Hotaru's furious struggle as short lived as she was barely breathing, even before she was put in the figure four headlock. soon Hotaru started to feel her head getting very light and she started to blink as her body grow weak, in her mind she kept struggling and fighting, but in reality her body stopped moving and after a few more seconds without any oxygen for her brain the cute little redhead passed out in Lucy's legs.

Lucy watched and waited as Hotaru's movement got calmer and slower and soon enough her red headed rival seemed to pass out, a perfect chance for Lucy now as she waited for Hotaru to completely fall still and silent, all before she would unwrap her legs from the girl's head and start to crawl her way on top of Hotaru, placing her butt down on the girl's chest as she would place her hand in front of Hotaru's face and gesture with her fingers for each count.

" You lose, you little loser fly. 1....2....3.....4.....5....6....7....8...9..."

Knocked out cold Hotaru was barely aware of what was happening, sunk deep into the dreamland after Lucy's brutal headscissors. The cute defeated kawai laid under Lucy, her head resting peacefully on the side of the bed, her face touching Lucy's inner thigh, drooling on it as Lucy continued the count.

Lucy looked down on Hotaru's face as she counted up for her win, only waiting as it was but a matter of time before she had beaten Hotaru and taking the girl down. Lucy watched as the cute girl's face pressed up against her thigh and how she even seemed to drool a little. " Yuck! 10...11....12...13...14....15...16.." Lucy let out as she would try and use her thigh to push Hotaru's face away from her thigh.

Hotaru was out cold like a candle and save for her drooling and barely breathing there was nothing she could do anymore but lay defeated under Lucy's ass. Her head rolled from one side to the other as Lucy pushed it with her thigh and Hotaru was left to drool on the other side.

Lucy counted as she held fingers up in front of Horatur's face, counting them down from 5 and now she was at one, she would hold it in front of Hotaru's face a bit longer than she had to for the final count down. " 20 ! You loser. You've just got your ass kicked by the best most viscous red head and the best one around." Lucy said as she would remain seated on top of Hotaru as she would move her hand down and grab a hold of a bit of Hotaru's hair. " Don't mess with me anymore loser, and don't mess with Alessa! Ever again!" Lucy shouted out to Hotaru as she would then step of the girl.
