An unusual sunday morning at the gym when Setsuna meets Yumi

Yumi feels so excited when she able to landed some punches on Setsuna finally ,she has been working so hard to land solid punches on Setsuna since the first round but the experienced youngster dodged ,ducked and avoided it so well as some of Yumi's haymakers just hit into the thin air.

The bobbing and weaving stuff is working and Yumi decides to maintain the moves on taking down the youngster even that's not her priority as a sparring partner to Setsuna but a single knockdown won't hurt anyone.

Yumi was about to punish Setsuna's mid for some more but it was too late ,the youngster pulled an evasive punch to Yumi ,slamming a downward hook right on top of Yumi's head and forcefully snapping it down.

Yumi doesn't able to stand properly afterwards ,her head feels woozy and everything she sees right now on her vision is like the sea's waves. Wavy like the ocean whilst at storm but that doesn't kill her fighting spirit. In fact ,she keeps moving forwards instead of stepping backwards ,clearly eager to not giving the youngster any chance to recover. Her 'chin' really shows its effect on this one as Yumiko came with another three left straights to Setsuna's mid after she heard the gasping breath of hers and decides to use the opportunity wisely.

No so long after she threw her straights ,Yumi moves closer to Setsuna ,roughly shoving her chest as she pushes Setsuna with all of her might to a ropes or a corner or wherever she could punish the youngster and let the power to teach her something.

If that succeed ,Yumi will be solidly planting her head right on the bottom of Setsuna's chin and repeatedly sinking uppercuts to her mids like what Setsuna did to her early in the first round.

Setsuna groaned as her foe managed to score 3 powerful blows to her stomach as she was knocked agaisnt the ropes, two of the blows had bruised her ribcage but, one of them drove right into her stomach. Setsuna nearly doubled over feeling the intense pain course through her stomach as she turned to her side, feeling herself trapped in the corner as her side faced Yumi. Lowering her lead arm's elbow as her knuckes protected her chin, her dominant hand shoved Yumi's face back and left it there to protect her face as she leaned back against the ropes. Feeling the powerful blows hammer down as she used her arm as a shield, Setsuna's hard as rock elbow blocked Yumiko's fists feeling absolutely nothing. The elbow was a great defense in situation like these.

Once Yumi grew tired or stopped throwing those uppercuts, Setsuna would put down her guard facing Yumiko squarely with her hands down at her sides, fists clinched with a smile on her face. She was inviting Yumiko to come swing with her at a brawl.

"Care to dance?" Setsuna said with that cocky attitude.

Blow by blow missed by Yumi ,her arms are getting numb and tired by the time and thing that dissapoint her the most is her plan isn't working. Setsuna somehow reads it all easily and putting no effort into it except to blocking all of Yumi's uppercuts with her elbows.

Sweat flying from her hair when she sinked those uppercuts onto Setsuna's elbows before eventually dropping her arms to her side and softly shaking the numbness out of it. The elder pretty much amazed by Setsuna's skill in boxing and she takes a time for herself to rest her arms ,shaking it over and over until she raises it all again and getting into her fighting stance while her foe begins to taunt her which gets no reply afterwards.

Yumi seems a little bit hesitate in moving forward and the youngster might see it as light as the skies in the morning when she moves herself back and forth while eyeing at Setsuna's gloved hands ,feared that might the youngster already prepared some sort of trap for her so she decides to move forward smoothly and cautiously ,faking a right straight to see how the girl reacts to it.

Setsuna swiped the girl's punch out of the way feeling ti was a feint because their was no power within it. The youngster would follow up with a powerful barrage as she stood in the square stance ready to throw bombs. Her plan was to outlast the brawler by using the corner to support her. It was a bad plan but, Setsuan felt cocky and wanted to outdo Yumi at her own specialty.

"Scared?" Setsuna asked as she threw powerful shots, not paying any heed to her defences throwing a powerful left hook, coming up with a long right uppercut and finsihing off with a flurry of her one two combinations.

"Come on... let's dance!"Setsuna said.

Interesting like what Yumi expected and the tension between them changes in this round. Yumi felt something different in Setsuna ,she becomes more emotional and taking this more seriously ,don't know it's just her or Setsune really does take this seriously. Yumi herself changes the game plan but Setsuna at once proves that it doesn't work with a powerful left hook that Yumi manages to dodge at first and a long right uppercut that Yumi doesn't have the time to either block it or parry it with her gloves or arms. It beautifully pounds under Yumi's chin so hard that Yumi would stumble backwards and feeling an instant dizziness.

That isn't the end yet ,Setsuna tries to finish it with a flurry of one two combos to her face but fortunately Yumi is out of range and the punches hit nothing but the thin air.

"You sure...talk too much...young girl" replied Yumi with her gasping breath before stepping forward and throws a single straight to the middle of Setsuna's face and rapid straights to the youngster's midsection.

It caused her to wheeze and groan as she nearly coughed up her mouth guard. Her legs began to buckle at the blows but, her will and determination stopped her from falling as she leaned against the corner for support.

"I... can talk as much as I can.... lady..." Setsuna between breaths behind her gloves as that cock sure grin was still present on her face.

"Then...it'll grant you some...pain...young girl" muttered Yumiko between her breath as well ,exhausted as hell but never giving in especially the opportunity is wide open in front of her face. Yumi notices what happened with Setsuna's knees after those heavy blows to her midsection. A sly smile then appears on the elder face ,feeling no more sorry for this youngster in this sparring event as the choices are only Yumi or Setsuna herself.

Yumi ,without any hesitation landing blow by blow to both Setsuna's sides while the youngster still fully protecting her face with her gloved hands. Yumi had no intention of striking that well protected face ,she delivers all of her powers behind every punch and now mostly aiming at Setsuna's ribs to knock more and more air out of the youngster's lungs ,breaking her bit by bit and thinking to perform a finisher later on.

Setsuna then covered up as the other girl swung at her ribcage. The 'young girl' was plotting something, she wasn't an idiot. Her arms managed to take the edge of her punches as she stayed in the corner. "Hah!" Setsuna said as she felt her knees buckling under the power of those blows. "Not bad for someone past her prime..."

The girl took a breath as these blows were getting to her as she covered up her face again going on the defensive.

"Tell me... have you ever heard of rope a dope?" Setsuna would ask behind her guard as she leaned forward.

Blows after blows Yumi landed on the youngster's midsection and her ribcage ,hearing the meaty SMACK!!! sound and feeling the youngster's ribcage shudders after the impact is pretty much encouraging Yumi to hurt Setsuna for even more even Yumi realizes that this is only a sparring match and she had nothing against Setsuna ,especially any reason to hurt the youngster and force her to stay in the hospital after this spar.

Yumi then stopped punching and confused by Setsuna's question. "Rope a dope??" Yumi asked herself and thinks hard ,she swear that she ever heard of it before but nothing rings her bell inside her head so far.

"Hmm...i'm sorry ,i don't...know" Yumi takes a breath ,breathing properly to catch some air that she lost during the pounding.

"What is it??" Yumi eased her defense ,walks closer to Setsuna and waiting for the girl's answer for her question.
