*Ryan opens his mouth to deliver a comeback but his Doctor jabs him with a needle.*
"Don't talk to them Ryan talk to the needle." he says.

"MOONBIKES!" Ryan says before passing out and banging his head on the edge of his bed.

The Doctor shakes his head and says "Oh no! That Kitten rolled into my paperwork! Well guess it's time for Mcvitites digestives!"

John Grange is unaware that Ryan's head is bleeding.........

My strategy is to only really eat sweet things that I cook, and that typically take a long time so as to make it hard to do too much.

However, buy some fresh fruit and make a dip. Coconut milk, honey, and either cocoa powder or melted semi-sweet chocolate (adjust amount of honey/agave/whatever according to sweetness of chocolate). Pinch of salt, maybe a little bit of vanilla. Strawberries, apples, bananas, raspberries, what have you.

Or for something like pineapple or mango you could eliminate the chocolate and reduce the sweetness, a touch more salt, and a touch of brandy or rum on top of the vanilla.

I see you feel very strongly about junk food.

As an American, I don't really eat junk food. I guess if you ate it all the time, I could see how you'd get picky about it.
