Cenafan1991: Just to clarify for future reference my friend, The way Cirno jokes is quite simple.

He tells a joke like his:

"We have to cut the wings of ' liberty ' to make it fall back to Hell where it belongs.

I had hoped the weight of the general population would do that, but it's taking too long." joke,

while completly and utterly believing in everything he says entirely.

See, its the perfect joke. He's telling a joke, but because he believes in it so much, he convinces everyone that he honestly means it.

Then your the butt of the joke because you fell for it.

Hence why you do what I did and joke back in response.

Well, this is all a bit hard to understand. In the States, we generally try not to discriminate against people based on where they were born or anything like that. Don't worry, though, I'm sure you guys aren't too far behind.
