Akashi is 5'9'' and 193 pounds.

That is hardly fat. At best, its a bit of cute belly flab.

You and Tai are both retarded. 190-some pounds for a 5'8" woman is pretty big. I'd have to carry a 7th grader to weigh that much. Of course, I don't mean that to be offensive, if we happen to have any girls in that region on here, but you people thinking that 200 pounds isn't that big are dumb. At that weight, Akashi would have a large frame and plenty of muscle on it with a lot of weight left over to pack on top of it. She's supposed to be able to move, not just lumber around like a walrus.

Hey! I go to the gym! And would be at weekly Judo classes if the usual ones weren't on a break for summer.
Admittedly, I can't lift for shit. But I've got decent leg strength and I'm building up my endurance, so that's something.

Actually, I guess to put Akashi into perspective, she's slightly shorter than Cecelia Northman, but with an extra 40-some pounds.

At 5'9'', Akashi is about 40-50 pounds over weight..

Think I would know that, as Tai is currently 5'10'' and 150.

However, If Akashi wants to be impressive. Lets see her lift me!
