arms shift.

"Two!"

Domino's eyes open suddenly, and panic sets in. His body is sore, his head is killing him, but he's determined to fight with every bit of strength in him. His shoulders shift against the mat. The referee girl raises a hand.

The hand swings down!

Domino's shoulder pulls up just a fraction of a second before impact! The show of desperation to hold on elicits a cheer from the audience while the referee girl indicates to Kira that the match is still underway.

Domino continued his uninterrupted streak of being a giant asshole by refusing to stay down. Kira rose to her knees and howled in anger. She shook her head, throwing beads of their mingled sweat from her hair. She rose to her feet, glaring daggers at the referee. "THREE! It comes after two! How much do they pay a ref who cannot FUCKING COUNT?!" The referee did not take kindly to this insult. Kira responded with a middle finger and turned back toward Domino. If Domino had not made any headway to interrupting her or rising by this time, she would crouch down, waiting for Domino to rise. It was time for the big guns. Once he reached his knees, Kira would bound back toward the ropes and charge at Domino, aiming to nail her finisher, Wipeout, by running up Domino's knee and nailing him with a shining wizard kick.

That moment of panic has paid off!

Domino's eyes blink rapidly, realizing the weight has lifted from his body. A couple quick breaths are taken, and he grits his teeth to sit up. The cobwebs are clearing, the situation unfolding clearly before him. Kira is... fussing with the referee! Not only is it an opportunity to take the lead, but punish her for taking her eyes off of him! ..And for being a jerk to the ref' in general.

As she turns again, she'll find Domino not quite at his full height, but well on his way. In that moment, his purple eyes lock with her hazels, burning with intense defiance, and he fires off a couple punches towards her stomach. It's bound to be hurting. But every blow that lands against her midsection reaffirms that this chick is a definite hardbody. He can only hope his tactic of wearing down her midsection will pay off.
